It's a unique oversized condo located in Hurricane and very close to St. George, not too far from Zion National Park (about a 45 minute drive). It's conveniently located near the freeway, grocery stores and restaurants. The parking is free and designated parking garage according to your unit with a door entry. I was sold when I saw that they had a full kitchen along with an outdoor and indoor pool. Upon arrival, you don't need to go to a front desk to check in. They email you a code to enter at the door and you just go right in and also the same as when you check out. The rooms are fully stocked with kitchen appliances and even a BBQ grill! The condo itself has ample space, a huge bathroom, a walk in closet, a living room, a dining table that seats 6 and a washer and dryer! The atmosphere is relaxing and with 4 of us, there was plenty of space. The resort is the perfect distance between parks and the city. We enjoyed 4 days here, the amenities and the feeling of privacy. This place is not crowded at all, it was the perfect getaway. Major plus - it's super quiet, there's a gas station right next to it, a little market and a wine store about 500 feet away with tons of wine!

Night one was a disaster. The hot water heater leaked loudly. They attached a faucet hose to keep it from flooding the hallway, but the drip echoed throughout the suite. I had to fix their fix so it was quiet enough to sleep. Private balcony is a no. Throughout the day staff cut between balconies and it wasn't private until we blocked the gates with rocks. The staff is also sketchy. A maintenance guy came in on day two and said he had to change a bulb. Except no bulbs were out and we didn't report one. He fiddled with his phone a while then left. I was also hoping to "rent" a pet from the Animal Sanctuary for the duration of our visit, but alas, checked in too late for that. I'd advise anyone who wants to "rent" a pet to call in advance to understand the process and time cut-off. I loved the room. It was super cute and well-appointed for guests with pets. There were two bowls waiting near the front door, and two adorable sleeping areas - one in a cut-out in the wall, and another a pull-out trundle-style bed. The mercantile/ store was stocked with cute apparel for pet-lovers as well as items for pets. Breakfast was also served in the store in the morning - with lots of interesting and yummy options - like vegan egg bites and chia seed pudding. 10/10 recommend this place!!

All done with contemporary Scandinavian furniture which minimizes clutter and convenient controls for lighting, ventilation and automatic shades. - Employees: Helpful. People at the reception desk and in the breakfast area/"Mercantile Shop" were all very friendly. - Breakfast: Vegan and very good. Included with the room. While it wasn't a buffet, you could order as much as you'd like. Much of it was homemade and I especially liked the "Overnight Oats". The best way I can describe it is that it has Airbnb personality without the Airbnb hassle. The room felt modern, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated instead of looking like it was furnished by the Hotel Beige Committee. The bed was genuinely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the rain shower head made me briefly consider whether I should just live there now. Everything about the place was easy. Keyless entry, simple check-in, easy parking, a nice little pool out front, and lots of those small touches that make you feel like someone actually cared about the guest experience instead of just checking boxes. I booked online, although you'll also notice a QR code posted at the property if you're already in town. Either way it's as painless as booking gets. It's rare that I say a hotel actually made my trip better, but this one absolutely did. I'd stay here again without a second thought. Five stars. It's the perfect location if you plan to visit the springs (which I also recommend). The space has everything you need to be comfortable and even prepare some small meals. It's lacking a dining table-you can either eat outside with the very small cocktail table or inside at the coffee table. There's a portable burner in place of a stove, which works ok for small things. There's a cool eco-friendly coffee maker. This area gets a ton of wind and is right off the highway, so it can be loud. The owners obviously anticipated this, since they provided earplugs for guests. There is extra bedding, but it's a thin blanket and in the winter months it can get a little chilly. The keyless door worked ok as long as you have one hand to pull the door handle tight and the other to punch in the code. Overall, it's a fun place to stay in a convenient location. The view of the canyon out back was my favorite part and watching the colors of the sunset was mesmerizing.
