The prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I scheduled an appointment to have two area rugs cleaned, a couple of rooms of tile and a hallway. The charge was $744! That seems completely outrageous to me?! In the end, I opted to have just the kitchen/dining room tile cleaned at a cost of $134. The tile is now clean and it looks nice. Our tech was Francisco. He was extremely nice, very professional and did a good job. He was also very understanding about my change of plan due to the prices. They showed up on time. I wanted my ceramic tile floor and carpets done. The floors had a sealer on it that had been coming up over the years. Where it remained, it was spotchy gray. I told him I hoped the cleaning would take care of it. He said he didn't think it would but I told him I didn't care-go ahead and do it. He refused!! He went ahead with the carpets and they looked good. But I had to call another company to do the tile. It looked great when done. read more

My carpets - yuck! I have not had them cleaned since I put them in and they were very traffic-pattern stained. I went with Zerorez Tucson and started the process completely skeptical that they would actually live up to their advertisement. HOLY COW DOES IT REALLY WORK. My carpets and stairs look brand new (and my Living Room is white!) Josh was my service tech - called to let me know he was on his way and arrived in professional clean attire and had a great attitude. Equipment is all clean and he was very careful to use corner guards and enough hose so that it didn't wipe out my plants outside. Process is they spray their specially converted water (no chemicals), run what I swear looked like a wide meat tenderizer over the entire space and then used a very powerful extractor. During the "meat tenderizing" portion lots of fiber comes up and the rugs look a little cleaner. Below is picture of first "show-off" swipes with the extractor. White carpet again!! Since I am terrible at keeping carpets clean (historical fact!) I opted to spend the money to have their Micro Seal product put down. Not cheap but worth it if you want permanent stain protection that also keeps dirt from getting so deep into the carpet pile. They don't move furniture and I was lucky enough to have a friend help me get pretty much everything out of the way so I got my money's worth on the regular carpet cleaning price. Josh was very helping shifting my sofa back and forth so he could get the entire carpet. Then he put it on foam blocks. Recommend vacuuming again once they are dry - lots more lint came up and carpet became even softer. I left mine overnight and into next day at noon, so about 24 hours total to dry. They say 4 to 6 hours is all that's needed. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend and use Zerorez Tucson again. Maybe without quite so much furniture moving ahead of time and just getting the traffic pattern areas. Worth the money and carpets really are soft when done. Review is only one star, because I could not give less. Made my appointment online, which supposedly checked by ZIP Code to see if I am in the appropriate service area, November 9th. Was given a first available date of November 20 in the afternoon, which would be perfect to have my carpets cleaned by Thanksgiving. November 17, zerorez called to confirm the appointment and informed that they realize my house is on the outskirts of town, and they had a cancellation which would make it convenient for them to come in the early morning instead of the original afternoon time. Today, November 18 I was called by Jim O. And told there was a scheduling mistake and they would be unable to make it on the 20th because my house is on the outskirts of town. Jim told me that the house was outside the service area. When I told him that I had a confirmation call yesterday and we discussed my area, he told me that they couldn't come out that far for less than a $200 job. When I told him that I had scheduled a job for four rooms plus protectant and that my total would be about $200, he told me that he would have to reschedule for November 30.... So now I'm within the service area? Jim states that his supervisor Tonya reviewed my location and made this call. So, if you like making an appointment 11 days ahead of time and being left high and dry a few days before a holiday; then lied to a few times about it- I recommend you use zerorez Tucson. Issue regarding pricing from Zerorez.  The cost stated on the Zerorez web site was $40 per room. When contacting Zerorez on September 3, 2019, I was provided with an estimate of $134 which I accepted as a reasonable charge due to the dog urine stains in the carpet. This was an additional fee of $54 which I accepted. An estimate by definition: "an approximate judgement or calculation, as of the value, amount, time, size, or weight of something...a statement of the approximate charge for work to be done, submitted by a person or business firm ready to undertake the work." (My two room areas to be cleaned were quite small.) On September 7,2019, the technician entered my home and immediately gave me two statements both needing to be signed, the estimate $134, and immediately thereafter, an invoice of $1,294.00 , being in no way,  an approximate cost to take on the job.  I was entitled to be informed about that significantly updated second statement regarding Sub Extract Biological Treatment $1,200 before the arrival of this technician.  If I had been advised about this significantly elevated cost, I would have clearly chosen another company. The estimate made no mention of the $1200 fee. The need was urgent due to a  newly adopted rescue dog whose urine stains had to be removed.  This stain issue was clearly stated on my initial call to Zerorez,  5 days before the work was to be done. Don't use the bait and switch idiots. They quoted me one price on the phone with a clear understanding of the house age , condition and pets situation. When the truck arrived, he came in and did a quick walk thru. Then he proceeds to give me a price 4 times higher than the original estimate. He also added multiple disclaimers that their advertised commitments may not be met and that spots could reappear quickly. Absolutely the worst carpet company I have ever dealt with. Had not used Zerorez before and was very happy with the result! Technician was very thorough in showing where stains were using a black light. Nothing major so he recommended a light spray followed by their usual extraction. The total cost was explained be before starting as well. They were able to remove a hand full of stains that a previous cleaner was not able. And their claim of carpet not being crunchy or soaking wet when done is true. I'd give them a zero in ZEROREZ but the guy was really nice. As far as I'm concerned they use plain old water not some miracle water. Anyway, the carpet was semi clean but any traffic area or spots DID NOT clean. I had him go over the area over and over with a poor result. I also had my dining room cushions cleaned and there was absolutely no difference. Spots remained! This was definitely the worst result of any other carpet cleaning company I've used. read more

