Comes with hot stone massage and paraffin wax and scrub. The place is very clean and they offered soda, rosé, sparkling water, and regular water. Eric is the best nail tech I've experienced. I wanted skinny long coffin nails, and I'm very picky , and they looked perfect. It's almost impossible to find a nail tech to get in the shape I was looking for. He found the exact nude color I was looking for, and I could tell put a lot of integrity in his work. I come here for pedicures and they are alright - sanitary, usually on time, and last for a few weeks. However, this time I went for a manicure (that I scheduled over a week ago), and wasn't sat until 20 min past my appointment time. Then during the manicure, I was told it would be $7 extra for cuticle removal? I was so confused. Since when is this not a standard, included part of any manicure? When the manicure was finished, my fingers had dip powder crusted all around them, and several fingers bleeding (pictured). $60 to leave pretty dissatisfied with an unappealing manicure. I will likely still go for pedicures as they are close, clean, and easy - but I would not recommend for a manicure. read more

Been to this location multiple times and have not had a problem. However, this visit the women nail technician with the corn row braids was extremely rude. When I asked her to match a color from a picture I showed her, she stated rudely, "You look at the colors and figure it out." and shoved the nail samples at me. In addition, the same nail technician did a horrible job on my pedicure. The design looks like it was done by a small child. I started going to Zen in the beginning of the year. I usually see Ni, and I wish I could gatekeep her but she deserves all the credit. She is an amazing artist when it comes to design. Her retention is literally unmatched. She did my engagement nails and hopefully my wedding nails in May!! Ni is currently on vacation so I saw Khai because of all the reviews. I had a very disappointing experience at Zen Nail Lounge. This is actually the first time I've ever felt the need to leave a review, which says a lot about how frustrating this experience was. I paid around $100 for Gel X nails, and less than 32 hours later, my right middle finger nail completely fell off. It didn't tear or break--it came off because it was not applied properly. The gel was not cured correctly, which caused the nail to lift and fall off. I went back two days later to have it fixed, and then the very next day, the middle finger on my left hand fell off for the exact same reason. Again, poor application. When I returned to get that one nail fixed, the experience got even worse. I was told they didn't have time. The next day, I came back again and after spending $100 for nails that didn't even last 48 hours, they had me sit and wait 20 minutes--then told me their "best person" would be coming in and I needed to wait another 40 minutes. After waiting over an hour total, they still weren't ready for me. To make matters worse, when I asked for the manager's name and phone number, the receptionist refused to provide it and became visibly upset with me, which was completely unprofessional. The quality of work is unacceptable, and the customer service is even worse. Spending that kind of money for nails that don't last even two days--and then being treated like this when asking for a simple fix--is not okay. I do not recommend this place at all. Avoid getting Gel X here, or going here altogether. read more

I scheduled a mani-pedi here with my nail tech Gigi, who is always on time but my experience was incredibly disappointing. I arrived on time, only to be left waiting for an additional 30 minutes. I left. Later I called the front desk Manager Kaitlyn to express my concern that the service was never actually provided. Instead of an apology or any acknowledgment Kaitlyn the front desk manager simply said, "Thank you for coming in today." I was later told she instructed my Nail Tech to do a pedicure on another client and that i could wait. Walk-ins and appointments should not be taken in at the same time.The lack of organization, communication, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I won't be returning. read more

I came to this place to get my nails done. I had gel x on my nails and a regular pedicure. The guy who did my gel x nails was amazing but the lady who did my pedicure was really bad. She dug into my toenails so bad it hurts even three weeks after. I asked her to be gentle and her reply was "it's okay" but NO, IT WAS NOT OKAY IT HURT ME. I will not be coming back to this place after that. I couldn't even put my shoes on afterwards and I'm a nurse who stays on her feet all day. read more

The salon is located in the same shopping center as Whole Foods. The salon is nice and big. They have a great selection of gel colors. I needed a gel builder fill. The nail tech was fast but a little sloppy when applying the builder but she ended up filling it down. I didn't ask for any chrome, cat eye or design just pink polish. I didn't get an overly friendly vibe from and there were only two other customers in the salon at the time. I do feel that my builder I a little on the thick side but my nails look nice. read more

I was appalled by the treatment my girlfriend received at this business while having a girls day. A staff member's comments (I believe it was owner) about her appearance, including speculation about her being pregnant and suggested for her to exercise since she was not pregnant... those comments were unacceptable. The behavior was neither joking nor minor; it was severe and humiliating. If this reflects the business's standard treatment, clients should be informed before booking unless you like being body shammed. read more

This was my first time here. I am from out of town visiting my daughter but we found this place and loved the fact we did not need an appointment. The service was very good, the staff very kind and I loved my manicure. We were offered something to drink and the one staff member even brought my daughter a towel to wrap around her when she overheard my daughter saying she was cold. Very nice place! read more

What happened to this place? It's really gone downhill. I've been coming here for the last year and a half, and the last few times I was always waiting. No matter that I had an appointment. Waiting an average of 20 minutes. Why even tell me to come in at that time if it's already booked? I've never walked out of a nail salon in my life, but there's a first time for everything I guess. I had my teacup maltipoo puppy who's 5 lbs and goes with me everywhere. She just calmly sits on my lap, and is a service dog. I've brought her here consistently and everyone was always cool and enjoyed seeing her. She just quietly sits and watches. Anyway. This woman with a blunt bob and angry face told me to sit down. Actually I couldn't tell at first because she just waved her arm all pissed off at me and turned around so I was confused. Then she told me a second time. She's like put your dog on the ground and I just calmly sat there with my puppy and she muttered I'm not dealing with you, get someone else, and walked away. It was so embarrassing. So the manager comes over and is like well we can do your pedicure but no manicure. I was like, are you kidding? And it was causing a scene. So I left. Atrocious service, long wait times, and overpriced for what you get. Looking at the latest reviews and the influx of 1 stars I see I'm not the only one who's offended by them.
