On Thanksgiving day, I really want to express my thanks to my best chiropractor Dr Klein. Actually I rarely leave any review on social media, but this time I have to leave a review to let people know that I am so thankful that I found such an awesome chiropractor. I was suffering from dizziness, tension headache, stiffed & pain neck and the worst side effects of medications. Some chiropractors who I met previously were either only care about how much they could earn from the treatments or hesitated to treat me after reviewing my neck's x-ray images, so I kept looking for a real good chiropractor who really cares about treating all my problems , I finally found Dr Klein. He spent time and explained a treatment plan based on my conditions with patience, he accepted me as his patient on the first visit and start the treatments as soon as the next available date. I started seeing significant improvement on my neck stiffness and dizziness after each adjustment and traction treatment. He was so thoughtful that he gave me advice for a very good home unit for neck traction as well as some guidance for healthy lifestyle that helps to improve my conditions. I really appreciate Dr. Klein and all his friendly clinic staffs in helping me to return back to a normal life . In addition, Dr Klein's office has some kinds of effective equipment for different treatment purposes such as the neck traction and the spinal decompression system machine , they charge a very reasonable price for each treatment even if no insurance coverage because he really cares to help his patients to return back to normal. I stopped in just for a follow up and the visit was decent. The front desk was friendly and the nurse called me in right on time. Doctor spent a few minutes going over recent symptoms and explained some likely causes without making things too confusing. Doctor Klein gave me back my life. When I came in I was in horrible condition. I had 1 large lumbar disc hernia with sciatic pain for 2 years and then recently 3 bulging cervical discs pushing on my spinal cord. I had tried physical therapy, acupuncture, cortisone injections and everything and this was my resort. because of the neck issues I was scared for a chiropractor who would make it worse. Doctor Klein spent 1hr taking a detailed history, and we started slow. I went on DRX, I started icing and using TENS daily. We did very light neck traction and activation for my neck since that's all I could manage at the time. After two months my pain levels reduced considerably and I could feel more mobility in my sciatic leg. The neck pain shifted from my arm to neck. I could turn my neck and finally the pain left. I ended up going for back surgery - laminectomy but recovered - having a successful back surgery is rare. I truly believe DRX contributed to my successful back surgery because scar tissue was broken. This place is awesome, I've been suffering from back for over 12 years. I started seeing Dr. Klein back in June 2023. Prior to going to Dr.Klein's Office I was seeing another chiropractor for the same issue and he didn't help me at all, plus I ended up spending thousands of dollars. The first thing I loved was that Dr. Klein noticed my problem areas and little by little tried to address them after taking an X-ray to identify the issue, which the other chiropractors never did. Second, as time passed I started feeling an intense amount relief, I forgot how it felt to not feel pain. Thirdly, he suggested that I get massages once a month, work on my hand, shoulder, and back placement while working on my desk. He also suggested that I purchase proper waking shoes at least once a year since they typically will tend to lose cushion hence causing pressure. Dr. Klein also suggested that I ice to relieve muscle tenderness, all of these suggestions have been great and are definately feasible, I know that the more I apply them the better I feel. I found this place through Yelp and tried it out because it sounded promising on Yelp reviews. I have been suffering from neck pain & carpal tunnel (arthritis), and I decided to take advantage of the deal and get checked myself out of curiosity. I'm so glad I did, as my shoulder was worse than I thought, to the point I couldn't sleep on my right side because of this pain in my neck. In the short span of the session, I feel a lot better now that I can start sleeping on my right side. I highly recommend it! If you're looking for a Chiropractor, look for Dr. Klein. I have been suffering from upper back pain that sits right between my left shoulder blade and spine and wraps around my ribs for nearly a year. I went to see my primary care doctor only for him to tell me to take some Advil, and try not to stress yourself too much. A frustrating diagnosis to say the least. This led me to see Dr. Klein. My first visit with Dr. Klein started off with a first time consultation where he asked questions about medical history and asked me to point out where exactly my pain is located. He also gave me educational insights on my back and what exactly he can do to help with the pain. Along with these insights he also tries to figure out what may be causing my back pain and how I can fix it at home. He then takes X-Rays of your spine to see what condition it may be in and then gives you exercises that can help slow your back from aging. Finally, he adjusted my upper spine since that was the main location of pain. This was all in the first visit. From then on, I saw him multiple times for adjustments, and continue to see him to make sure my back is always in great shape. If you have any back pain, I suggest you see Dr. Klein. I fully regret ever having stepped in this man's office. He juggles several patients at a time and didn't make me feel at all valued or appreciated as a patient. He left me waiting multiple times when he tended to other patients even though I had scheduled appointments. He also