Was super helpful with all our questions, provided tips, and helped trained our pup, Penny, to be a full functioning doggo. Highly highly recommend, especially if you have a doodle. We also worked with Holly for the puppy kindergarten class, which I would really recommend for dog socialization and fundamental training tips! We saw a big difference in her socialization with this class. Lastly, we did board and train with Kelli, who was great at taking care of our dog while we were out of town in addition to hands on training. Everyone at Karma clearly loves dogs. The one issue is I did struggle at times to get in contact with Karma corporate to get things set up.

She cared for my dog for three weeks, stayed on top of all his medications and special needs, and was consistently communicative, trustworthy, and respectful in my apartment. As his medical needs evolve with age, she is honestly the only person I would trust to watch him if I travel without him again. Jeffrey has also been wonderful to work with and always goes above and beyond with scheduling and making sure the right sitter is matched to each client's needs. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Wags 2 Whiskers. My dog Pip goes about 4 days a week and…read moreabsolutely loves it. One of my favorite conveniences is their pickup/drop-off setup. They come right to the car to get her, so I don't even have to step out--huge win on busy days. They also send the best report cards, which make it so fun (and reassuring) to see how Pip's day went. But what really sets them apart is how attentive and caring the staff is. Pip had been having some stomach issues, and I mentioned it to them so they could keep an eye on her. They went above and beyond and actually sent me a photo of a concerning stool (not the kind of photo you expect to be grateful for, but here we are). Because of that, I took Pip to the vet right away, and turns out she had a bout of pancreatitis. The vet told me that catching it that early made a big difference and that she's expected to recover quickly. I'm incredibly grateful to the team for paying such close attention and taking the time to communicate with me. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Pip is in such thoughtful, capable hands. Highly recommend!

Wags 2 Whiskers is my automatic go to when boarding my 18 year-old cat, "Bongo". It's easy to book…read more appointments even at the last minute, but I always try to book in advance to ensure his stay there because it is a facility that I absolutely know I can trust with his care. The personnel are always helpful and friendly on the phone. Wags 2 Whiskers follows instructions to the letter and we know this because at drop off we often provide a detailed list of Bongo's dietary needs as well as the administration of his thyroid medication which he requires twice daily all of which they seek to completely understand and have even called to double check on the details if there are any questions regarding his care instructions. It is such a relief to know that we can depend on them to expertly and responsibly take care of our elderly cat. This past stay Bongo had a wellness bath and came home not only with a cute report card accompanied with an attached cat nip party favor but so very soft, shiny and lovely scented...I do think this treatment not only improved his coat, but also his physical and emotional well-being. Cats generally don't like their routine disrupted, but I think ours actually likes going to Wags 2 Whiskers never complaining upon his arrival and he generally gains a little weight there to boot which he very much happens to need at his age. We joke that Wags 2 Whiskers is Bongo's vacation spa while we're out of town! Another great feature of Wags 2 Whiskers is that we can totally relax without a second thought of his care while we're away because we are given daily Bongo reports in the way of a series of photographs that give us a sense of how he's doing and it always looks like he's comfortable and even having a really good time under their attentiveness. Once he lost a tooth during a visit (which I realized afterwards that he was on the verge of anyway), because well, he's not a young cat anymore, and Wags 2 Whiskers called immediately and let us know, even saving the tooth for us which I still have lol! We also have a dog, and although I've never boarded her there since she always accompanies us on our trips, I would not hesitate to book a stay for her at Wags 2 Whiskers as I would trust them completely to take good care of her. I highly recommend Wags 2 Whiskers for pet owners looking for boarding and spa treatments that they can confidently rely on!

