Get ready , everytiime they give you a price get ready because they will want to renegotiate higher when they arrive at your home. I just turned away 1 appointments because of this rescheduled another the next day with an agreed quote, when the guy got there he immediately wanted me to agree on a higher price. I would not recommend this company to worst enemy! They came out to clean my carpet and two upholstered kitchen chairs. When the technician came out stated he didn't have working equipment to do my chairs and would have return at another time to do them. He proceeded to clean the carpet. A horrendous job was done ( see attached pictures). I called the company told them the situation and they sent the same technician out to correct the situation only it didn't! In the meantime another technician was sent out to clean the chairs . He saturated the chairs with water chairs not clean, he tore one of the chairs. Did not reconnect the condensation line to the air conditioner which caused a leak and damage to ceiling that was recently painted. Very disappointing. Zerorez was here in November, did a quick and sloppy job. Two issues that will cause me to never use their services again and to warn others of their disingenuous practices and complete lack of service after the sale: 1) the technician who visited my house added comments in the contract that were completely fabricated. When you are agreeing to something and signing on someone's cell phone please make sure to read it all in detail. 2) I have left four messages for "Caroline", the supposed supervisor - two with employees and two directly on her voicemail. She has completely ghosted me. Rich Brunke, the "manager" also ignores me. They asked for a survey to be completed and after the third request I put my concerns in writing. That was ignored as well. A supervisor from another department called me and agreed that I should have a revisit from the home cleaning department. He was going to walk the request over to that area and said that I would be called within the next few days. That was two weeks ago. Holiday timing considered, this is not acceptable business practice. I never asked for a refund or reduction, just a second look at the supposedly cleaned carpet. Assuming that this is a franchise, I will be contacting BBB as well as the corporate office to complain. They left the carpeted stairs completely filthy and refused to make it right. Had my daughter's house cleaned while they were out of town. When I came back the next day to turn off the fans, the carpet was still wet and the stairs were visibly stained. I ended up cleaning them myself with spray cleaner and paper towels. I asked for a refund on the stairs, but said I'd still pay for the three bedrooms,, the surprise 'service charge' and even the tip I left the guy. They refused. Without a doubt, the worst carpet cleaner I've ever used. Unfortunately, I relied on a personal recommendation in this case instead of online research -- lesson learned. We were told different things about their capabilities depending on who we spoke with, with the manager assuring us they would be able to remove water-based paint drips, no problem, while the tech began negating that idea upon arrival. I have an incredibly long review written that I know no one will read, so let me sum it up - they scammed me out of $650 and changed the invoice after I had already given my credit card information. When I tried to reach out to the company, I got a response that was so generic and didn't address my issue, so I figured it was an auto-response and followed up, hoping to get a person. I can't say enough positive about Steve coming to our house today and making sure that he took care of all of our needs. He did a great job, wanted us to see some of the problem areas and the extra effort he put in was very appreciated. We have a lot of pets and they all make their "Mark" and we recently had an sitter for 2 weeks who left the dogs too long at night, so it was extra bad all over the house, but Steve addressed everything and was respectful, polite, thoughtful, and very Professional. Due to the fact I am law enforcement and not allowed to have my phone on me in side a federal building I missed a phone message from Megan at 10 am requesting to come service me earlier at 1 pm due to me getting of work at 2 pm and missed the call and message I am at home having furniture broken down and removed to prepare for a clear area for cleaning at approximately 2:30 pm today 5/16/26 i received a call from Megan pretending to be in communication with dispatch because Megan said my appointment has to be canceled for 3 pm cause the techs are running behind schedule but they actually were ahead of schedule at 10 am when Megan called to request an earlier time slot so I guess if you are working ppl and set a schedule cleaning time that fits for you if it's doesn't fit Megan schedule of getting off early on a Saturday she will just disregard your schedule time slot and tell you 20 minutes before the schedule time slot she is not coming and you can reschedule for a different date cause she ready to get her weekend started and the beer cans flowing I guess don't waste your time money energy or effort on this Atlanta Base company stick with Stanley Steemer better quality quantity and always honor the time slot you choose for your service. The first clean, my couch was dirtier after than before. They did send someone out for a reclean. While we got off to a rocky start, he did his best. The first guy didn't bother to tell me his hose broke so I figured that out when I walked in and stepped in water. It took two days for my rug and hardwood floor to dry. Terrible - Zerorez claimed they knew how to clean wool rugs. They don't. Zerorez destroyed 2 rugs, each rug cost roughly 4k each and were good quality. One rug came back with significant damage to the corners and new oil stains on it. Both rugs were no longer squared and instead were wavy along the edges. Amazingly both rugs were dirtier after cleaning. Like how does that happen??? It looked like both were cleaned with dirt water and then stretched, pulled, and kicked. No care taken at all. Just destruction. I went round and round with customer service and managers to fight for a refund. After 2 months of back and forth, my rugs were still destroyed and I finally got a refund. I scheduled several rooms to be cleaned for late afternoon. The window was 3pm-6pm. The company did not call me to let me know they were running behind. I called them at 5pm to make sure they were still coming. They told me the tech was about an hr away, just picking up at the location he was at. At 6:10pm I called them to let them know he never showed up, she put me on hold for about 15 mins, after taking forever