commented on some medications I'm taking as if he was surprised with what I was taking (none of this business whatsoever). He never told me my diagnosis and when I asked his office for this, they took days to give it to me and it took a significant amount of work on my part to receive something that I should have gotten hassle-free. He never clearly explained the process and course of treatment to me. He literally takes 2 minutes to do an adjustment and sends you on your way, asking you to come back for the same. When I saw him for my appointments, he barely addressed me and looked down at his notes instead of looking at me while I was speaking to him. Currently writing this while hooked up to e-stim... Dr. Klein has been incredibly thorough and charismatic from the start. From the x-rays to mobility tests, he is data and proof of work driven. One month into treatment: my mobility has increased, while the pain in my hip/lower back and neck have decreased 8/10 to 2/10. A couple of months ago, I started to experience excruciating pain on my top right shoulder area and can barely move and sleep at night. When I searched for chiropractors In my area , Klein Chiropractic was one of the business that showed up. Even after reading the 5 star reviews and testimonials, it took me a day or two to call. When I finally decided to schedule an appointment, I completed the form on Yelp and within 2 hours , received a call from their office and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. For my first appointment, Dr Klein spent time with me to understand what I was feeling. After that , he performed an X-ray and was able to see why I was in pain. He informed me at the beginning on what to expect and that this will not be resolved overnight. After the first adjustment, I was still experiencing pain and he made sure I didn't leave his office until I was somewhat comfortable. I appreciated that. He actually sat with me and made sure I was okay despite of the other clients he had at that time. For that month, I saw Dr Klein three times a week and the pain started to subside. He would take the time at every appointment to remind me of what I should be doing while sitting in front of the computer all day and tips and tricks to do to help improve my situation. Fast forward to two months later and I am pain free , and now seeing Dr Klein once every two weeks. I actually look forward to my adjustments with Dr Klein. I have herniated herniated discs in C5C6/C6C7. I was having moderate to severe inflammation and causing lot of discomfort during my daily work. I was seeing a pain therapist (MD) and was undergoing physical therapy for more than a month but it didn't help me much. I never had consulted a chiropractor before and after a few days of treatment from Dr. Klein i could immediately feel the change. I was suffering from severe shoulder pain and leg pain that was building up over years, and I decided to visit Dr. Klein to get it fixed. He clearly diagnosed the problem and performed adjustments 3 times a week. After around 1-2 weeks, my shoulder pain had magically reduced and I had never felt so much relief even after regular massages. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Klein. I've seen multiple chiropractors over the years & Dr. Klein has helped me more in a few months than the past couple years of prior chiropractic treatment I've received. I have been seeing Dr. Klein since about the beginning of March 2023 due to lower back and hip pain that made it somewhat painful to walk or to get up from a sitting to a standing position. I could manage about 20 minutes at a pain level of about 4 or 5 out of 10 before needing to rest for a long while. Dr. Klein has been treating me 3 times a week. For each treatment, he first has me lying down sideways. After repositioning my limbs, he then kneels on the side of my thigh, applying his body weight. He rocks my body back and forth a few times like this before a final burst of pressure to "crack" my spinal column: I can literally hear a cracking sound, though it is NOT painful. This is traditional chiropractic practice as I understand it; it is supposed to loosen up and dissipate scar tissue and/or bone spurs which don't belong. Don't trust my explanation of how it works but the effect has been a welcome 30-50% reduction in pain. The proof of the pudding is that I can walk about twice the distance and still feel less pain than before. Though I am not completely cured, I really appreciate Dr. Klein's care. He and the office staff are professional and efficient. He himself is personable, always nattily dressed, and takes the time to encourage me and to find out what is going on. He has also never over promised, telling me that if and when I do not feel my condition improving, then I should go on to try the next modality of treatment, which in my case, means trying the spinal decompression machine, or possibly if necessary later, surgery. He accepted my walk-in after I left work crying from a powerful sneeze (of all things!) that caused me great pain from my lower back down to my calves at some points. Dr. Klein is still open during this pandemic and THANK GOD for that. I have chronic back pain and arthritis in my mid spine. When the pandemic first hit I was too scared to go anywhere and I assumed the office would be closed. About a month later I was in so much pain I knew I needed to find someone open. I called and to my relief Dr. Klein and staff had been open the entire time. The office was clean. Everyone was wearing a mask and there was antibacterial everywhere that anyone could use. There are signs posted asking people to adhere to social distancing and reminding them to wear a mask. I felt instantly more comfortable and confident. Dr. Klein is nice, understanding and will listen to you. He is genuinely concerned for my health and offers suggestions of things I can do to improve my lifestyle.
