I really enjoy this location of Zen pho and noodles in the Publix plaza in Jonesville. The interior is clean, bright, and welcoming, making it a great spot to stop in for lunch or a relaxed meal. I've eaten here several times, both dining in and ordering takeout for dinner, and the experience has been consistently positive each time. The service has always been wonderful. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very helpful when it comes to explaining the menu and offering suggestions, which I really appreciate. For lunch, everything has come out promptly, and for takeout, the food has always been well-packaged and still hot when I get home. The food itself is consistently good. My go-to dishes are the Pad Thai and the beef bulgogi soup, both of which are flavorful and satisfying. I've also had coworkers order the bang bang bowl, and they've really enjoyed it--it always looks amazing when it comes out. Overall, this restaurant has been a great addition to Jonesville. It's reliable, has great service, and offers a nice variety of dishes. I'm looking forward to coming back more often and trying even more of the menu.

Been here several times now and their food is pretty good, nothing outstanding but a decent option with not much else in the area. We love their summer rolls, pad thai, rice bowls but cannot recommend the pho. Very salty and little flavor. Everything else is good though

Decided to check this place out for early dinner. I knew there were couple other places in other parts of town, but this seemed to be relatively a new one that opened recently. i got their pho, which had sweet savory broth with generous portion. The shrimp for appetizer was also very crispy. Overall, a good option as a quick stop restaurant for Asian food.

First time eating here. Nice, cool, and bright dining room. Yummy smells from the open kitchen. Our server greeted us immediately and let us choose our seats. She took our drink order and made suggestions. I had the Bulgogi rice bowl, my husband #1 Pho Dac Biet. Our food came out hot from the kitchen. The rice bowl was heaping with fresh veggies, kimchi, and bbq. The meat was tender and tasty. The kimchi was mild. The provided fresh herbs tray complemented the food. My husband's pho (pictured) was huge and just how he likes it: brimming with different beef, noodles, and tripe. Our server refilled our drinks and gave my husband a to go drink. We'll be back.

I ordered to go, but I can still say with honesty that the staff were very nice and attentive. I'm putting 2 stars because the pho I ordered ended up having weird particles at the top and I haven't seen that with pho before. Also the broth needed to be doctored quite a bit, the amount of cinnamon was overwhelming. I'll still try them again, but not for the beef pho.

    Spring rolls

This was my first visit to Zen Pho & Noodles in Jonesville Fl. We were waiting on a prescription from Walgreens so decided to have lunch here. I noticed the restaurant was exceptionally clean. Our waiter Jan was very nice and attentive. I ordered a stir fry of veggies, shrimp, in garlic sauce, with a side of white rice. It was perfectly seasoned and not overcooked. I also tried one of my wife's spring rolls and it was amazing. I give the food and service a perfect 10. I plan on coming back.

We sat for about 10-15min, never got to place a drink order or food order. Ended up walking out. Service is terrible. Would not recommend.

We were immediately greeted and sat down. I ordered a water and my bf originally ordered a sweet tea but that was definitely not a good choice and he ended up changing it to a sprite. I had not been here before but had heard good things. We came here because we specifically wanted pho. The menu was pretty extensive and there were other options if pho isn't your thing which is nice. You can also make a pretty wide range of modifications, which helps as well. We both ordered the pho tai nam (#3) however he got it with ramen noodles and also added on 2 marinated eggs. I had half of one of those eggs and I really enjoyed it, and I'm not a huge egg person. Overall the flavor wasn't bad. We enjoyed it. We had plenty left over and it was even better the next day when the flavor set in more. I would go back to explore more of the menu for sure.

Then as we are leaving the restaurant to our car we see the cook running across the restaurant to the Asian market ! That poor chef. If it was me I'd be telling the owner you are closing for the day because no one showed up .

There aren't a whole lot of options for Korean food in Ocala, so when we found ourselves in Gainesville we sought out some Korean cuisine. The dentist I'm seeing recommended Seoul Pocha so after a late afternoon dental visit in Gainesville, we made it a point so check it out. We got there just after 5 PM, soon after they opened, and there was a couple already sitting down ready to order. After my wife and I checked out the menu, we soon realized there are menu items we typically don't see outside of So Cal and Korea, namely Bibimbap Dolsot and Kimchee Pancake...so that's what we ordered. I asked the server if they also served Kimbap since it wasn't on the menu but I was told no. The Bibimbap Dolsot was served sizzling hot! It was so hot that I had to wait until I mixed it up with some bibimbap sauce and it cooled down a bit before tasting it. It had good flavors but didn't quite match the taste of the same dish we sampled in Korea and in Koreatown in LA. Interestingly, the bibimbap dolsot served in a restaurant on base in Yongsan, South Korea was one of the best we've had. Seoul Pocha's bibimbap dolsot was still good, but... My wife's kimchi pancake was quite good especially when dipped in that sweet and spicy house made dipping sauce. My wife couldn't finish her dish so we took it home for a snack the next day and it was still yummy. Service was attentive and friendly. It wasn't after we've eaten however, did we realize they didn't serve any banchan, or appetizers, which is typical in most sit down Korean joints. Dinner for 2 with tip came out to just under $46. We'll surely be back.

Arriving an hour before closing time, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and seamless seating despite the quiet atmosphere. The staff made me feel like a valued guest regardless of the hour. I was seated inside, though there is an outdoor patio. However, with the lack of customers and the late hour, it felt better to sit inside this time around. The decor is pretty typical for a Thai restaurant... lots of reds and gold and the ever present dragons. The standout of the evening was undoubtedly the Tom Yum soup. It was bold, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. It alone is worth a return visit. The summer roll was decent but fell a little short of its potential. The shrimp felt sparse, and an overly generous hand with the cucumber threw off the harmony of flavors I was hoping for. My green curry hit all the right flavor notes, but the portion felt slightly unbalanced. A bit more curry to accompany the rice would have made it a truly satisfying main. Minor criticisms aside, Bangkok Square delivers a genuinely enjoyable Thai dining experience. The highs are high enough that I'll certainly be back.

The noodles and veggies had great texture, and the sauce had a nice slightly sweet flavor though I think it could've used just a touch more salt or chili oil to balance it out. Slightly oily overall, but not enough to be a dealbreaker. I swapped the soup for double egg rolls and was glad I did since they were super crispy and satisfying. Service was fast even though it was fairly busy for lunch, and the pricing for the lunch special was great. I'd definitely come back for another lunch here!

We arrived later on a Saturday night craving hibachi and sushi, and it definitely hit the spot. I ordered the steak hibachi with fried rice, and my husband went with the lobster roll. My meal started with a cup of miso soup and if you follow our adventures you know I love miso. They did not disappoint. It was hot, flavorful, and tasted freshly made with good ingredients. For a drink I ordered a Long Drink. We first tried these at a local festival and fell in love, so when we saw a citrus flavor we had never tried before we were excited to order it. My hibachi came out hot and smelled amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce mixed into the rice was really good. I do wish they gave just a little extra sauce for the rice. The rice itself was a bit stiff, but the sauce helped a lot. We also came about an hour before closing, so we were not too bothered by that. Our waitress was good, and her coworker stepped in to help when she was busy, which we appreciated. I also liked that you can see the sushi chefs working right there, and my husband really enjoyed his roll. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms, which always matters. I also have to mention the water because it actually tasted good. If you know, you know how rare that can be. They also have plenty of parking, which makes things easy.