to answer. The tech finally called me around 7:30 pm to let me know he was running behind and that I would need to reschedule for the next day. I used a different company to get it done instead. When I contacted the company, they were rude and said that they informed me the rugs were warped and damaged prior to leaving my home. This is 100% not true. Not wanting to walk on the freshly cleaned and damp carpet I waited a couple of days to inspect the bedrooms and replace items moved from the floor to let the guy do a good job. The tech said he was able to get out the stains and I took him at his word. Upon inspection they look like they haven't even been cleaned... what a joke and waste of money. Very unreliable service. Seems like they don't take care about their schedule. I made an appointment to get their "magic water" service last Saturday March 8th at 3pm - 6pm, since the windows time frame was passing by I decided to call them to see when they were coming, they guy in the phone told me they are going to call me to tell me when were arriving. It didn't pass 5 minutes when a guy with a sleepy voice call me to tell me we have to reschedule because their vehicle got broken, blah blah blah. These people are a joke, they don't get when people schedule for a weekend day is because they can't do it during the week. I booked upholstery cleaning after being promised over the phone that their system would remove pet stains/odors and even make my furniture last longer. I agreed to a quote of $310. When the crew arrived, I was hit with a surprise: apparently, I had only signed up for a "Tier I" cleaning (something NEVER mentioned before). To actually remove the pet odors I specifically asked about, they wanted another $65. Then they had the nerve to push a $75-per-sofa "stain guard" on top of that. This is nothing short of a bait-and-switch scheme. They lure you in with bold claims, then pressure you into expensive "upgrades" the moment they're inside your home. The technicians themselves were kind and professional, but the business practices are manipulative and dishonest. I was left with drying furniture, a lighter wallet, and a sick feeling that I had been scammed. Save yourself the frustration. Set up appointment for cleaning 3 rooms (Feb 6, 2024). Kitchen floor which is a laminate tile was included. While cleaning that floor, somehow some of the solution caused discoloration of the tile. It was not really visible that day, but within the next couple of days, it became very visible. My wife felt that it would go away. Now she is so upset,we have to change the flooring. I wrote a good review for Zerorez "prior" to allowing my carpet that they cleaned to dry. Two days after they cleaned my carpet it had a very terrible odor, actually quite unbearable. The carpet was in my bedroom and stairway. The smell likened to a dirty and musty odor. I have no pets, never had pets and my carpet did not smell prior to their cleaning it. It is sad because I called them to see how they could rectify the problem and they said they would clean it again but could not put a deodorizer on it to ensure that the carpet would not smell without me paying an additional charge. Since I did not feel certain that their redoing the carpet with the same method would correct the problem, I called Stanley Steemer to reclean the carpet. Very disappointed, I got their company from attending the Atlanta Home Show. My advice is don't use them. read more

Beware!!!! I have been using the commercial side of Zerorez since 2018. As of today I will never use them again! I received a nasty voicemail form Shawnda in accounting about an unpaid invoice from November, that I have never received an email or a call prior regarding this invoice. I have a valid credit card authorization form on file with them from 5/8/24 that is current and that they have used for prior cleanings. I tried calling and speaking to Shawnda about this matter at 770-990-3764. I called twice, the 1st call was disconnected so I naturally called back. She picked up by saying hello! When I asked if this was Zerorez she began speaking to me with such attitude that have called several times and hung up on her each time I called. I tried to explain that I have only called 1 time prior but the call was disconnected. She was speaking over me in such a manner with such tone and attitude that she could only hear herself. Great customer service right!!!! I called and left a message for Anthony Amerson the accounting manager. He did not call back, I got a call from Sanquez. I forwarded him my credit card authorization form from May 8, 2024. He called back and said that the form was vaild and they used it to pay the invoice so "I was all good"! He then told me that due to an employee leaving his files where not transferred. So that is my problem because I am in charge of HR at Zerorez!!! I didn't know that customers are in charge of knowing when employees leave and that management didn't make sure that quarterly customers where taking care of. I am taking my quarterly business else where!! Where I don't have to manage their HR and their accounting department. Because remember I did my job!! My form was filed out and sent in and used for the prior cleaning on 5/20/24! Their 2.8 rating is to high. I HAD a LOT of respect for this company and have had work through them ~ 8yrs ago in another home, but let something go wrong, or unexpected and this company will leave you HIGH and DRY!!! We've never seen this in our room with the carpet being only 4yrs old and very high quality. 6-5-24: Be aware of this company. Horrible horrible horrible. I hired them to clean my entire HVAC system (air ducks, dryer exhaust & returns). I also had them install a PCO air purifier. Cost was over $1,600. I Just had my system serviced and found Zerorez did not clean my main return and left a lot of debris. I called and talked to their GM and he was very unaccommodating. Claimed it was past 8 months and they were not liable. I told him what was found and set him a photo and he BLOCKED my email. Called back and i was put on hold for 23 minutes and was sent to VM. DO NOT USE ZEROREZ! A few months ago we had a dirt stain left by an HVAC tech on our wall to wall carpeting. This was a guest room that is rarely used but has the access to our HVAC. We had Zerozez clean the carpet. Their employee did not clean the carpet that extended into the walk in closet. Not only is the original stain not totally gone, the carpet that was cleaned is discolored compared to the closet carpet and the carpet fibers are stiff! We were out of town for an extended periods of time and upon our recent return we noticed the issues above. We contacted them and they said they can't do anything because it has been longer than 30 days. read more
