The nails are beautiful and it is the only place that officially can do Disney designs. I didn't get gel so the designs didn't stay on as long as my mom and sister's nails. They both seemed happy with how long their nails lasted. It is pricey (but of course, it's Disney) so it's not something I would recommend doing for every trip.

In terms of snacks, this ain't the Ritz, but there are some trail mix goodies in the quiet area. While our 90 minute massages were mostly relaxing, they were not what we were hoping for. I get deep tissue massages at least once a month, and what I got was a mixed bag of Swedish, hot stone, and Thai (where she stepped on me and did some stretches). My masseuse didn't even ask me what I was looking for at the beginning of the massage. She simply told me to get undressed and lie face down on the table. I had to tell her as she came back into the room what I wanted work on. Anyway, it's okay, but given that there are other options in the area, I would try another spot if I were looking for a massage.

I requested a deep tissue massage and Matthew took the time to understand my specific needs and where I sought improvements. Beyond his empathy and amazing technique, Matthew was highly focused on identifying the source of my leg pain (I'm a runner). His experience as a sport massage therapist for the Orlando City soccer team made me feel confident he could help me. Although my 50-minute massage ended at the spa, Matthew followed up with a sample of CBD cream and provided me with a muscle massage gun to use during my stay. And to top that, he made a connection with the sport massage therapist for Sporting Kansas City (the soccer team in Kansas City) to help me find a great sports therapist at home. This is a great example of an individual who went above and beyond. Matthew truly exceeded my expectations.
