However, when I arrived, I was told I no longer had an appointment because I "took too long to respond." It was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after taking the time to confirm beforehand. I would be careful about purchasing gift cards or prepaying for services here if appointments may not be honored unless they're not busy. Communication and consistency with scheduling really need improvement.

We offer for a 60 minute session being it was my friend's first time ever getting a massage and it was a very nice experience. They ensure that they ask questions to make sure that it was either enough pressure or too much, etc.. They were very friendly and I did enjoy the experience. The only thing I could say that I wasn't necessarily too fond of was when it came to pay I paid the total and I gave a tip ... I was told by the owner or manager, I'm not sure what her role specifically was basically told me I did not tip enough and I should tip more because there is a minimum standard. That's the only thing I would say I wasn't too fond of because in the world of tips a tip is not supposed to be delegated by the establishment.. so I felt peer pressure into giving more tip... but she should not do that because you don't know the background of people you don't know how much money people do or do not have so. I don't think that was necessarily nice. But the massage therapist were great and amazing! So I can't say I will not come back.
