As I went out the store and about to leave, Cassandra came after me, handed me the fuse and said I could have it for free! Wow! I ended up needing a channellock small enough to get into the headlight housing but adjustable to clamp onto the bulb housing to let me turn it. The gentleman helped me find the perfect tool. I had struggled for about 20 minutes trying to use my fingers, and after I got home, the job was done in 10 minutes for replace both bulbs and reinstalling the headlight housing. The staff at Autozone are super helpful. I'll be back for other goodies next time.

I had originally planned to have the work done at the dealership, but after learning about their 20% first-time customer discount, I decided to give them a try. Initially, I only needed my brake pads replaced. However, my car started displaying battery warnings, and both AutoZone and my Mercedes-Benz advisor confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced as well. Since I was already planning to come here for the pads I decided to have both services done here. I dropped my vehicle off around 2:00 PM, and it was ready by 9:00 AM the following morning, which was a very quick turnaround. My only concern came after reviewing the invoice. The total seemed higher than I expected, and after taking a closer look, I realized I had been charged a diagnostic fee for the battery. When I mentioned the warning messages, the staff said they would "check it out." Had I been told they would do a diagnostic to confirm and charge for that, I would have declined it and simply proceeded with the replacement. That said, this experience would not stop me from returning or recommending this shop. The service was professional, the staff was friendly, and the work was completed quickly. My only suggestion is that if you already know exactly what service your vehicle needs, make that very clear upfront so they don't run a diagnostic that is not needed.

Napa had the best price out of 5 auto parts places shopped. I had an oil leak and had to replace the camshaft seals, timing belt, and water pump. I ordered for pick up and it was ready in a day. The cashiers were a riot, laughing and telling jokes with me while I waited for someone to bring out my parts. Be careful though, he almost didn't give me everything. I had to double-check the parts list before I left, and the guy had forgotten one box. Overall, this was a very good experience! Time will tell to see how these aftermarket parts hold up in my car... 3 weeks later: The mechanic said the seals were trash so he replaced it with ones he had. However, I still have a small leak so it's still tbd if these parts are the problem.... "Nope, out of stock" was the answer I received when he hardly looked for it. I wound up finding it at an auto parts store close to my hotel in no time, and without a computer reference. Folks, its not that hard to find a 15 amp fuse. Either way, the guy who clearly wanted to leave early lost a customer forever based on his unwillingness to assist a customer that would've paid a reasonable price to handle a safety issue for his vehicle.
