Their tracking of grams is way off. They were telling me as a medical that I was trying to purchase over 108 grams when all I grabbed was 28 grams Savvy flower, 4 grams of Verano, 6 grams of Stizzy live resin with two syringes of 1 gram of RSO. They claimed it was 108 grams. Clearly you do the math. Also, they only accept cash, and their ATM max limit is 200$ so if you're getting anything over and you didn't bring cash, their recommendation is to process twice on the atm which already has a 3.50 surcharge. Some older chick that was the budtender, longer brown hair that reminds me of some hood rat from East LA says "that's our ATM." Like that's their only comment. I wasn't even able to leave with no more than 30 grams but the receipt I received says I have 48 grams. Lmao what's wrong with your tracking and trace system. Someone who also has METRC experience from two states as an inventory manager, this was humiliating to watch them go through. Never going back again.

I'd give MINUS 99 STARS if I could. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I ordered a cartridge online for curbside pick up. When my bud tender gave me the envelope, I asked him to wait while I checked the order. I opened the envelope to discover that what was inside was not at all the same product that I ordered. Not the same product at all. I held up the product and I said this is not what I wanted. I wanted The cartridge, as was as pictured in the product photo. The bud tender looks at the receipt and tells me that on the receipt it says Pen and they filled the order with a Pen, and that I would have to talk to his manager. So, reluctantly, I masked and latex gloves up and went inside. The persnickety manager, when she approaches from behind the glass, does not even greet me with a hello. She greets me with a "Yeah so, your order says pen and we filled the order with a pen so there's nothing we can do." When I held up my phone with the product page open and everyone (A few employees were now observing this conversation) could clearly see that it was a cartridge in the product photo and not a pen, there was this long silence. Then, It became clear to me that the manager knew about this issue. "It was an honest mistake on our web designer's part," finally blurts out the manager when I remind her that what they had done is illegal. I reply, "I understand that--my purchasing a Pen when a cartridge was displayed in the photo was an honest mistake too. What can you help me do about that? ... When you say you can't do anything. Do you mean you don't have the power to help or that you won't?" More "we fulfilled... blah blah" BS. When I opened my mouth to ask what options there were for me to get what I needed, she started talking over me again, basically telling me over and over again that they had fulfilled their obligation. Her attitude was so wrong, her people skills: so weak. She never even apologized for the inconvenience or offered to do Anything to help me - she didn't even ask if I wanted to buy something else. She simply had no consideration for me at all. Instead of suggesting ANYTHING helpful when I tried to ask about other options A SECOND TIME, she instead over talked me to tell me that they had filled my order properly according to the receipt COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT THAT THEY TRICKED ME INTO PURCHASING A PRODUCT BY DISPLAYING A DIFFERENT PRODUCT IN THE IMAGE THAN WHAT WAS ACTUALLY FOR SALE, which is illegal. Her fake cavalier attitude was saccharine and revolting. I'm posting this part of the review in the hope whoever does the scheduling/owns Zen sees this review and understands that the female manager with medium long hair who worked the late-morning (10:45A) 6/20 is not fit. Train her or get her out of there. Yuck. But here's the rub... When I got home and opened the pen to to use it, it pulled twice then stopped working. It is dysfunctional. They sold me a dried or empty dysfunctional pen! It would have been funny if it had been an episode of Grownish instead of happening to me. Avoid this place -- just avoid it. There are too many wonderful places with great customer service to go to to do "business" here. I was duped into purchasing a dysfunctional product (which was not what even I ordered) and had to deal with an emotionally unintelligent incompetent manager, adding insult to injury. Don't let it happen to you.

My experience here this past Saturday 7.13.19 wasn't great because I waited a ridiculously long time on line which happened before I just didn't post. The First 15 min of waiting only 4 people ahead of me and 2 budtenders. No designated budtender to service online express customers so that tripled my wait time to 45min. I had to watch 3 people who were originally ahead of me take 20 min, then 3 more people who came after me go ahead of me because I didn't pre order online. I was very disappointed. I feel like Friday's and Saturday's should be over staffed to meet demand and customer service. This place was packed Saturday so I'm only talking about my situation I feel bad for the guy who came at the end of my 45 when there was a full line of people on the fast line and regular lane. Listen, The vibe here is great, I like that the bud isn't prepackaged and they usually have good fresh flower I just wish they'd hire more folks or do a better job communicating to us that there is a potential you can stand in line for 45 mins because online customers are priority. Even at a bank they go back and forth between business customers and regular customers to be fair. What about loyal customers? read more

This is my favorite dispensary in town. I've been going here for over a year now and have been to plenty of other places and they don't compare to this one. They have the freshest herbs and have the best prices in town. All their staff is great and friendly. Allie Cat OG is always so helpful. If you haven't been here. You need too! read more

This is the best, most convenient, accommodating dispensary you'll find in Vegas. This is the best dispensary in town, knowledgeable bud tenders, lower prices than other dispensaries, and a big variety of flowers to choose from. Oh and they also weigh it out in front of you not to mention they take credit cards, only problem is there location, but it's worth the drive. I let everyone know about this place and when they visit, they are not disappointed, oh and the customer appreciation day, was awsome and genius. read more

