This place is terrible. The quality of their Wash is not very good and their employees are substandard. So, I stopped by today at 6:50 and they already have the cones up at the gate. I will never return to this terrible Car Wash. read more

I used this place when it first opened and it was good. Good service and a decent wash. Not anymore, I have gave them several chances recently but they won't get my money anymore. $35.00 for a wash with no windshield or rear window wash. They don't try and get bugs off.The rear of the car is always dirty after the wash and you will not get the tire shine that you paid for. read more

The idea of a clean car is something we all like. Knowing our money is put to use to ensure clean exterior and interior of our mode of transportation is important to us all. The team has not used brushes to clean bumpers in months. Just a spray device. They take their easy time walking out of the building after smoking pot and playing on their phone. Its strange to see a guy and a girl so close inside the windows. TOO CLOSE if you know what I mean. To get refunds or cancel is a NIGHTMARE! I've called 3 times to their corporate number and they same person answers the phone as if they are sitting in a barn. Chicken and cow noises going on all behind them. I paid $30.00 for the deluxe car wash. After driving through my car still looked like an absolute . Barely any tire shine, rims are dirty. And there were lots of spots that were missed by their brushes. I usually don't use automated car washes. Because they scratch up your paint, but I was in a rush. But I will never go back to this place. I might as well let my car be dirty until I can hand wash it. read more

Canceled my membership yesterday! Just awful.. went down hill quick with the new owners (all the great employees already left) and The replacements have no personality in our slow as Moses. Also they will overcharge you and you're going to have a hard time getting a refund happened to me twice now. Going across the street to the new car wash once they're open. read more

The absolute worst ever. 1st - We have been members of this car wash when it first opened as Fast Trac Car wash years ago. We have been paying $30 per month since. We were very happy with the management as well as the car was for years. If something broke down, it was fixed by the time the next wash. Employees always happy and seemed to enjoy working there. Recently, Zips Car Wash purchased this location. Since then, everything has went to shit. For almost 7 weeks straight, there were issues inside the wash. Always something broken, not fixed and finally last week 1/2 of the wash brushes and mechanics and water didn't even work at all. I have discussed this with management there (very nice guy since day 1); however, there is nothing he can do. His hands are tied. To top all this crap off, I went in yesterday for wash (I'm charged monthly on my CC and I usually go right thru) and the system said my payment didn't go thru. One of the employees came over and said not all of the information was converted over with the new system and we had to put in our information again for new service. NOW THE FREAKING PRICE WENT UP TO $40 PER MONTH (additional $10) AND THE WASH SUCKS! OMG! WORST COMPANY EVER. I called corporate a few weeks ago, got disconnected and never heard back. This is BS and I said goodbye to the manager and I hope he gets a new better job managing the new car wash that is opening across the street!!!
