What followed was one of the most unprofessional and confusing front-desk interactions I have ever experienced. The receptionist was completely unfamiliar with standard massage terminology. She didn't know what neuromuscular therapy was, stumbled over "trigger point," and didn't seem to understand that they are closely related modalities. Despite representing a large clinic with numerous LMTs, she could not tell me if any therapist on staff specialized in this work, nor could she confirm schedule availability for the upcoming Saturday. Her solution was to tell me she "might" call me back the next day after checking. Asking a potential new client to wait over 24 hours just to find out if a clinic is even capable of performing a requested service is entirely unacceptable. When I explained that I would have to take my business elsewhere if basic scheduling and modality questions couldn't be answered, she seemed completely baffled. What kills me is that her lack of training directly hurts the therapists working there. By being completely unable to sell their services or book a basic appointment, she essentially reached right into an LMT's pocket and snatched a $120 session away from them. I will be taking my business to a clinic that actually understands basic massage therapy terminology and values a client's time. Avoid this place unless you already have a direct line to a specific therapist, because the front desk is actively driving new business out the door.

She says yes but very busy come back one hour. He doesn't want to leave. She comes back to me then goes back to check and he finally agrees to leave after saying over and over he was there to "meet her first". OBVIOUSLY this is more than a happy ending massage parlor. There is other sex work going on here. I wanted to hop off the table and run! But I stayed and she finished my crappy massage. Turns out she charged me $76 twice- but gave me $76 cash and didn't want a tip. So strange. Ok?! I'm a good tipper- but honestly wasn't sure about what to do in this situation so she helped me figure that out. My facial with Terril was very relaxing. We went into the treatment room and discuss what my concerns were with my skin and what I was hoping to get out of my appointment. Terril was very attentive, asking questions along the way. One thing I really liked was that the table was heated because I've been having some issues with my back that make it uncomfortable to lay down so having that heated surface under my back made my appointment even more relaxing. My skin felt amazing when she was done, even though she had to do a few extractions. I was so pleased that I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a few months out so that my skin will be able to recover from the upcoming summer months. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful little spa and I look forward to returning for my next facial.
