Sarah, one of the employees here literally just destroyed my eyebrows. I asked for a mirror, explained what I wanted (just a clean up) and she expressed understanding. I let her do my eyebrows and looked in the mirror when she was done.... immediate tears. She took off so much. They are not even and just look sloppy. I discretely asked another associate to fix them when I went up to pay and they said some back and we will fix them for free because they were closing. COME BACK???? So you want me to walk outside with my eyebrows like this. I'm in shock. Idk if the lady is just not skilled in waxing eyebrows or if she was just rushing to close. Either way NEVER EVER coming back here. Lesson learned. read more

I made an appointment and went here this week and I think the place is clean and the receptionist was friendly but my nail tech (not sure what her name was but she had reddish hair) was kind of rude. She did my toes so quickly and rushed to get my no chip mani done. When I showed her of my inspo pic for my nails, she said "No." That's it...I was happy to try them out because of the 50% off promotion but I will not be going back. I would rather pay full price elsewhere with better service. FYI - they also don't do tips so if you are looking for almond shape or longer nails, go elsewhere. read more

Amazing experience with the regular pedicure and gel mani. Their polishes are fresh, clean and organized. They have little disposable packets for all tools and single use soaps and scrubs. You pick the fragrance! The woman who did my polish, Dori, was so sweet with great attention to detail and gorgeous finish! I bite my nails, and she made my hands looks spotless (no easy feat). Highly recommend going ASAP!! Everything is 50% of (May 2021) bc they just opened! I spent $35 for both services!!! read more

This nail place is really clean but the nail tech that worked on my nails (reddish hair) did not seem like she wanted to be there. She did my pedicure in what felt like 10 minutes. When I showed her the design of my nails she simply said "no." I was so confused so I asked her what she meant by "no" (I.e. if she won't do it or could not do it) and she proceeded to do the design anyway. She didn't do it very well but it was not the worst. I felt like my appointment was very rushed. I had an appointment at 7 and they close at 8 but they knew my appointment was for both a pedicure and a no chip manicure so if they don't want to be there they shouldn't schedule their last appointment that late. The receptionist lady was pretty friendly but due to the fact that the customer service was so bad I'm giving this one star. read more

I've been here twice and the first time I had a no chip mani/pedi and it was pretty good so I decided to come back (they had half off services at the time which was wonderful). The 2nd time I got a dazzle dry mani/pedi because I needed something that was better for my nails but would still last. I I was told my mani would last 2 weeks and it chipped in 2 DAYS! My color turned yellow and was completely chipped. Not worth the money unfortunately. read more

Love love this nail salon. They are all so kind. The service is wonderful. I've gotten the spa mani and pedi and no chip service multiple times. My toe polish hasn't moved for over a month. Maybe 2 honestly. Still looks as good as new. My no chip mani only gets renewed because my nails grow out but it's also lasted me a month before. I 10/10 recommend. Wow! I'm so happy I found this place near my house. Everything is new and single use. I've been looking for a nail salon who does quality no chip manicure that lasts and this place is it.
