My husband started with the Mexican lager because it's light and has great body. It's one of his go tos. I started with their cherry cola hard cider. It's the first time I've ever had the cider and it was good, but I wish it would've had a little bit more of the cola flavor in it. The cherry was also pretty light, but you could smell it when you want to take a drink. For my husband's second drink, he switched to night swim, which is their Porter. He really liked. It said it was very light to drink, but had great flavor. Enough so that when we got home, he noticed that they sold a 12 pack in our local Publix and he picked one up. I chose to have the fallen fruit cider as my second one. It is their standard hard cider and it really is delicious. I know that they have distribution regionally, and I wish they would add their cider to it.

It was so good we had to order the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit too, loaded with two over hard fried eggs, crispy bacon, and American cheese. There were approximately 16 people in the 2 hour class. We made 12 dumplings each using three folding techniques. The demonstration was good and the dumplings were even better. The chef who taught the class is a full time Mazzaro's chef. We were able to grab drinks from the bar before the class.
