Every year I have to get a recoating of the diamond coat per our purchase contract at no charge, So I took it to this location and they did a terrible job, there was still dirt all over my truck even after he just inspected it and said it was ready to go. They missed so much and they also wanted to charge me an extra $200.00 to buff out a few scratches. SO, if you want to get anything done to your vehicle from this place, DON'T !!! In a word? EXPENSIVE! They kept my car way too long. Several weak excuses. Tanner promised to have my car detailed there if I purchase the rust proofing. I spent almost $1,000 that day. When I picked the car up and complained that it wasn't detailed, Tanner said he never promised that. So dishonest. I will look for an alternative next time. Edit: They completely butchered my rear window defroster. They actually have you sign a waiver before they start on rear windows with defrosters built in. I asked the gentleman at the counter how likely it would be that the defroster got damaged. His answer was, "Our guy who's going to do it has been at this for over 25 years. It's very rare that a defroster will be damaged." It looks absolutely horrible. I ended up spending $806 on a new back window and a proper tinting job. Ziebart is even more awful than I initially thought they were. Michelle, the "Business Manager", referred me to Ziebart's customer service email. There, I found some people who absolutely could not care less about the customer. All they do is defend their position and get taken to small claims court... A LOT! Very dishonest people in that organization. That's the reason they put up with people on the front line, lying to the customer. It's part of their culture. I am sure a few of the stores are probably a safe bet. Stay away from the Poe Avenue store! Wanna have some fun? Do a web search for "Does Ziebart damage defrosters." It is a bit of a rabbit hole. But if you want to get into it, you will conclude what I and many other customers concluded. STAY AWAY FROM ZIEBART! Many better options available for window tinting in the area. I took my truck in to have my yearly rust proofing and to get a window tinting that they put in repaired. The window tint had developed a bubble and then turned into a hole. They put on the high pressure sales for other services as always and I allowed them to detail my truck also. When I got my truck home I realized they did not repair the window tint. I made an appointment to take it back w the store manager who did not apologize btw. When I got there, the counter guy came out and looked at it and said someone hit the window w a seat belt and it's not covered. I was not happy as I know it started with a bubble. He brought the store manager over who said a seat belt hit it and it's not covered. The answer was so canned, that it was obvious that this was rehearsed. They did not honor their alleged lifetime warranty. Very dishonest people and I will alway discourage anyone from doing business w them. My husband and I bought a used truck, pretty much new. Previous owner paid for a top tier gloss protection package on this truck less than a year ago. We noticed there were water spots on the hood and multiple locations. This service was listed on the carfax so we took it to location the service was done. Company states yes it's their mistake but had we bought it from the original owner they would have transferred it and repaired it but since we bought from a dealership they would not cover it. It would cost us hundreds of dollars to fix something that shouldn't have occurred less than a year from being done. My husband and I have taken multiple cars to ziebart over the years for tint service among other things and this is an indication not to go back. Figured I would try a professional business to get my interior detailed instead of someone with their personal business. Bad mistake. My car was left with them in the morning and done in about 4 hours. When I went to pick up my car (3 hours after the call that it was ready), the gentleman behind the counter let me know that the mats may not be back on the floor because the floors may still be damp. They use a "hot water extraction" system and it leaves the carpets damp. He suggested not using it for 24 hours. When I got in my car, the windows in the back half of the car weren't even cleaned. The mats were, in fact, not back on the floors, as expected. What wasn't expected was that my seats were so wet, if you put your hand on them, they came away wet. How is anyone supposed to sit on a seat that wet. When I asked the detailer who came out, "why are my seats soaking wet and not just damp?", he responded, "because we use a hot water extraction process." I replied, "And they leave them soaking wet?" To which he responded, "No, that's why it's an 'extraction' process." Granted, my interior does look clean, but in 20 degree temperature, I won't be able to use this car for some time. I will have to find a way to dry the seats myself, since they don't do it. I even told the guy when I dropped my car off that I drive for Lyft and would be doing so tonight. He never once let me know there would be any type of issues with that. They just wanted my money. They didn't care how the service was for me. My wife and I had decided on the service we wanted from your business, made the appointment to have it done. I am in northeast Ohio right now, so my wife and son drops off our car. Then your staff talks my wife into something different and of course it is almost double what we had ask for. She is told every car has this protection but your car don't. I am sure you are paying your staff commissions to get all they can from people that comes in. I think it is dirty and under handed to take advantage of anyone. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. I took my car in today for a scheduled interior detailing appointment at 8am. I got a call at 11:58am saying my car was all done and ready to be picked up. I get there shortly after that, make conversation with the guy at the desk, pay for services and sign paperwork. I was thanked and I went outside to my car to find as soon as I opened the door something was not right. It literally looked like nothing had been done. I inspected my whole car inside and decided to go back in and let them know that I was dissatisfied with the work done on my car. The nice gentlemen walked outside with me and inspected my car as well and immediately agreed it was unacceptable and no excuse for the poor job done. I agreed to leave my car for a few more hours to be retouched. I get a call at 4:24pm saying my car was ready. I get there shortly after, ask the attendant to inspect my car with me and he agreed. It looked a little better than before but still had some hidden spots missed that I pointed out to him and he said "now we caint make yo car look like a new car"! I said "I paid my money and I expect to receive the services that was promised to me, plus I've dealt with you guys in the past and was very satisfied" . He shrugged his shoulders and I said that's cool and walked away. