During my previous visits, I believed the owner was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, today I experienced a completely different side. When I tried to discuss a concern about my clothing, instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, the owner became extremely rude and hostile. She refused to acknowledge my concern, used offensive language, pushed me away, and threw my clothing back at me, making it clear she no longer wanted my business. I was shocked because I remained calm and simply wanted to have a conversation. Customer service is tested when something goes wrong. Mistakes can happen at any business, but professionalism means listening to the customer, treating them with respect, and trying to find a solution. That did not happen here. Please don't let the high ratings or friendly first impression fool you. My experience was completely different once there was a disagreement. Based on what happened to me, I cannot recommend this business. There are many talented alteration shops in our community that provide both quality work and respectful customer service. I would rather pay a little more to support a business that values its customers and stands behind its work. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I will never return. Walked in on a Saturday AM and wow was it busy! I went to get a bridesmaid dress altered and Co Khanh did an great job. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The process was easy - I tried on my dress, she marked how much to shorten it, and I wanted straps added on so she measured that out with other fabric she had.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Price was very reasonable and transparent. I was given a one week pickup date. Went on the AM of and it wasn't ready yet, but came back an hour later and it was completed as promised. Length was good, strap length as well, however due to the fabric my dress was made of, the straps were not straight and kind of floppy - the work was good but I think it was just the fabric. I took brand new and unworn $300 jeans in for a hem. I specifically told them that I wanted them to look "EXACTLY the same as they do now, just one inch shorter". First time came for alterations, they ruined my rather expensive pants. With so many holes but I didn't complain because I accepted that it was difficult as they had told me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, they were nice and patient with me[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I came back a second time thinking that I have found ạ good place. I wanted to have my t shirts arm opening narrowed. I explained how I wanted them done. They said it is not worth it for them so they would not do it. I then asked to drop off some dry cleaning. They also told me to take my business else where. My pants is a Reda super 110s wool, which is right under Loro Piana and Zegna in term of fabric quality. See the many holes they made under their service. This place is the worst alteration place I have ever been too. I made the mistake of believing in the positive reviews and brought a dozen of pants and shirts to here for hemming and shortening sleeves. They don't even know how to hem denim shirts and jeans. The fold was 1/2" wide and ugly instead of small double fold. They didn't even cut straight and even, or cut too short. Not only I wasted money but all my clothes were ruined. While I was there a woman called in and complained that they ruined her daughter's dress because they cut it too short. I should have bolted out of that place. read more

I will always always go to this woman's small business as long as I live in the area (and maybe even if I move tbh). Without waxing philosophical about small businesses and the immigrant success story (bc I can, but for the purposes of Yelp, I won't haha), I'm gonna keep it short: she is AWESOME. I've given her several clothing projects and she has brought all of them to life. For instance, I had her shorten (I'm 5'3" on a good day) an Anthropologie skirt that was multi tier and lace on the bottom. So if you can imagine she had to take the tiers apart, shorten it, and piece it back together since she could not shorten it from the bottom. I was high key a bit worried about the price bc the skirt was from Anthro and the process wouldn't be so straightforward. Y'all, she only charged me $20 AND I wanted to skirt to be done by the end of the week as I was going on a trip and she had it one in time. OMG amazing. Anywho her shop is understandably a little cluttered and her dressing room is a little tiny but honestly her work ethic, promptness, and the quality of her work speak for itself. read more

I used to love going here to get my pants altered, but I feel over time the owner became very lazy and inconsistent. I have given her my business even though at times when she either gave me an exact time on when either my dry cleaning or helming was ready to picked up and it was not ready when I came. I came in for an alteration, to make the dress bigger cause it was about 2-3 inches from being able to close with the zipper (couldn't return/exchange the dress for a larger size). I was greeted by Co Khanh, and she was so sweet! She advised me that in order to fix this specific dress I would need extra fabric. Went to a Joanns and got fabric, and was told the dress would be done in 1 week after dropping it off. She explained what she was planning to do and when I got it back (delivery date as promised, but would recommend calling first - don't lose your receipt), it was better than I expected! Here's the breakdown: - A seamstress named Ha took my measurements quickly and efficiently - The cost is $5 per pant alteration (I had 5 work pants that needed to be hemmed and it cost me $25 - THIS BUSINESS IS CASH ONLY) - 1 week turnaround time I picked my pants up the other day and was satisfied with the results. Nothing crazy to report other than 1 of the 5 pants miiight have a leg 1 cm shorter than the other... I'll have to take another look, but I'll definitely come back and test their bandwidth!
