I've come here several times for juice and smoothies after a morning fitness class and I've been happy with the juices. The smoothie was delicious. And this morning, I even had avocado toast. I mean, I'm not sure that's allowed given that I'm not a millennial, but they sold it to me, so. It was delicious. My one complaint is that it was only 8 a.m. when I arrived today but they seemed to be out of a huge percentage of their juices. I liked the one I ended up with, but it was my third choice. Tried for first time today after my w/o....asked for a drink with Beet juice and the shift manager took time to explain the varieties of juices and she also took the time to look up the actual vitamins in one of her recommendations. I stopped by Zest on Sunday and I can't wait to go back! When my brother and I walked in, we were immediately welcomed and invited to try samples of each of their juices. Not only were they all delicious, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I ended up buying 3 of the juices (The Lush, Kaleidoscope, and Cashew Milk) and my brother and I both ordered the Cacao Banana smoothie which was fantastic! So one of my friends told me because I was sick I needed to go to this place to do the immunity shot. I did it and lets just say its got the kick of a shot of alcohol. It burned so hard but did the job. I also love the smoothies and the fact they let you try all the juices. My favorite smoothie is the Blue Diamond and my favorite juice is the Kaleidoscope. I like to kick my juice up a notch and add a shot of ginger or E3Live depending on how I am feeling If I ate like garbage the night before I go for the Sherlock to clean out the system! This place rocks and am so thankful to have something like this as opposed to the refined sugars and highly processed foods that seem like the only option around here. read more

If you're looking for a place to get super fresh juices, smoothies and customizable bowls and you aren't a penny pincher, you will love zest. However, if you're looking for super healthy food or a good value, you may be disappointed. Bowls are $10 with choice of three toppings and most smoothies and juices are around $9, which seems steep to me when you're going to be hungry again in a half hour. Zest has so many delicious sounding options that I can't wait to go back and try. Definitely more juice/smoothie variety than Alchemy but without any "solid" food. The one problem I have is that if you look at the nutrition facts, which I suspect most people do not, nearly everything on the menu exceeds 300 calories and is loaded with fat and carbs. You'll be hard pressed (like juice!) to find something with a good balance of protein, fat and carbs. There is definitely benefit in the fresh natural ingredients, but don't come in here thinking that anything you order will automatically be "healthy" because it probably has more calories and fat than a cheeseburger. read more

After much consideration, I threw caution to the wind and tried one of Zest's juice cleanses. I had tried juices there before and loved the healthy, nourishing, quality products they sell. And the smoothies are equally delicious and nutritious! But 48 hours of just juice? Come on... ...but it was great! You have to give them 2 days notice so they can make sure they have enough produce on hand. Talk about fresh! And also satisfying. How? These juices are packed with just what you need to hydrate and feed your cells and they've got it all timed out so that your needs are met. I felt great and would totally do it again. It's not cheap, but you pay for what you get, which is quality ingredients (think Jeni's for juice). You can pick how many days and which of the cleanses you would like to try. I'm not sure if I believe in all the things it is supposed to do for your health, but it tastes good, I felt good, and Zest is awesome. read more

Tried a bunch of samples that were all delicious, & ended up getting "The Lush" which is pear, apple, kale & lemon - so good. I don't normally yelp but I think customers should know my story. My brother was visiting me from out of town and we came to this place (he loves acai bowls and likes to check out different places). He ordered us a couple of bowls and let me just say I was so grateful that I have two bathrooms at my house. They should have called this place "Zest: A laxative you didn't know you ate". We went to another place in town, it was better, and easier on the intestines. I know my brother yelped this place and tried to be funny while speaking his mind and giving people a fair warning but guess what? His review magically falls into the not recommended category. Well it should be recommended because if I ate this bowl before bed I could have recreated the poopy bed sheet scene from Trainspotting. I don't think either of us would have anything bad to say if the customer service was of a little higher standard. I was visiting Columbus from LA where cold pressed juicery's are on every corner! I have high standards. Zest did not disappoint. By the end of my visit there, I was wondering how I could have it shipped to me on the west coast. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable, especially Zach who explained everything to me & patiently answered my questions on various juices. He really got to know what was important to me so trusting his recommendations was a no-brianer. I had a cacao banana smoothie that was 9$ and barely drinkable. It didn't taste like banana and so much cacao powder was added it turned very bitter. I'll go back and have a juice sometime. I do love the Ohio outline frosted glass though. read more

I also did a Zest cleanse once and one of my juices was expired, so I called and informed one of the employees. The employees were extremely helpful and apologetic. Came here for two of the mornings that I was in town. Bought Green pressed juices and the coffee cashew milk drink both times. Loved them. Place was clean and inviting. Workers were super friendly (Tues/Wed morning) The Coffee/Cashew milk was a bit too sweet (sweetened with dates and pure maple syrup) but flavor was terrific. Great replacement for my normal cappuccino and breakfast, but would have preferred slightly more of a stronger coffee added. The Green juices were also really good. I will def be back on my next trip to Columbus, It is a bit pricey BTW....but in line with every other pressed juice place I have been to across the Western US. read more

I absolutely love Zest. I am a smoothie fanatic. I just moved to Columbus in October and Zest is by far one of my favorite places. True, their prices seem a bit high- but I have tried other smoothie/juice places and the prices are very similar, if not exact. Also, you really do get what you pay for. The Dragon Fruit bowl, Cacao Almond bowl, & Green bowl are my favorites! I like to stick with the bowls because I like the crunchy toppings (plus, hello, hemp hearts have a lot of protein.. why not add it?). Well, I was pretty excited to check this place out after a coworker came in with a bowl. If I'm going to pay $23 for breakfast some good customer service would be appreciated. Upon entering I was acknowledged but then was the last served after others had entered after me. I should have just left but instead I stood there like an idiot wondering if I suddenly turned invisible. You never know.... Well upon flagging down the same female who acknowledged then ignored me, I asked her if I could order something. She said oh yeah you're fine. No, I'm not fine, now I'm late to work.
