I have been a member since this location opened and the quality of service has gone down exponentially. It's incredibly frustrating. They used to fully soak your car with a pre soak manually, and now they barely help guide you into the wash before they run back into the office so they can sit down and play on their phones. Half of the time, the wash itself is missing steps that it used to have. I'm just disappointed because this place is so convenient. read more

ZIP'S CAR WASH -- LEADERSHIP FAILURE BY BROKEN PROMISES I am a 32-year United States Navy veteran. I understand chains of command, accountability, and the importance of keeping your word. Zip's Car Wash did not fail because of its manager. It failed because of corporate leadership that repeatedly made promises and failed to follow through. Chaz, the manager at this location, consistently showed up, worked hard, and kept the operation afloat despite ongoing equipment failures and a lack of resources. Those failures were not due to incompetence or neglect at the site level. They were the result of ownership that promised support, promised repairs, promised staffing, and promised resources -- then failed to deliver. In the military, broken promises from leadership destroy morale and effectiveness faster than any enemy. When leadership refuses to back the people executing the mission, the mission fails. That is exactly what happened here. Rather than accept responsibility for their own inaction, Zip's leadership allowed a dedicated manager to carry the consequences of corporate neglect. That is not leadership. That is avoidance. Veterans recognize this behavior immediately. We've seen it before. We know what it leads to. I will not return to Zip's Car Wash. I will not recommend it. And I will be sharing this experience within veteran communities, where integrity and accountability are non-negotiable. Always clean and the equipment is well maintained. There is always staff on hand. The wash does a good job cleaning the car.

Bunch of teenagers running the place who have no customer service or operations experience in a service business. Maintenance taking place during busy hours and cars piling in while the car wash can't be used. Employees not informing the customers that are waiting in line of the issue or wait time. On their cell phones instead of helping customers. If the car wash cant be used at the moment, block the entrance and let people know what is going on and how long the wait is. Customer loyalty is not valued here unlimited membership plans got downgraded over time as prices increased. read more

This car wash is not very reliable. The busiest time is it on Saturday but I was there two weeks ago and they were closed during the middle of the day. Then I went back today and they were closed again. People were washing the cars but he had a sign closed will be back in 15 minute so I asked the attendance why were they closed and they said a hose had burst and maintenance guy was working on it. Obviously this location is not very well. Maintained it being closed on two of the savages that I went so I have canceled my membership and will no longer go to this location. There are two or three new car washes less than 2 miles from each other so there's plenty options in flowery branch Georgia. read more

This car wash under previous management used to be rockstar I was there at least once a week and never had a problem. However since that manager has been moved to another location from what I understand, the current manager or whoever is running the show is seriously lacking. The last several times I have been there I have had issues either with my membership not working, or there not being towels the last three times I was there, two long lines and it seems as though the teenagers who are employed there are more worried about their friends than they are their job. read more

I would agree with worst car wash. onsite today to do a quick wash. scanning machine did not work on way in. had to have an attendant assist. no wash down on bumper or rear with a brush before entering wash. no towels available to wipe card down. asked attendant for refund and they said to reach out to corporate. total waste of time today. Worst car wash ever, I had the $40 car wash and decided to go down to the $20 one, I asked them to downgrade me witch the said they did, I asked in 3 separate times that I went to the car wash and they assured me it did go down, then they say that it's no longer $20 that it went up to $25 witch I was okay with, then I check my bank account and find out they charged me $40 again for my wash, I called costumer service witch was no help since they said that they have me down for the $40 and refused to give me a refund, and even canceling them was hard since they don't want you to leave, read more

This car wash did a very poor job of washing my Tahoe. There was dirt and grime left on the front, rear, wheels, and mirrors. There were no towels there, so I could clean the dirty spots. 0/10 recommend wouldn't even give one star. read more

avoid at all cost!! attention!! zips car wash located on winder highway should be avoided at all cost!! zips car wash fraudulently withdrew almost $500 from my checking account. when it was brought to their attention they refused to do the right thing and return the money they stole from me. the account had someone elses name on it but the funds were withdrawn from my account. they admitted to me that it was someone elses name on the account but continued to refuse to do the right thing. avoid! avoid! avoid! zips car wash stole money from me and will not return it even after they admitted it was their error! read more
