Looking for a solution for the cause of a check engine light, Total changed the spark plugs twice, replaced a smog device, and sent home the truck 4 times after I paid $1000 to FIX the cause. Check engine light came back on every time I cranked the truck the next day after "repair." Was told if it happened the 5th time, bring it back and they'll try something else. While at the shop, I drove by one day to see my truck parked where I'd left it despite being told it was "inside the shop and being worked on." Spoke to one of the mechanics about progress on the repair and he gave info that was the exact opposite of what was told by the front desk. Was lectured by the front desk and told that the problem was that I "misunderstood" what she was telling me. Third local shop that can't handle the magnitude of business that is flowing in now that Hall County is a suburb of Atlanta.
