I have used Ziply twice to ship several cartons of T-shirts from San Dimas to Torrance on Fridays, when it was urgent to be delivered to my customer on time. The communication was perfect. By email, they told me when the goods would be picked up, and an estimated time of delivery. What's even better, is the driver has the phone numbers of both parties, and I have the driver's name and phone number, should they need to be reached. I took advantage of this to make sure the driver knew exactly where to go for the delivery, because google.maps doesn't always tell the whole story. I am not one to write reviews, however I am more than excited for this service I found. For the work I do I need to rely on courier services daily. This was the first time using Ziply and it was seamless. Not to mention is was an emergency situation which included confusing logistics, inconvenient pick up/drop off times times, and lifesaving medical equipment. Pretty much a courier nightmare. I was able to schedule a driver in advance, give all the details needed and have a midnight pickup. The driver was helpful and followed all directions perfectly. I decided to give this app a try on Friday during rush hour. Rush hour in LA is the worst time of the week to drive and I needed to get a package all of the way over to DTLA. I was amazed when a driver called me up within 5 minutes and told me he was only 20 minutes away from my pickup location. He got the package there as quickly as possible.
