I've never gone anywhere else. For one their prices are unbeatable...$65 for a 90 min massage!? Everywhere else offering 90 mins are $90 or more. The place is always clean. The staff are always ready to go. I came in as a walk-in and they immediately started. My friend and I bought a Groupon and went on an off day. It was quiet and the staff seemed to be waiting for us. My friend got a slightly different deal with more pressure and I chose the simpler with less pressure. My friend's masseuse was a male because of the pressure she wanted. She said she wasn't very comfortable with him but understood that he was probably necessary because of what she wanted. And the overall experience was good enough for her to want it again. The lady I had was quiet and very good at avoiding what I asked her to. Having had back surgery, I was prickly about certain parts of my body and she respected that. The aroma was enthralling and it made me feel very happy. Not to mention, chatting afterwards was very comfortable as they admitted to shifting their hours to accommodate their patrons. Granted, my friend and I aren't fancy and we don't get massages very often. But this was a great location, plenty of parking, and close to a lot of food spots. The massages was done very professionally and hit the right spots. Had some sore spots afterwards, but we loved it because I know those places needed to be loosened up. I took my bf here today for Father's Day. He had an amazing experience and we we're leaving when the man who did his message literally came running after us out the door to demand a tip. We were in disbelief. I said I ddnt have cash and he then started saying ok you give tip with card then. I then asked to speak with some who spoke better English. I came here to unwind & relax & got the complete opposite... I came here because it had decent reviews but wow... So first off when I got there there was a male & female there. The language barrier was really rough & I felt bad asking over & over to please repeat what they said. Then I felt really rushed & pressured to pick a massage because someone else walked in. The lady was talking to me & I was trying to ask her questions & when another client came in she just left me to talk to her. Then when I was finally in the room getting undressed they usually ask if you're ready & I was mid taking off my bra & a male & female walked in! What the hell?! I should have just left then & there but I really needed to unwind & I was already there so I stayed... I requested a female to massage me & it felt more like she just rubbed lotion on my back & not a deep tissue massage. My two year old can massage me better than that lady. I was really disappointed... so when it came time to pay I tried to explain to the male & female I didn't like my massage & I just didn't have a great experience but of course I'm still going to pay for the service. I don't know if they really understood me... well obviously they didn't because I went to pay with my card & she added $15 to the amount & she asked that ok? That ok? & I was like no my amount was $15 less. I told her to tip $5. I was going to tip $0 ZERO NOTHING but I felt bad. & then the male picks up a piece of paper that has a tip recommendation on it & it said something like "$10 if you like it. $20 if you love it." & I tried to explain no that's what YOU recommended that's not what I'm paying. They started speaking to each in their language loud & I they kept looking at me & I just felt so uncomfortable I paid a $10. They separate people by curtains so you could slightly hear other people, but there is privacy. They play nice music, have low lights, & looks clean. This is a small hole in the wall place but it was perfect for my needs. They were quick and affordable.