My tech, Michael, called and told me when he'd be at my house, and he was right on time, did a great job, and was done in an hour. $133 total for living, dining, master bedroom, and hallway, and my 11 year old carpet looks and feels great! Well what they did not say was even with the extra charge if the spot come back you will be charged again if they need to come out. So I am NOT pleased. We hired Zerorez to clean our lightly stained carpets and while scheduling the appt, they had mentioned their maid service. I was intrigued so I set up an appt for that as well. They came just hours before my carpet cleaning appt and I was extremely disappointed. One of the girls did a terrible job in the kitchen. It didn't even look like she did anything. I walked by as she was cleaning and noticed she had used toilet bowl cleaner on my counters and stovetop. I had never even thought about using that in the kitchen. I was told harsh chemicals would not be used in my home. The streaks it left on my stovetop were awful. Apprehensive to keep my carpet cleaning appt after seeing how their "maids" worked, I still decided to give them a chance. Wrong decision. The stains were lightened up a lot once the techs left, but the following day, they were even darker than before. The entire company's service was disappointing to say the least. I called Zerorez several days ago and scheduled an appointment for a carpet cleaning estimate. I was told they would be at my house on Sat. between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. At 11:16 AM, I got a call saying their technician was running behind, but would call when he was on his way. By 1:20 PM, they were a no show so I called Zerorez. I setup my appointment online and knew exactly how much I would be paying based on my selections. I was able to select a time frame of 4 hours online. I received a call back within 24 hours and was given a closer estimate between a 2 hour time frame. They even gave me an option to do an earlier time if I wanted. On the day of the appointment, I received a call 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving. This is excellent customer sevice in my opinion because sitting around waiting for someone to show is the worst! He arrived on time, was very thorough, and the carpets look great! I seem to be the only one less than enthused about their carpet cleaning. I had heard that the carpet would not be 'crunchy' since there was no chemicals but found my carpets were actually crunchy and also the 'high traffic' areas didn't look all that clean to me. And the carpet in my bedroom is only a yr or so old...He also quoted us a price of $130 to do JUST the steps in addition to the other rooms he was there for. I heard their advertisement on the radio and reviews sounded good so I decided to try them. My experience was not outstanding. My appointment time was 11:00 - 1:00. I received a call that Scott was running late. He arrived just about 2:00. Scott was very pleasant I will say. The carpet cleaning was nothing exceptional and I'm still not sure their process it not chemically free. The sodium hydroxide (lye) is broken down through their water process but that's a concern. Wish I would have known about this before I had them clean my carpet. This was the most expensive carpet cleaning I have had to date. The drying time was no different then any other steam cleaning that I have used in the past. No, I won't use this company again. read more

Not sure how anyone can write a review on this company. Their guys are so busy advertising to get business that they do not answer their phones. My wife and I have tried to call numerous times, a few times last year and a few times over the last month. We wanted to give them a shot and see what they are all about but we have never been able to speak with a representative... Not even once.
