Pepper did a really good job. No coupon. $60 for an hour. She is very sweet with a good sense of humor. I'll go back to her.

5 stars says it all. VERY clean , VERY professional, massage was outstanding! I get a massage…read morefrequently and have walked by this place often and was dubious because of the low key exterior. However- it was amazing- I will return frequently and it is now my favorite place in Walnut Creek! They are a long term WC business that moved from the east side over to Alpine Rd. When you enter the interior is surprisingly large. The front desk was very nice and helpful. You fill out a form with information regarding what you like/ don't like. The massage room had heated bed and a little electric fireplace. My massage therapist has the draping down to a science and I felt very comfortable. I will return and highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying... I just realized some of the pictures uploaded by the business a month…read moreago must be AI because that is NOT what the actual establishment looks like LOL, shame on me for not noticing prior. I literally decided to give this place a call because of those pictures so now I feel tricked lol. However, my husband and I were on a time crunch because we had to get back home to our babies but wanted to really have a self care day which also happened to be on a holiday. With that said, there weren't many options that were open and or available for the time we needed. We called and were easily scheduled for an appointment with our requests of both female masseuses for a 2 hour couple massage. I've had bad experiences at Asian spots where the men always smelled like cigarettes so I try to avoid it when I can. I got a lil PTSD when we pulled in to the parking lot too because that's all I smelled. Keep in mind the parking lot for this business is fairly small so you may have to find street parking. Another thing that made me apprehensive was the bathroom. It was giving run down, there was no toilet paper holder and the paper towel dispenser was either out of batter or broken? So I honestly wasn't expecting much of the rooms. My husband loved his massage by Grace and I had Kelly. First thought, OKAY with the heated beds! I've ever been to an Asian spot with the heated beds and it was definitely a nice touch! They also had a cute lil electric fire place in the room. As for the massage... Initially, I thought she wasn't going to be applying enough pressure. I came in with so much upper back pain I also kept thinking she wasn't hitting the right spots. Because we had a 2 hour appointment (for the first time) the max we usually get is MAYBE 90 mins; I felt like there was a point where she was kind of BSing the massage. It felt more like she was kind of stroking/petting my back lol. But when she went IN I was pleasantly surprised. She hit a lot of pressure points I didn't even know I had/needed and she didn't just go 0-100 she really took her time to apply pressure so my body had time to respond. I've been to many deep massages that feel ok during the appointment but then make me feel so sore or bruised after. I appreciate how both ladies asked if we were comfortable throughout the massage and when I mentioned I felt like I needed more on 1 side than the other she addressed it. I will say though, I don't remember her ever really touching my shoulders. I'm not sure if that is because my husband circled my upper and lower back as a focus? Regardless, I left relaxed and happy that I left with less pain than I came in with. Can't wait to come back for another! I also plan on gifting a massage to my mom & sis since it's their birthday month!

Aloha Spa is probably the best massage place I have ever visited. I don't write too many reviews…read morebut the service and experience here needed a stellar review. I called around 4pm and asked if they could take me today for deep tissue for the longest possible time. Right away, the girls offered 5pm. I went in, the place was really clean and my masseuse was probably one of the most professional people I have met. She made me ease into the massage and got all of my stress points. I've never felt so relieved after a massage and since this was my first time there, she really wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I've never been more impressed with the technique and wisdom. I really appreciate Aloha Spa for making time for me. I went in super stressed, fatigue, and as someone who hasn't done anything nice for myself in a long time. I came out feeling at peace, good, and rejuvenated. Thank-you Aloha Spa! Their accommodation and skill set definitely deserves all the gold stars! Best massage place in town!

It was comparable to the shoulder squeezes I paid my kids $2 to do when they were 8. It lacked any kind of technique whatsoever. Also, NEVER in my life, until this day, have I encountered someone in the service industry who was rude because the tip amount wasn't what they desired - then demand that I give more. How can one be rude then expect to receive more? Uhm, no, I don't think so. Would never step foot in this place ever again.

A V O I D T H I S P L A C E !!…read more The nail salon changed owners with a corresponding deep decline in the quality of its services. The nail tech that saw me was "experienced" with many years in the business, and one would think the nail tech could deliver quality, but that never happened. The nail tech produced thick, gaudy nails with huge mounds next to the cuticle. Crooked uneven filing, look like a kindergartener did the work. I was chastised by the owner for not letting an "experienced" professional finish her work, since I asked for corrections as the service was been delivered. THIS IS A PERSONAL SERVICE AND SHOULD BE DELIVERED AS A PERSONAL SERVICE. The owner should be ashamed of themselves $50 for an unfinished and no polish terrible work. A V O I D T H I S P L A C E !!

Two they were talking to one another while in a whisper it was still messing with my zen. Last but not least two Hispanic guys walked in and tried to offer $100 for a happy ending kudos to the lady who kicked them out!!

The lighting and music were nice, but a ticking clock next to me made it hard to relax. During the service, multiple staff rotated in and out, I had three different people massaging me. The massage felt too rough and overall chaotic rather than calming. I was asked to pay before the service, and when I tipped 15% at the end, the therapist seemed disappointed. Everyone was very nice, but the experience was not relaxing and left me disappointed.

New Year's Eve I booked a one hour full body massage at 5:30pm. I had called in an appointment…read morearound 2pm. When I arrived I gave her my credit card to pay. She rang up "$80.00". For a one hour massage that has been $65.00 cash or $70.00 credit card. I said "what's this? You made a mistake." She said " it's New Yeas Eve and we need to pay the rent". What? So that makes it ok to make up your price after people show up for a scheduled appointment? She said nothing on the phone about a surcharge. She waited until I arrived and then just charged my credit card more! And to add insult to injury, the masseuse only did my backside. Although I keep saying I need to turn over she kept pushing me down on the table. When I finally turned over she said "your time's up" and pointed to the clock. Also, I've noticed the masseuse(s) have been getting rougher and this time I had to tell this one (LuLu) five times to lighten up, not so rough, not so hard, etc... she kept applying pressure to my lower back and hip "bones", not the muscles. As if she was trying to hurt me. Really hard. And I now have a big bruise on my right inside elbow/arm where she pushed too hard. I'm in my late 60's. Someone can really hurt you if they push too hard. Even break or fracture a bone. Be careful of these masseuses. The hell with this business. I've been coming there for years and this is how they NOW treat me - a regular good customers. This business has bad business practices, unethical behavior, bad customer service, and is not giving customers what they paid for "a full body massage", not just a backside massage. There are a lot of massage parlors out there! If customers are going to pay full body massage rates, then we will go to a real spa facility and get a "real" trained and certify masseuse! I will not be going back. They have lost my business! Be careful if you go there.
