A service truck with all of the advertising for Flavor Chef Catering was driving extremely erratically, well over the speed limit, and was tailgating me to the point that I was worried they would hit me. I was turning into my residential area with my signal on when the driver of this truck tried to split the lanes and almost caused an accident. When you have all of your advertising on a panel truck, you need to understand that that's just as important as having a good or bad product. I would never use this company and I would make sure that if I ever have the chance I would let people know not to use them either. Driving so erratically that they almost caused an accident is more damaging than a bad meal.

We ran out of beef a little earlier than expected, but our people do love to eat and appreciated that the staff didn't skimp on portion sizes. I think my guests took "all you can eat" seriously--LOL. My only suggestion would be to let Taquizas Jose know if your group loves to eat, as you may want to factor that into the amount of meat they bring. They were SO kind and accommodating, and brought us in for TWO full tastings (with guests!) to perfect the menu. The chefs were so sweet, and also really humble with the less familiar cuisine, actually asking my grandma for her thoughts and taking such detailed notes on what we wanted. Also, we got the most amazing s'mores dessert, which was a huge hit with our guests. We also subcontracted several other things through Continental, like tables, chairs, lighting, and AV. This was honestly extremely convenient, and was so nice to not have to juggle so many vendors. Their communication was incredible, the food was great, and just an 11/10 team. As the manager I was one of the last people to go out to the parking lot where the caterer setup for my lunch at 12:40. To my surprise the caterers had already packed all the food away and were preparing to leave... When my associate called their office to discuss why they took all the food we paid for and why they left early, she was told, "we put 60 paper plates out and all 60 were used." As a customer and a customer service manager this poor service is unacceptable. The conversation with the caterers office after was even worse. This vendor is no longer allowed to do business with our Airgas. I strongly recomend you find a different caterer.
