I reached out to Zohr earlier this week, not knowing what to expect, when my car got a flat tire... and I proceeded to drive 20 miles on it in shaky condition. I knew one option was call my automaker, get towed to the dealer, and wait hours there for the repair. I'd be fine waiting at the dealer if it was on my calendar, but flats are unexpected, of course! Zohr came out to my house and were able to work on my car without even moving it. We first explored patching the flat tire, but the drive had caused too much damage. Zohr had the foresight to ask me what tires I had on my car, so when the patch was not going to happen, a plan B was good to go. Let it be known, my car (Audi Q5) has pricey tires. But even with the at-home service, tire cost, and install fees, I am still confident I saved money -- and hours of my time -- over going to the dealer. Where do I begin with how happy I am with Zohr? I don't write reviews often but when I do it's typically because my experience was over the top outstanding or was really terrible. I am relieved to say Zohr is on my Top 5 list of best companies I have ever dealt with. Let's begin with the sad part. I recently purchased a super car and was looking forward to enjoying it when I ran across a nail from a construction sight near my neighborhood. I was pretty bummed but a friend reassured me Zohr could help. I spoke with Brian, the dispatcher, who recommended me tires for the vehicle and promptly scheduled me for a day later with their best technician. I paid the invoice and as promised the technician arrived to my home. The technician, Eric, was simply put.. OUTSTANDING. He's a very well-mannered and knowledgeable person who is a car enthusiast. He treats your stuff as if it's your own. I asked Eric what my tire tread depth was and he told me I had about 90% of the tire's life still there and could patch the tire without having to purchase 4 brand new tires at over $1,800 (with service and warranty). I was SO excited. I mean first of all where you find this level of honesty and care nowadays? And second, in the midst of a pandemic when it's nice to save where you can, here is a guy I have never met before (Eric) really watching out for me. It was a surreal experience. After some calls to the co-owner and Brian, we eventually settled on patching the tire. At first we were unsure the patch would hold because the tire I have has pretty soft rubber but with Eric's skill and attention to detail it worked. Brian came to my home also to oversee the process and make sure everything was going great. When I mentioned to Brian to please let the owner know I would be returning for my BMW M4 to get all of its tires replaced in the next 30 days and to let the owner know he hasn't lost a sale Brian immediately told me we care more about our customer and doing what's best for the customer. Brian mentioned he will be sending me a new invoice and refunding me the difference of what I paid. I was never feeling pressured to take all 4 tires or to choose the patch - they informed me and I made my own decision thereafter. I loved that. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. THANK YOU TO ERIC FOR YOUR HONEST AND HARD WORK. THANK YOU TO BRIAN FOR TREATING ME RIGHT. Never again. Was trying to be efficient with my time and not go wait at a tire shop. Well that blew up in my face. Ordered tires. Coincidentally, while waiting for the appointment date, one of my tires had sidewall damage. Drove my SO's car for the time being. They then tell me they can't do the date agreed to. Then, 2 reschedules later, I get told by the mobile tech that they were going to pick up the tires but that they were returned to stock and now can't get them. And the ones I wanted were then on backorder and unavailable. WTF. I told them uhh I haven't been able to drive my car the last week because I've been waiting for the tires I've ordered. They also note that the tires that I ordered are now a higher price and ask if I'm okay with paying that higher price. Umm no. I paid a price for a service, I expect to receive what I paid for at that time. They try to sub for different tires - after quick searching on Discount Tire, it would be a total of ~$50 per tire upcharge so I said screw it, just give me a refund. This has been a giant waste of time and I would have just gone with Discount Tire immediately instead of having my current hassle if I would have known how unreliable they are. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a tire installer and company. Zohr received my tires that i ordered from tire rack on 12/21/2021 at 10:45 am. I called and confirmed that they were there and was told by one of the employees that they were indeed there and was set up to schedule an appointment. I needed these wheels installed in a pinch and was willing to pay the ridiculous price for the convenience to get it done the following day while the truck was at another shop being wrapped. I got a call saying that they would be arriving between 8am and 11am which was great. but as 11 passed, 12 came and went, I called only to find out that their one and only mobile install truck was having issues and had to reschedule for later in the day. a few hours later they called back and said they were unable to make it out to install the tires because their truck was still down and had no way of making it out to me. Fast forward, they ended up rescheduling to the following day the 23rd, last day of availability before the Christmas holiday and I received a call and a text saying that they would be arriving between 11-1pm to install the tires. at 11am I get a call saying that they are unable to find my tires that Tire Rack sent them and delivered to them 2 days prior and would have to file a claim and get with tire rack to see why they weren't delivered even though everything shows delivered and it was confirmed they received the tires on the 21st. None of anything they have told me has made any sense, because supposedly the day before when they were originally supposed to install the tires, they had vehicle problems on the way down to install my tires. I cant see how it has taken two days and two supposed trips for them to realize they never had mire tires to begin with. Customer service is terrible, pricing to install 4 tires mount and balance and transfer 4 tpms sensors was $220 dollars, and I wasted 2 days PLUS still don't know where my tires I ordered are. To top it all off, they said they were going to get back with me within 15 minutes to update me with more information and see if they can find my tires, but they ended up refunding the money for the service and never called back or told me anything. He was able to answer all of my questions and was able to install all my new tires and rims. Amazing experience! Zohr had the exact same tires already on my car that I wanted to keep and they changed them in my office parking lot while I was at work! I didn't have to go anywhere like a retail tire shop and waste my time waiting hours on end in a crowded lobby. I would totally recommend Zohr to anyone who needs new tires! read more

I was long overdue in replacing all four of my tires when I realized it was a bad idea to have driven my truck to Houston for an extended trip and it was non-stop raining. I didn't want to go to a traditional tire shop and get told they didn't have the same tires I already had only to wait three hours for the job to get done. I found Zohr online and I promise you it was the greatest thing to ever happen to me! Not only was I able to find and order my exact tires through Zohr, but they also brought them directly to where I was staying and had a professional technician install them in less than two hours! The experience was effortless and incredibly professional. I got email/text updates all along the way and didn't even have to go outside to do anything. The technician was gone before I even knew it! The prices were exactly what you'd get anywhere else and my nice wheels remained in perfect condition. 10/10 would highly recommend this to anybody who needs new tires and hates traditional tire shops! read more
