I called my insurance company, and they have a group that handles glass repair. My insurance company was able to schedule an appointment with Safelite the next day. Within minutes Safelite sent me a notification text & email with the location & appointment time. When I arrived, I spoke with the service manager, Pete, an exceptional man. He was exceedingly articulate/well spoken, operationally & technically proficient, genuinely friendly, & professional. He checked my front window, and I went form a front window replacement to two rock chip repairs, saving me a $100 deductible and two hours waiting. I also spoke with the technician, Adam, another outstanding employee. His effective communication skills are tops, he explained the operational/technical process, and was done less than a half hour. If I owned Safelite, both Pete & Adam would be employees I would want to work for me. Thank you!

They have options to schedule online and I recommend using it, because their slots fill up quickly. Their pricing is reasonable, especially for their high quality of service. My most recent visit was a breeze. I scheduled a windshield replacement and the website said it could be a 2-3 hour wait. I was prepared for it. I arrived on the day of my appointment and checked in. Adam and Leo were the two people I spoke with, during my visit. They gave full disclosures before the serivce. They also verified that what they saw in their system is exactly what I needed. I confirmed and service began. Their waiting room has seating and also refreshments. I peacefully read a novel while waiting. During my visit there was an irate customer who arrived. The customer scheduled their vehicle as a drop off (the website informs you that it will have a super long wait with that option vs the appointment option). The customer must not have read it or cared. The customer was very nasty to the employee, yet the employee stayed professional throughout the whole exchange. I was shocked at the customer and pleased with the employee. Overall this a great business, my service was finished in under 70 minutes (website estimated 2-3 hours). When visiting customers should have understanding that this isn't putting air in tires. These wonderful people are dealing with glass. That is not something that can be rushed or taken lightly.

Salesman…read morewas extremely helpful, however, the installer was rushed, messy, and showed no attention to detail. 1/2 the silicone caulk was not smoothed, one spot had no caulk at all, and this was an overall messy job. Salesman came back and cleaned it up the best he could but I ended up redoing the silicone myself. For the price of the glass and service I expect much more attention to detail by the installer.

Everything about my experience was lovely. To be fair it's not the most glamorous spot, and the waiting room is small but they offer you water/coffee, it's air conditioned and there's a bathroom. You go get a quote from the standard "come to your home or work" company and you're shocked to see a 495$ price, omg nooooooooo. So you take a chance and try to call someone else. Strength Auto Glass to the rescue. Taylor answers the phone and tells you it'll be 251$ and change, wait what?!!! oh heck yeah. He says, give him an hour or so, okay sure, um you think he's in the lower garden district, glass shards everywhere, you can call a neighbor. Noooooo he'll come to you. I swear it was only 35 minutes and he was at my door to get the keys. Swiftly he got to work. Within the hour, most all of the glass was cleaned up, my new window in, operational and I was up and running again. Taylor sent me an invoice and I was offered several payment options. I had such a great experience, I can't recommend his services higher. I hope my windows never need repairing again, but I'm happy to know a locally owned company can help me out for 1/2 the price.
