I also spoke with one of the other guys that worked there when I had came back to actually drop the bike off and they were both really cool. They answered all my questions and they were just cool to talk to. They did a great job on my bike and gave me the best deal that they could. It bent the forks and more. 2 Wheel had my bike 3 times over the span of 14 months. They gave it back to me without replacing the rotor and caliper which was in the scope of the work. I took it back to them when I realized it which was immediately. They gave it back with that taken care of but my drive belt was hitting the chrome swing arm drive belt cover. It is gnawing off the edge of my belt. I took it back to them and had to pay another $780 dollars, $110 for the rubber mount engine vibration dampener which put my engine and arm back into a normal position and $670 dollars in labor including what was already paid. I took it back again for backordered parts. Now that I have it back, the drive belt was not changed nor tensioned to spec. It's extremely loose. They missed putting back wire harness bolts all over the place. When I finally got it home after the third time, as soon as I pulled up to my house the check engine light was on so I called them. They said a note was in their system about it and if the light came on again, the O2 sensors would need to he replaced. This didn't make sense to me so I pulled the seat and battery cover and had a look for myself and found they didn't connect the male and female ends fully. Once I did that the engine light issue was taken care of but I noticed they also did not hook up my FP3 Tuner. It was rattling around inside the battery cover. At this point I am furious wirh them. Now that I have had the bike back for a few weeks, I am noticing that they did nothing with the front tire or rim. I'm getting feedback from the road while riding that either the tire egged on impact or the rim buckled and it is not noticeable to the naked eye. 2 Wheel was referred by my friend and former neighbor and they had good reviews. I did not notice they mostly work on foreign racing bikes. I am now having my friend Paul at Charm City Choppers take a look at the tire and rim, belt tension, alignment and to go over the bike to check for possible errors. 2 Wheel Precision is two minutes from my home. Charm City Choppers is about 35 minutes from my home and I must take the tunnel and tolls. I am never taking my bike to 2 Wheel Performance again. Oh...and throughout this ordeal, Jennifer acted mad at me because I caught all these issues. Don't take your Harley or Domestic bikes there. Please trust me! You'll regret it!

John was straight forward from the beginning gave me a ballpark of what I would pay and things I would need to expect and how much time it would take. Also my parking brake is old so I had it towed over night to the location because it was stuck closed and John disengaged the parking brake for me for free. Bike runs awesome went in feeling like a trash can on wheels and left riding like a new bike. I will bring my bike back for major repairs they gained a customer and I will tell anyone about them and recommend them to these guys.

The first day I rode it I was hearing something making a big rattle. Got it home and found all type of loose stuff that he didn't torque down. I spent the next 30 min. tightening loose bolts. Also they quote you a price, then when you pay by credit card they charge you a higher price. They never mentioned the quote was for cash only.

I called and relay (interpreter) heard a rude guy, he said "I'm not going deal with him", obviously they aren't Deaf friendly. My community not pleased and they wouldn't doing a business with this store. I spoke with the HQ about this situation and they not pleased how the store treats me. The HQ referred me to other store which is more Deaf friendly. It's all good. So I wouldn't recommend this store.

It was shared with me that the COO would come with the bike. This is where Dave came into the picture. Right, Wrong, or Indifferent, Dave has a huge ego/chip that comes across extremely disrespectful from a customer standpoint. I stated if the bike doesn't have a COO, I will bring the bike back for a refund. Dave's response, 'Well bring it back". Two minute later Cayle calls me back and stated he will get the COO. Approximately 10 days later, the dealership obtained the COO and processed the bike in a manner it should have been from the start. Cayle was great!!! Dave on the other hand is the reason for this rating. If this dealership has the only part in the world for my bike, I would park the bike or sell it for part, before I go back in there. 100% because of Dave's ego and disrespectful manner. Thank you Cayle for what you did, and my opinion/rating doesn't reflect you what so ever. This is going to be long because I want to be fair and detailed. I went in to have a few things…read moredone on my '07 Ducati S4RS and it took an excessive amount of time by anyones standards. Especially considering that Brian(Kundratic) was taking in other bikes and completing jobs on them while I was still waiting around. This was a project I had been planning for a year and I was pretty patient, but 4 months for a paint job, powder coat, ruined fender, and rear sprocket/frame slider install is ridiculous. It wouldn't have been so bad if I had not seen other bikes getting done while I waited and if Brian didn't have such a terrible attitude towards getting anything done on time and getting good workout out of his paint subcontractor. For the $5k I spent here I had to go somewhere else to have some of their work corrected. I'll explain my experience with each of the things I had done below. Paint job: Paint job seemed pretty pricey @ $2,200 for tank and front/rear fender. (2 colors, 2 black numbers, and some pinstriping on a sportbike. Also had 2 decals put on the gas tank) Paint came back wrong TWICE. First time there was red that bled under a pinstripe into a white field, second was bubbles under a decal. The bubbles could have been there when the paint work came back the first time but Im not sure. Either way 2 issues that the painter should have caught before returning the work. Brian doesn't do the paint work himself and he sent it back the first time. It came back a month later with bubbles under one of the decals, the one on the other side of the gas tank looked fine but I was told by Brian's painter up in PA (skip something) "we don't warranty decals provided by the customer". My question is if you see an issue why wouldn't you tell me so I can get new decals to you instead of producing a shit product and blaming the customer? Through all this back and forth Brian was more concerned about Skip being upset than with me getting a good paint job. I had to go to another painter to fix this a-hole painters work. (He deserves that description based on my email conversations with him) Rear fender: This will be hard to explain without pictures but suffice it to say this could have been done MUCH better. I had a rear fender for a Ducati sport classic 1000 that I wanted to have cut to fit snugly around the tail end of the seat the way the S4RS OEM rear fender does. I could have done this myself but figured why not have Kundratic do it as they are doing everything else. Brian ended up making the cut too wide and left a .5" gap between the seat and the fender. When I asked him about it he just said "I can fix it, its just time" explaining that he could fill in the gaps with fiberglass but he would charge me for the time. If he hadnt messed up the template and cut it too wide in the first place it wouldnt need to be fixed!! Powder coat: I needed to have each side of the engine cases powder coated black which obviously required removing them and replacing the seals and gaskets when the powder coated pieces were reinstalled. Instead of ordering the parts himself, I had to order them from Pete's Cycle. (The other shops I went to for repairs said they would have ordered the parts themselves as that is part of their service) the powdercoat job was fine and the reinstall was done well. But the attitude in getting the work done and the speed at which it went sucked NET NET: I had to dispute several charges with my credit card company over 2 months to cover the cost of paint repair and to get compensation for the ruined fender. For a bad attitude, slow work, and no concern as to whether not the customer is treated right, or to turn a dream project into a nightmare, go to Kundratic Kustoms!