The space was very impressive inside and I was super astonished at the attention to detail this huge space included for not only animals, but for children as well. At first, I felt skeptical at how big the place is yet with how little animals there are. But the Wallis Annenberg PetSpace wants to foster human-animal interaction well. I loved how when I came by here, there was a staff member reading books aloud to children. There were activities and lots of valuable teaching material. The dogs were also in a clean and wonderful environment. It was definitely a different atmosphere from dog shelters. You can see the care and comfort prioritized for them. When one is napping, they even put down a blind for privacy! This experience definitely made me want to come back here in the future to adopt one day, and to give my dog a companion!

We met "Greyson" at the East Valley Shelter in Van Nuys and was scheduled to euthanized on 4/17 because of a condition called Enteopion, where the eyelids grow inward. So his lashes have been irritating his eyes his whole life. The surgery is expensive, we went home and did our research calling several Pitbull rescues. So many amazing people lead us to Mahkala, who is connected with PetSpace. We were then connected with Patricia was able to get the surgery approved, if we agreed to Foster to Adopt. She picked up Greyson from the pound and took him to get the surgery. We picked him up, and after 2 weeks of shepherding him through his healing, took him back to PetSpace to have his stitches removed. The only hiccups we've had was unclear communication at times. In dealing with several other folks via text, email, our valid and pertinent questions seemed to be more of an annoyance and not answering. "We don't have that info" or "It hasn't been updated in our system" were frequent answers to our inquiries pertain to the dog. The facility is wonderful, the store is pricy which was kind of surprising. I believe the people here know it's a special place. Grayson - now name Trueba is healing up, his hair is growing in post op and is a sweet 80+ pound squishy love that has a new lease on life.

A little long but it's been nothing less than eventful with this place. I had hight hopes for this…read moreplace as the hours are so convenient for our family's busy schedules. Unfortunately, this place was a HUGE disappointment and had a huge negative impact on our pup. Long story short -- Everything here is a sales grab. The few girls care for the animals but the "managers" and men there are just there for the commission of your packages. I had a whole conversation about their unethical sales pitching with the employee while picking up my dog lol. It's "how they keep the place open" - the employee's words, not mine. Astounding. Said employee also asked what I did for a living because I questioned their sales pitch tactics -- I'm in sales. Also, If you need their VIP services for your unspayed or neutered pup, please spend your money elsewhere!! Before committing to a membership, we did a trial day and spent hundreds on drop in days, grooming, and overnight boarding to see if it was a good fit for our high energy pup. Our dog is not neutered and we don't plan on getting him neutered so we chose their VIP rooms. His breed is also extremely high energy and they promised they could accommodate. I also inquired about training multiple times and they kept saying the trainer would contact me. Everything went great after those few visits, they seemed caring and said he was a great fit for a membership so we end up signing up. Then everything went downhill. Upon the first day of the membership, our dog all of a sudden had behavior issues and needed to be picked up. In the middle of my work day I call the shift manager, and he states that if we want our dog to stay, he needs training ... (from their same trainer that I've inquired 3x about before committing to a membership, still haven't heard back). I asked why this wasn't communicated ever before committing to a membership and they didn't have an answer. I informed them that I would've paid for training before committing to a membership if they would've let me know that there were any issues. Our dog went a couple of more times until they could finally get me in touch with the trainer, 6 visits later. Actually I had lost complete trust at this facility. To add insult to injury, I was able to speak to one of their actual workers that is with the dogs and she let me know that our dog is only let out for about 10 minutes at a time, maybe 3 to 4 times a day during a 12 hour stay. This is their VIP option. So not only is he left in a room for about 12 hours a day, with dogs barking all around him, he's not being stimulated nor played with just being let out to go to the bathroom. Contradicting everything they say that they offer. Their "trainer" is also a joke. He is supposed to be from the Marines and well-versed in the breed of dog that we have. Upon washing him for 5 minutes, as I was told, he said that our dog needed to be neutered before he could be trained because of his energy. Our dog is a Malinois and is not supposed to be neutered before 2 years of age. We've since went elsewhere to get our dog trained from someone who is actually educated on his breed and he's worked on all of his anxiety and reactivity issues that our pup got because of this place.
