There was a bit of a wait, but that wasn't an issue for me; however, if you are in a hurry, this may not be the place for you. When it was my turn, I asked the differences between the $30 and $35 car wash. I was told the $35 car wash included a wax seal on the exterior of the car and the $30 car wash did not include a wax seal but included the cleaning of my tires, exterior and interior. So I opted for the $30 car because that was all I needed. After your car is washed, you go to an attendant to get your exterior and interior cleaned (tires wiped, car wiped in the inside and outside, and vacuum). I waited for them to finish cleaning and I went inside to pay. The interior of the building is due for a makeover. The snack machine is empty, water didn't look clean and seating was limited. As I went to pay, I asked if they had Apple Pay. They stated they only take card or cash. Unfortunately, I had neither and wasn't told this in the beginning. Most businesses these days have Apple Pay. The reason for the two stars are because the ladies allowed me to run to get cash and come back and pay. I didn't mind doing that and kept my promise. However, once my car was done being "cleaned" I realized it didn't look like anything had been done to it. Trash was still visible, dirt on the inside by the gas pedal and brake area, and tires were still dirty. When I came back to pay, I mentioned it to a young lady and she was willing to vacuum the inside and clean the tires. She did a decent job and I was appreciative of her willingness to help but it still wasn't to my level of satisfaction. I also asked if the mats would be wiped and told it would be $2 per mat. This was interesting because most car washes would include this along with the interior cleaning. Nonetheless, I paid it but it was still very odd to me. After it was all said and done, I had spent about 2-3 hours dealing with the whole fiasco of getting my car washed, obtaining cash, and waiting for my car to be cleaned a second time, only to get home and spend another hour cleaning my tires and the interior of my car (and my car is not at all extremely dirty). Overall, this experience left a bad impression on me and for those reasons, I would not recommend this place nor return!

I usually maintain a pretty clean vehicle but had no idea that the additional care and treatments that Jean and team applied would improve the condition of my vehicle that significantly. Jean also takes pride in his work and on the final "walkthrough", he makes sure to point out what he and his team did to give your car a great look. While the location is a little out of my way, I ended up at Wash Time due to my go-to being closed for construction. Unlike other spots, they have you vacuum first, if you want. When you pull in you have two options, head to the left and go straight for the wash or head to the right and vacuum your vehicle before hitting the wash. I opted to head right and spent a few minutes using the free vacuums. The vacuum area is gated and can only be exited after paying for and getting your wash, so if you are trying to be slick to get a free vacuum, then this ain't the place for you! Once you get your vacuum on and get your car wash, you can swing by the "wipe down" station that is situated right at the exit. It only features 4 spaces, but that is always enough. This little station is outfitted with a few stands that feature good quality, cloth-like paper towels that allow you to wipe down whatever part of your vehicle you would like. Pricing is fair. The one time washes start at $8.00 and go up to $29.99. I opted for the $20.00, Wax It wash. They also have a membership program that allows you unlimited washes of one of the top two tier washes, Wax It or Look Your Best. The prices are $24.99/$29.99 per month. Again, unlimited washes at which ever level you sign up for. Seems like a good deal if you venture here a few times a month, as just going 2 times in one month will make the membership worth it. Speaking of the membership, they have associates manning the pay stations that are there to help in case of issues with payment, but more for recruitment. I didn't mind the gentlemen and his sales tactics, but I do wish he would have had a mask on, given his proximity to my window as he chatted through the benefits of a membership. I opted not to sign up today as it was my first visit, so I wasn't sure the quality. Now that I have been through a wash, and was happy with the outcome, I could see the pros of signing up for a membership! Overall, solid spot with a good product at a decent price. While I am not in this particular area of Austell often, when I am I will surely swing through to get my car some love!

What he didn't know is that I am absolutely a reviewer of both good and bad and this one is bad. My only complaint is that an older male employee watch me for 20ish as I vacuumed and threw trash away. When I mean watched me he stood one car away and never moved or said anything to me just watched me. It made me feel very uncomfortable I sat in my car a while waiting for him to leave and he did eventually.