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Very unprofessional and nonchalant...you've been warned!!! Rude, arrogant staff. I dropped my car off for it's annual "Diamond Gloss" renewal. They do not like customers who only get the warranty service and do not upgrade: They did not call when the car was ready. When I called them, I was hung up on (twice). When I picked the car up my key ring had been taken apart and I had to put it back together at the counter. Very strange. Dropped my car off Dec 23 for annual diamond gloss and viper remote installation a gift from my husband. When picking my vehicle up film was noted on windows as if something was smeared over the windows and hap hazardly wiped off. When attempting to use my wiper blades to rinse film off I was missing a wiper blade on the passenger side which was found in wiper well the next day. Wiper blade was noted to be broke. Car was spotty and a gritty dirty film noted over the car. Husband called and dropped car off 5 days later after speaking with store manager to correct issue. Was told when leaving we would recive a call that day when finished. No call and my vehicle is not found on property. They are not open until Monday. Worst experience ever with Ziebart. Followed the store manager from Centerville to Poe Ave location as he was a friendly and service with him was once exceptional. Can not say the same now. When the car was dropped of Saturday. He was unfriendly and felt as if we were troubling him with issues noted. read more

I just got brand new rims and tires, performance calibers and a lift kit put on a week before I had an appointment to get my truck undecorated. When I went to pick up my truck the day after they had sprayed the undercoat on. I saw they had gotten undercoat all over my NEW rims and tires, calipers, lift kit and the lower part of my truck. Plus they didnt even clean anything off under the truck before spraying. They spayed over everything, even the dirt. AND they did a half ass job at spraying because you can see all the places they missed. These people do halfass jobs if you let them get away with it. Consumer be aware. read more

I had my car "detailed" at the Poe Ave location in Dayton, OH on March 24th....I posted photos the day after I got it done they commented and they told me to call the store so they could make it right. On top of these pictures they broke one of the bucket seats where it does not recline anymore and also left a razor blade in my front seat and I have three small children who were playing in the car before it was found by my husband (thank God none of them were hurt). Anyways I work 6-7 days a week and it is hard for me to stop by....I finally did today after also talking with Adam at this store about the detail job and my seat not reclining about 2 weeks ago...he told me to bring it up and they would look at it and to bring the mats back up these had accidentally put in my car when they detailed it. I even told him then how I work 6-7 days a week and it was hard for me to get up there and I would be up when I could because I only have Mondays off work and he assured me this was ok. I returned the mats today and had them look at my car, Seran came back out and said he couldn't fix it and I'd have to take it somewhere...I asked if they were paying for it because it was only after I brought it up there and had it detailed did it stop working and he was hesitant and told me I'd have to talk with the manager, who was not in until tomorrow. So I went back up and asked Chris if there was any way he could call him...I told him I understand its his day off but its just so hard for me to come back up there. Finally asking asking him a few times he agreed and went in the back. He came back out and told me the manager said there was nothing he could do about it. I said so you guys have broke my seat and have done a crappy detail job and now I have to pay to get my seat that you guys have broke and am left with a car that is not detailed and he said yes sorry since it was a month ago there is nothing I can do....I said even with me posting those pictures to your website (which he said he saw on there) and me talking to Adam as well? He said there is nothing we can do. Although, I don't understand because when I came in Chris knew who I was because after asking if he could help me and I told him I had the mats for him he is actually the one without me saying anything who asked for my keys and told me they'd look at my seat without asking him, which shows he knew about my seat (since I had called twice about this). I then asked for corporates number and then he lied and said they didn't have one only a website (which I found impossible to believe). Of course after leaving (in tears may I add) I went online and found the number. I called and am currently waiting to hear back from someone and I'm hoping they will make this right since they said they would. I was skeptical to come here in the first place since a few people I knew had problems here at this specific location but thought I'd give them a try anyways, but now do I regret it. I am hoping someone in customer service sees this and will actually make things right with me...all I want is my seat fixed...at this point I could care less about the less than par detail job (although it would be nice to at least have that offered). Purchased my z bart protection thru the dealer a year ago, took it my 2014 jeep for it's first touch up back on may the 9th 2019. Contract called for exterior cleaning and paint sealant along with interior cleaning and seat protection. What i got was a half ass job, inside was NOT touched and wanted to charge me a extra two hundred dollars to protect the seats. what ever paint protection was use they sprayed on my brand new aluminum polished wheels and they or my self can not get it off. I was told i should have brought it back within 24 hrs. Well for the next month it seamed we had rain every other day and didn't notice the finish was damaged. We have 2 cars under this protection plan and we will not go back i will be calling the better businessman bureau and report that the management team is trying to pass this issue on to there customers. They are only open 8 hours through the week, and if you don't get your car there right when they open you are out of luck for window tint.
