I downloaded their app a week ago and they were supposed to have a 15 percent off deal when you download the app. A week later it still hasn't showed up and i never got my points for that week. Then when I called the call center there was nothing they can do and Said they can help me in store. I asked the check in clerk and they said the female manager could help. When talking g to her she was standoffish and seemed like I was wasting her time and then said there was nothing they could do. Them the male manager came and was kinda helpful. I still bought product because I needed some and 24 hours later my acount still has no points and i still dont have my 15 pwrcent off available even though I bought from them twice since their new system is up. This was my first time in Vegas and I just couldn't wait to try out a dispensary. Juan made my 1st time experience a pleasure. He was super helpful! Asked if I needed help immediately started showing me different bud as well as recommending the best strains in the store. I tried to touch the bud he kindly told me that I couldn't not ride at all. Told me the deals that they have for first time medical patients. Didn't buy anything because I left my medical card at home. This place was AWESOME till they got new security a couple weeks ago! LOVED, LOVED this place! It was my go to! The staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer phenomenal deals! I'm lowering the score to 2 stars because the security is RUDE RUDE RUDE (specificly TRAVIS WHITE) and forces customers remove their masks to match ID's. Budtenders are suppose to check ID's... not security. I am immune compromised so pulling the mask down was quite concerning and didn't feel safe removing it. Security guard Travis White has a Alpha complex and said he'll call the police on me because I wouldn't remove my mask while in curbside. He took down my license plate number, seemed on the phone and said metro would come for me and follow me! I kindly asked if a staff member or mgr that knows me (I was a regular) come verify who I am to prevent taking my mask off. I eventually pulled down my mask to verify (to the security). When I finally did pulled my mask down and explained I'm trying to get on the phone with mgmt regarding the situation. Travis said it's too late, that I will not be served and I better leave now... Because of metro. I believe there's a state mandate to keep masks on??! While I understand they are protecting against fraud... They are also jeopardizing people's health and lives in the middle of a global pandemic!!! Sadly, they just lost business for forcing ppl to remove masks. I've witnessed others walk right back in their cars and leav after asking their masks to be removed. If you are immune compromised or a senior... please keep this in mind for your saftey! Second time I came there were only two bud tenders and weren't many people there but it was fast they had a pop up with Green & Gold which was awesome they gave away awesome swag and the deals were on point! I came in on my bday which was 12/14 I also received a text message from zen letting me know NC would be there they had a pop up from 5p-8p. where they were having Heavy 8th promo going on giving away swag as well as a raffle drawing. I arrived at 7:45 and when I walked in NC was leaving which I felt was unfair you're advertising a pop up with these deals and yet NC is leaving early. The whole reason I came in was it was my bday and I wanted to take advantage of the pop up! The lady offered me a shirt but I wanted to be able to choose which swag I wanted since I did come for their pop up. I ordered a heavy 8th of the sin mint from NC and was never discounted I was charged the price of an heavy 1/8 not for the special where they're selling NC. I asked the bud tender who was assisting me about that she said since I was there I'd get the sale which I didn't. Also asked about the raffle since I was there and purchasing all this before 8p. Her response was I don't know it was NC pop up not there's! Well although you're around the corner from me I think I'll be sticking to other dispensaries where they offer what is sent out via text pop up not sending out text and ending promotions before the time comes! I originally liked this place, but as the dust has settled on the rec scene, they don't offer anything any other shop has (in fact they usually have less). The biggest problem with this place is that they always have a plethora of employees there, but typically only a couple working. They also allow medical card customers cut the line, which is a complete joke. It is extremely frustrating to see 2 budtenders working (with 3 people in the back apparently doing nothing) and the line you are in doesn't shrink because everyone walking in gets a line pass from medical. Other minor gripes include when their comp system was down and they had a sign up sheet, but those points were never added to my account. All in all, customer service here is really poor. There are better options in town both in terms of price and service. read more

This place is a disaster right now. If you have time to wait for 2 hours in their parking lot for meds then I guess this is your place. The system they have in place is a joke...they have no expected wait times and have left the business up to the part time security gaurds who say they can't tell you how long you will wait.
