The milk is naturally sweeter and with less fat than cow milk, and although raw milk should be consumed quickly to avoid decomposition, and can be dangerous to pregnancies and the immune compromised, it is a great treat for the rest of us. I'm tempted to drive out to Paradise, PA, to check this farm out for myself and taste the goat milk straight from the utter.

Chocolate is the most popular selling flavor and the only one they sample. On our visiting day, the store employees had made 200 lbs of fudge. It was interesting to watch the creative process. The fudge was delicious. We purchased one slice. I brought zip lock bags with me since I knew I was gonna buy food. It is wrapped in wax paper & put into a small bag. I felt better having it inside a ziplock bag too.

Toothpicks were provided to sample the various wares and boy did BP and I have a blast!! I could tell the products were made of high quality ingredients and the flavors added to the variety offered: Beef Teriyaki, Peppered Beef, Amish Butter Cheese, Jalapeño Cheddar, too many to list! I had a good time laughing at the names of the hot sauces sold here :)