I should have read reviews first . Kicking my self in the butt right now . I ordered a eighth of cuvée cookies. Let me explain my experience . I walk in check in no problem . We wait in line and after ten minutes finally get helped . Once I get helped I ask the guy I want something indica and purple . He said okay . Comes back with one strain and says here I got it I got some platinum cookies . I said that looks good. Can we see a few different things so I can see the difference I want something super purple . With a negative attitude he grabs a few other strains . I mean I am looking for Something visually appealing . He shows me a few different strains but nothing looked as good . I asked him how much an ounce was he told me 335 . I only had 250$ on me and didn't want to use the atm so I asked for a half ounce witch was 175. I mean 15$ discount for a ounce? I might as well stick with the half ounce and save myself the 25$ atm fee I would receive . Right before he rings me up I double check with him . It's indica correct? He reply's with No , it's a hybrid . Like really ? Your rushing me with a line of people behind me and can't get the correct thing I'm asking for? So I ended up grabbing the first purple indica he shows me because I'm so embarrassed there is that many people behind me and they are all watching me order and his tone is saying I need to leave. Spent 50$ on a eighth instead of purchasing something I wanted . Like a half ounce or ounce because I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable with this whole transaction . Could of saved money buy purchasing a half ounce or ounce but didn't have the opportunity. But it's fine the price I pay to learn to NEVER COME BACK . Also my sister goes here but she won't anymore because of me . Pays to know people . read more

Also the employee helping us explained all selection for gummies. It made sense for first timer like myself. I blown away by the different types of edibles. I know sound like clique only cause think edible so brownies. Amazed products put it in from gummies, macaroon, rice Kris pies, chocolate squares, and really just about everything can imagine. Then another section liquid in bottle from energy drinks, milk, and more. Crazy! I ended up going with can Camino the watermelon flavor. It was tasty. They told me first time wait hour see feel instead of popping multiple same time. It nice chill nothing crazy cause the percentage low. The prices not sure if average but assume similar other ones around town. Service five star. The moment walked in security guard checking ID to sales lady also checked ID and awesome answering all questions. The whole staff super friendly, attentive, and five star service! Normally I love this place, but when I went in on Friday, January 22, 2021, around 10:30AM, I felt that the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I did not find her to be welcoming, informative or helpful. She was short and unfriendly, as if she wished I would just go away. So I did. (To a different MJ store 2 blocks away). I have been going to Zen for about 3 years, and I have had positive experiences the vast majority of the time. I think she was new as is most of the staff recently. On just Thursday of last week, I also encountered 2 new employees. They were both awesome. The receptionist and the budtender. They both went "above and beyond" with customer service. Zen's points program is great, and their products are top-notch with a large variety to choose from. I like that they weigh it in front of you, but it would be better if the guest could see the scale. I also wish that the menu was updated more frequently bc often times they are out of the products listed on-line. But they still have a huge selection and usually the wait is short inside and curb-side pick up is pretty quick too. If you're someone who likes all the precautions companies can take regarding covid, then you'd probably be happy with the temperature-checking security guard out front. (I could live without him though). They also do the "wait till someone leaves to go in" routine to ensure social distancing. read more

Used to come here a lot. Spent easily over $1000 in 3 months. I won't be coming back. The short older lady with glasses and black hair irked me in such a way which makes me want to tell everyone about how horrible and unorganized Zen Leaf is. She has 0 customer service skills,let alone people skills. Was asking her about different strains and after my 2nd question which she didn't even answer, she just walked away and started cleaning the displays! I was like wtf really? She thought I didn't have any money to spend seeing how I had just gotten off from work and I was working in the fields. She looked like I was annoying her. It was 7pm, if you're too tired and old and grumpy this is not a job for you, it's time to go to bed! I just left and she sarcastically told me to have a nice day and thanks for coming in?!? lmao can't make this up. I just went to Zen Leaf, I asked the cat with the dreadlocks, what will be the best couch lock strain, due to my cancer/pain. I was told to buy Fruit pie, major couchlock is what I was told by dreadlocks. Well it is fruit pie is nothing like that. It is hybrid sativa, exactly what I didn't want. now my pain is worse since I am wired to the max. What kind of dispensary initially gives you the strain, maybe racism had a part to do with me wasting money on a 1/2 ounce of crap. if you are disabled and want to buy pot , don't go here. Dreadlocks totally screwed me. I called within 2 hours, I was told oh well, that the way it is. Do not go to this dispensary if disabled and wrong color Thank you Zen Leaf for totally screwing me with the wrong strain, now I have no money with shitty pot. Spent thousands here and the Sun. security guard/ id check person went gansta on the customer because he was power tripping and had to see the web order in my email even though I showed him the ID. So i showed him and then he yelled i'm just fn doin my job bro!.... I've never had anyone treat me like that in this Zen Leaf place everyone else is very cool and professional. This guy then comes to back and starts laughing and making unprofessional comments and remarks to me and disrespecting me so I said please give me my order and i'll take my money to another dispensary and tell everyone I see and know about this guy at this place. The bud tenders at this dispensary are informative and answer all of my questions (and sometime I've got a lot). The selection is expansive for what I consider a smaller dispensary. They also always have Dixie Synergy 1:1 milk chocolate bars in stock which are becoming harder and harder to find. The location is set in the back of a medical park so it is a bit difficult to find your first time going but they've put up signs recently that make it easier. The security guards are always friendly as well. read more

This is the best dispensary in Las Vegas valley the don't rip you off on pricing. The staff is even better. Gabby is amazing and very helpful I love it at zen leaf. Love the staff. Everyone is great. Customer service is always great. Darrien is one of the best bud tenders there he always takes care of me and everyone I know he deals with. MUST WEAR MASK INSIDE YOUR CAR I ordered curbside pick up, they came to get my money, the guy went to get the product, and they didn't want to give it to me unless I had a MASK INSIDE MY CAR!!
