I just received a combination massage from Zenergy spa today. Sandy is AMAZING!! The massage was THE BEST I have ever had. I've gone to others that have helped but I have never felt so rejuvenated and relaxed after ONE session. Her spa is lovely and she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had discomfort in my lower back and my neck and shoulders were incredibly tight due to a lot of stress from emergency travel and a high demand job. When I say I feel incredible after the session, it's an understatement. I scheduled another session in 2 weeks and plan to make her a regular part of my self care. I've had a lot of massages over the years. In the past, this included the likes of Burke Williams, Glen Ivy, etc. which are nice spa day-type experiences to chains such as Massage Envy or your 'everyone in the same room' Asian foot massage type establishments - all of which are services that provide you with whoever is on duty, basically it's a crap shoot who you get that day. For me, a masseuse is like a good hairdresser. I like knowing that I'm going back to someone who knows what I need and how I need it and is willing to work with me on what's best for *me*. Bodywork by Sandy is that place where I know I can consistently get a *great* message from a seasoned professional - I'm so glad I found her! I've had several sessions with Sandy now and each time, I've left feeling 100% relaxed, ready to take on the world -- she really has the magic touch to make all your worries melt away. Self-care is so important, especially during these stressful times with Covid and a million other things out there. Speaking of Covid, Sandy keeps her place clean and sanitized; an added peace of mind for me. So happy I found Zenergy Spa! My husband and I had been in search of a good masseuse. It seemed that Thai massage had taken over the area in recent years and not that there's anything wrong with that, but we are just not fans of Thai massage. Sandy's massage techniques were exactly what we were looking for (firm Swedish and combination massage). It had been years since I had a massage and oh my, did I need one!
