She kept apologizing and saying she couldn't massage me properly with those there. It was painful to say the least. I couldn't have lasted the full hour and was glad I only did the 30 mins one. I was sore the next day, and the knots were still there later, which is what always happens with my knots. I carry all my stress in my shoulders, and they're always knotted; if someone works them out, they're back the next day. So I generally prefer an overall, medium pressure massage for the purpose of relaxing me. This was not that. It was okay, and I can see how people who like their knots worked out would enjoy coming here. The staff was all incredibly friendly and and I got an apologetic call the day before asking if they could change my therapist due to a family emergency, which was fine. I appreciated the call though.

My therapist Cherre found multiple knots in my neck and shoulders.
