One of the most horrible experiences ever! Everyone should read all the reviews prior to going, or write a review after so people can keep seeing all the awful experiences. After waiting for well over an hour in line... The lack of organization is very apparent while waiting in line watching over 20+ employed teenager staff, with no adult management. After finally ordering.... it took a good 30 mins to get JUST our drinks, that were sub par and definitely not worth the wait. THEN, the wait for our food which was just some Carnitas Fries and Buffalo Shrimp was OVER an additional hour!! Not to mention the seating was very inadequate and the amount of people who were waiting was well beyond their occupancy! After getting the food, the fries were almost seemed refrigerated, they were so cold! And NO WHERE does it state that the Buffalo Shrimp Is ACTUALLY PEEL AND EAT SHRIMP THAT IS BATTERED AND DEEP FRIED!!! WHO in their right mind leaves the shells on, then batters the shrimp and then deep fries them WITH THE SHELLS STILL ON???? I personally bit into one bc it's covered in sauce and breading, only to bite into a shell under it all!!! We almost gave them the benefit of the doubt, bc there were only teens working there, and maybe someone made a mistake. But then when a representative rudely commented on my wife's review and said that you can see the shells on the shrimp in the pictures on the menu.... I decided to document my experience to hopefully help others not to bare the ordeal of such horrible service, let alone horrible food!!! Wait was not worth the food. Was about to get a refund when my food came, an hour and 15 min later!! Drinks were good. Cucumber limeade was delicious! Once we left the order was wrong anyway. The wow factor is here, but not so much the flavor. The smoothies are actually really really good! I ordered the oreo smoothie, and the elote box that came with fries and crushed hot cheetos on top of both. The elote was alright, the fries not so much. The fries had nacho cheese on them as well. First of all the experience was just a bad one to begin with, the retail space is the size of a shoebox and with the amount of people when they just opened was a complete nightmare. As far as the customer service goes, there wasn't really any to be honest, everyone was so overwhelmed by the lack of planning ahead for such a new place. And now for the food side of things, probably the most underwhelming part of it all... don't get me wrong it's not by any means bad food! But it is not worth the drive to such a weird location to begin with, and the hour it took to get my food! You can find better food for a much more reasonable price without the wait and headache. The wait is super long. I waited almost 25 minutes for a simple drink, then my food ended up coming, soggy and warm, 30 minutes after that. I had went 3 separate times to see if MAYBE I just went at a bad time, but every time, my fries were soggy, chicken was warm, and it takes almost 45-1 hour to get the food. Went here today for the first time and I have to say the drinks and food were good! The fries were crispy and the popcorn chicken was well seasoned. I had a oolong milk tea and my friend had a watermelon slush. The watermelon slush tasted like fresh watermelon which was a delight since most watermelon things taste like medicine. Next time I might try their mango slush cause people were walking out with mango smoothies piled high with mangos. Definitely will be back to try more of their tasty snacks and drinks. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. So annoyed and frustrated with this whole experience. Ordered a drink that was way tooooo sweet, kindly asked them to trade it out for something else, to my surprise they said no. Per their "policy" they can't do anything about it. 1) who has a policy like that and 2) how is that even possible when EVERY reply on a negative comment suggests the customer to call the manager "to make it right!". To make things worst, it took us over 30 mins to argue with the workers and STILL have not received half of our order. Apparently they like to make one drink at a time, even though everything is pre-made. Let's be real, making drinks is not rocket science. I found a bug in my Strawberry Horchata. When I found this bug in my drink I had to go all the way to the end of the long line and and ask a manager for a new drink. When I asked him, he simply stated to me that it wasn't that big of a bug and there was other people ahead of me... so I waited about 20 minutes for a drink!!! It was okay, we got hot Cheeto fries, wings, elote and mangoneada. The Cheeto fries looked nothing like the pictures online, to be expected, that is most things in life. My problem came in when the fries came in a little box, and the cheese and Cheetos were on the first couple fries and then you end up with a little container of over priced, cold fries. Wings were ok if you like tangy sticky sauce, and the elote was similar to the fries, toppings came on the very top but nothing throughout. Drinks are good, but nothing impressive. Customer service was not friendly, to be expected for a to go shop. Might give it another shot, however the online pictures defiantly draw you in, but definitely disappoint. When I first heard that this place was coming to Denver I was super excited to try it out! However every time I've been here, the service and food were a different experience. If I could give this place three and half stars, I would because of the service. My first time here, the wait was pretty long and the place was packed. I waited to go a month after they first opened too. The food and drinks were good but the place was pretty dirty. The most recent time here, I ordered popcorn chicken box combo along with the xxtra flamin hot cheetos cheese fries and popcorn chicken. One of the workers messed up my order and gave me carne asada fries instead of the popcorn chicken box combo. When I came back to tell them they give me the wrong order, the worker gave me attitude and basically yelled at the person who messed it up. The person who messed it up apologized and gave me extra popcorn chicken which I appreciate because I knew they were busy and it was a little mistake. I honestly think that this place is a hit or mess when you come in or who's working with but overall the drinks are pretty solid and food is too depending on what you get. The workers were very impatient and tried to rush you. I ordered the honey bbq popcorn chicken with Cajun fries. We had such a terrible experience our first time here. My husband ordered the fried shrimp basket, and after the first bite he realized that the shrimp had been battered and fried with the shell still on it. I tried one and confirmed it. It was absolutely disgusting. We politely complained to the waitress. She went to get the manger. The manager sent her back to tell us that the shrimp is supposed to be fried with the shell on it and that this is how it's done at all their locations. My husband told the waitress that there's no way he's eating fried shrimp with the shell. He asked if he could order something else. The waitress again goes to get the manager and again the manager never came out. She sends that waitress back out to tell us that they'll honor it this time but next time if we ate two shrimp that they wouldn't do it. But how would we know if something is wrong without first trying it? We were upset that the manager never showed her face. Came here on Sunday afternoon there was no line when I had shown up so I thought that was a pretty good thing but boy was I wrong. The place was full of people waiting for their orders and the way they call out orders is super unorganized, your order does not come out complete you get your items one by one in between everyone elses orders. I had ordered the spicy watermelon drink & hot cheetos cheese fries and my husband ordered the mangonada drink. After like 10 min of waiting the first thing to come out were the fries then about 30 min after that came the spicy watermelon drink and then 20 min after that the mangonada by so in total 1 hr just to get everything by the time we got all of our items the fries were a cold soggy mess. The spicy watermelon drink was subpar not awful but nothing to rave about but after taking one sip of the mangonada drink we were done the taste is completely artificial the only mango you get is the garnishes on top and it is not nearly enough to make the drink good. It's an artificial mango slushie. I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more
