I came to her with a case of Grover's Disease, also known as "That Thing That's Supposedly Incurable," (see: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4248512/); and I expected the usual shoulder shrug and a lifetime supply of steroids and return followup visits. Instead, Dr. Waite looked at my skin, nodded sagely, and basically said, "Hold my moisturizer." Through a mysterious cocktail of steroids, body wash, humidity, and what I suspect might include a few spells from an ancient dermatology grimoire, she nearly cured what multiple people told me couldn't be cured. My skin, once a patchy landscape of pruritic irritation, is now smoother than my best pickup line (which, trust me, is saying something). 10/10 would recommend--unless you're Grover's Disease. Each weekly visit she helped guide me to what a properly healing would should look like and what products we needed to order for my Mother's healing. According to the pharmacist Joanna and her office keep sending the same original prescription. This is just ridiculous and I would not recommend going to see them if you are trying to get rid of a skin condition unless you have months to wait for a prescription to start treatment.

I'm an out-of-state client, and before finding him, I had already tried just about everything--coffee enemas, colonics, sauna, ozone, peptides, various detox protocols. Nothing truly moved the needle until I started working with him. As a business owner, a mom of three boys, and a wife, I went from living a full life to barely being able to get out of bed. I had over 30 symptoms, and in my 40s, I truly thought I was losing my mind. It was one of the scariest and most isolating seasons of my life. From the beginning, I could tell Dr. Dorninger genuinely cared. He's incredibly thorough and is committed to getting to the root cause--not just masking symptoms. At one point I was so ill I was bed ridden for a year and a half and saw over 50 doctors. I eventually got to the Mayo clinic, and the Dr. there told me to give up ever feeling better and just find someone to treat my symptoms. I was not about to roll over and die when I had two young kids at home! Dr. Dorninger figured out through an obscure blood test that I had toxic levels of SEWAGE in my blood!!! Gross!!! He told me how to figure out where it was coming from to stop the sewer gasses from leaking into my bedroom. I have since been able to get off disability, work full time, and enjoy my friends and family again. Thank you Dr. D!

Most times I wasn't even greeted and she spoke about my condition to her assistant as if I wasn't in the room. When I had 30-40 staples removed she did it without numbing the surgery site...one of the most painful experiences of my life. I complained to the office manager and Dr. Leddon called me to say "Sorry you feel that way"....an empty apology with no acceptance of her personal responsibility or impact. I hope she will get some interpersonal communication training and how she treats patients. A little courtesy and consideration is not too much to ask.

Cold, distant and devoid of any personality. I found her to be exceedingly condescending and haughty. I might not be a doctor, but I'm no slouch in mental ability. I recognize when someone is acting demeaning and treating me as though I'm ignorant. The care she gave was fine, but if you're wanting a personable and down to earth doctor, she is not of that variety. Upon checkout, there was a mixup with my insurance. I went home, called the insurance company, cleared up the confusion and called the office back immediately. I informed the receptionist that the issue was resolved, but that my insurance wouldn't be covering the cost anyway due to my high deductible so I'd be on the lookout for the bill. Fine. Settled. Done. Fast forward fifteen days. I get an email from the Center For Dermatology that there is an "urgent issue" that needs my attention right away. Wow, what is it?! Do I have skin cancer? Leprosy? Am I dying?? Of course, I called immediately. The office was in a panic that they hadn't received payment yet. What?! It had been two weeks and one day. I hadn't even received a bill! I explained the situation, yet again. (I asked the receptionist what my total was...wow, a full $130 more than I was originally told. Isn't it funny how that works?) She then asked me if I wanted to give her a credit card right then. Ummmmmm, no. Bill first, payment to follow. Later that night, my phone started ringing. I didn't know the number so I didn't answer. It called. Five minutes later called again. Five minutes later called again and left a message. Guess who? Dr. Leddon's office, telling me that there was an "urgent message" that needed my attention. Seriously, what is wrong with these people?? I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Leddon's. I will tell everyone I know, and possibly even strangers on the street, about my experience. I will shout it from my roof. Shouldn't she and her office staff know that there are many, many dermatologists out there and just maybe they should not harass the patients they *do* have?
