This review is for my last visit on 11.18.25 I had place an online order, I pull up to the drive thru they took longer than other times which it's fine I understand they might be busy. The girl come and apologize for taking long I say it's fine. She leave to get my only order takes forever come back says she can't find the blunts I had place an order for but that she had another kind that are 50% off. I tell her whatever comes down to the same total which was $13.02 she said OKAY. Goes back takes FOREVER AGAIN comes back gives me a total of $18.92 I tell her that my total was $13.02 and I wanted to keep it at the same price and she had said okay she then says she "couldn't" find my ticket, I ended up telling her to just give me my money and ID which that took some time as well. I had been coming to this dispensary for 9 months never really had an issue but the fact this girl just seemed like full of red flags might stop me from coming. This review is more for the company and not the store. I've been coming here for quite some time and I've become somewhat a familiar face to staff. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Never had any problems. During my last visit I noticed that the receptionist is no longer behind a desk and that they have to stand the whole time? You're selling marijuana. What kind of customers do you think will be waiting through those doors? Are you guys even thinking about your employees? I don't I can still support a company that treat its employees like that. Was looking for a disposable live resin cart, and both budtenders were super nice. The guy helping me was Corey I think, but the two budtenders closing were easy to talk to. My budtender took his time to educate me about the specific terps and flavor profiles- 10 minutes before closing and that says a lot about his willingness to help customers out. The store was very clean and organized and the even the guy who took mine and my friend's ID was very friendly. Solid 6/5 stars if I could rate it that high. So I dropped by today with a friend to check out a new spot. I walked in to a very nice store, clean, visually pleasing with nice product placement. I was really excited about checking out what they had to offer and try some new strains. specifically their house brands. My budtender however didn't seem to want to do business with me at all. It was like I was bothering him. After unsuccessfully trying to learn about some products and finding out they didn't have the things I was looking for (no big deal, industry norm) I left with my purchase and when I got home I found out that it was not what I asked for at all. Out of 16 items only 4 that I actually wanted. I don't know if he was new or just having a bad day but he was the worst budtender I've ever had by a mile. Honestly this has been my only negative dispensary experience in the valley. They did however have some pretty great deals, especially for first time customers. As I'm waiting in line manager Brittany is having an all out battle with a customer, he calls her a loser for Her condescending tone. As we are waiting instead of servicing the next employee, she gets emotional leaves the counter to escalate the situation with the customer who left. Another 10 mins goes by and she nonchalantly comes back to the register. I place my order and ask her what the surprise is, she says 40% off, I informed her that's the price online, that's not a surprise, she the catches a nasty attitude, starts complaining about her staff at the front and the fact she's coached them in the past. I asked her to recommend some CBD products for my mom, who was visibly in pain. After about 30 minutes we found the best option. After about an hour of using two out of the three recommended products, I was amazed to see my mom's pain fade away. I live in Utah and I drive about 110 miles to this specific location because of the service I get and the people that help me. They have always been very kind and forthcoming. I have been visiting this location for over 2 years and have been in the store at least 10x. I really like the staff. They all are willing to help me. I usually like the Strain "Time is of the Essence" I usually pick up at least 5 dab cartridges that last 2-3 months. They always provide great recommendations as I have a medical card in Utah but dosing of Utah's cannabis is much stronger so I focus on sweeter strains that don't hit me so hard. Each Tender is very helpful and gives me peace of mind. I love Zen Leaf and will have a customer for life. read more

They seem have a difficult time keeping things in stock because I've heard of other friends going here and having the same issue. Hello! It was just a great amazing service, Darius was very helpful and friendly he was amazing and his service was superb.

After finding multiple seeds in the first few nugs I ended up grinding all of it just to see. 21 seeds in my half oz and that's not including the probably other 20 that my grinder crushed. There were also pieces of white rice? The stuff off the street from the 90's wasn't this bad. Spent an hour picking seeds and seed shells out of the product and still tastes like crap. $76 and it's really hard to enjoy. I know Zen Leaf doesn't package the product but they sell it. edited to add: the business complained about this review to Yelp in an attempt to get it taken down. there's nothing slanderous or assuming about the business practices here. i made an order, i gave them money, they took my money, they didn't give me product. the manager told me what i said about the policy protecting them from fraud, and i responded with my opinion that their actions ironically constituted the same thing they said i might be trying to do. they've also been calling and emailing me multiple times to try to get me to take this review down. for Yelp's satisfaction, here's my bank statement proving they took my money. THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR AN ORDER THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE! firstly, they can't decide whether or not the aeropay name has to match the name on the order. i've had them say no, then immediately turn around and a second person say yes in the same transaction. this time, they not only said no, but told me it's illegal (it's not). this is extremely LGBT unfriendly behavior for the many trans people who have mismatching names, btw. so not only did they refuse to give me the product, but THEY STILL APPROVED THE AEROPAY TRANSACTION despite telling me they denied it! the charge is on my bank account right now, days later! if i didn't check, i never would have known. now i have to dispute this. zero product, but they get my money? and they claim this policy is so you can't defraud them by disputing the charge and saying you didn't make it. so they go ahead and do that themselves by making charges for orders they don't complete. 5/3 update - poor service on the phone again today. Just confirming that they have the regular tuesday local discount. On hold for 5 min while they call the actual store, still no answer if they have a discount today, I was told again that I can go into the store and find out....In this age of tech why would I have to drive 20 miles to ask a question. This central call center sucks!!!!!! Wont be going to zen again this week!!! Poor experience the last few times I called. I get these emails talking about great sales but they cant tell me what they are over the phone. They were instructed by the managers to not tell callers what is on sale and you have to go to the store. When you get there the sale will be on some dried out flower that has been on the shelf for months. What a fake sale. With so many places to choose from you should be a lot better. Why is that you send callers to a call center and not even to the store we are inquiring about.
