Creamy iced latte topped with unsweetened matcha cream - perfect pick-me-up. Overall a pretty quiet spot to grab a sweet treat and a coffee in a newly renovated cafe. I'm not usually a huge matcha fan, but I figured if I was going to give it another shot, this was the place and I'm glad I did. It was actually really good and perfectly balanced. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. It also feels like a great spot to sit, relax, and even get some work done. Already looking forward to my next visit to try more of their desserts.

Atmosphere is mostly takeout and prices are under $2 per donut, which is rare these days. I ordered a half dozen and the total with tax was under $8.

The same waiter who acted unprofessionally in my last review was present at check out and was very helpful. I spelled coffee on the counter and floor when I was picking up all the items and he stepped in and cleaned everything and said "no worries". I was so happy to see that. I will continue to come every weekend I am in town. I love everything about this bakery. My last review was just one unusual experience but it is all behind us :)). See you soon again!

The employee that assisted me was multitasking an extremely patient while I was deciding on my choices. She was kind. Next time I stop by I will try an iced latte since that seems to be popular. Final Verdict: I'm not sure how busy it gets here since I was the only one there this morning but it does seem like they have a great thing going. The food is great and as mentioned the prices are fair. I can't wait to come back and visit again!

I did go upstairs to check it out and did see a bunch of people upstairs just sitting and chilling on their laptops with their coffees/drinks; so they may not really enforce their "reserved for pasta dining only" rule. Not sure. Ambiance (First Level / First Floor) - clean, nice, laid-back, chill, cool environment. Casual setting. Cool architecture, design, layout, and decor. Can get loud inside as ceilings are high and can get echo-y, especially if there are alot of people. Also, there is music constantly playing in background. Service (First Level / First Floor) - customer service was quick and straightforward. They were nice and polite. A+. No complaints here. Coffee (First Level / First Floor) - tried their "Korean Iced Coffee" for $7.25. It was one size only and one price at $7.25. It was delicious. Almost similar tasting to a Vietnamese coffee in my opinion (both are delicious). That strong, brewed coffee flavor with this delicious milky, sweetened condensed milk taste. I am not exactly sure if they used sweetened condensed milk in the Korean iced coffee, but it sure does taste similar to it. It's quite good. Also had a "Large Hazelnut Hot Coffee" with creamer for $5.95. It was okay. Total with tax for the two drinks was $13.99. Keep in mind that the WiFi is on your receipt as a QR Code at the bottom. So if you want to use the WiFi, ask for the receipt and/or keep the receipt so that you can scan the QR Code in order to use the WiFi. There was no password on the receipt, only a QR Code that you need to scan. Overall - Yes I would recommend this place for a nice little coffee stop. Check it out for yourself. Enjoy!

I've covered this location quite a few times on my new business series before they opened, just patiently waiting. The space is large, modern, and open with glass cases along the wall. Just grab the tongs and tray, then serve yourself as with the other bakeries in the area. What makes this location special? Well, I'm still working on that. The croissant selection is larger than most places and the drinks are more updated to have a colorful matcha menu. But, other than that, even after tasting, the flavors are fairly standard. I would say, if pressed that they have more croissants and a special pound cake that other places don't have. Their prices are also $1-2 lower than I've seen before in the area, but that may be due to new opening. Should you try it? Yes, because everyone has a different view point and preference. I hope you can try all the local businesses before naming a favorite. I purchased: 1 Purple Snow Matcha - Not much matcha flavor and mostly tasted like milk. The purple ube foam was pale and lacking flavor also. 2 Brownie Croissant - They have a standup croissant business. After this croissant was jammed into the to-go bag, it didn't look as impressive but tasted delicious. Not that chocolaty, but amazing texture. 3 Lemon Pound Cake - Dry. This is one of their signature pound cake items, and all that they had available when I visited. 4 4 Cheese Quiche - Love the crispy, light, and flakey croissant base texture, but didn't include much quiche filling. 5 Salt Bread - Classic, a little tough but oh-so-pretty with the dark egg wash. 6 Viral Dubai Chewy Cookie - I was really looking forward to this cookie, as I'm obsessed with the handmade one I had at the smaller bakery down the street. This version was pale inside with not much pistachio flavor. Overall, I will definitely return to try more than once. This was just my initial review at soft opening.

Warm Waves is just one of those spots that's easy to root for. Great coffee, thoughtful details, and even better people. The barista put some love into mashing ube into my drink & you could definitely tell by the taste! 10/10 The tiramisu matcha latte wasn't strong on tiramisu but matcha was great and not too sweet 8/10 The macarons were enormous so ofc we got one. I'm still thinking about the cheese one we didn't get so will definitely have to try it next time. We got mango and I it came with those peelable gummies. I didn't love that as I'd thought they were real mango pieces but it was ok because my group hasn't tried the peeling gummies yet so now they have! The cookie itself was good. Texture was crunchy shell and chewy interior. The flavor isn't too strong, lightly sweet, faintly mango but creamy. It was $4 and I'd get one again Overall, I loved this place. Everything was beautifully presented and not too sweet & they put care into the drinks! Definitely give them a try;

Four months ago, I called Phoenix Roasters a quintessential coffee shop…read more Four months later, they're celebrating their three-year anniversary, and somehow this place just keeps getting better. I came in this morning and it was fully packed. The parking lot was busy, conversations filled the room, coffee was moving across the bar, and at 10 AM I'm hearing people order brisket pizza and brisket tacos because apparently Friday at Phoenix now means BBQ. The menu has expanded. The place is busier. But the important stuff hasn't changed. The coffee is still exceptional. The quality is still consistent. And this place still has that ability to make time feel a little less important. I've realized Phoenix has become my decompression station. Sometimes it's only 20 minutes--scroll through my phone, grab one of the National Geographic magazines they have lying around, or just sit with a great cup of coffee and take in the room. Whatever kind of day I walked in with, I usually leave feeling reset. Four months ago, I compared Phoenix to some of the great coffee experiences I've had elsewhere because I was trying to explain the feeling this place gives me. I don't think it needs the comparison anymore. Phoenix truly stands on its own. Great coffee isn't impossible to find. A place with soul is a lot harder. Happy three years, Phoenix. Please don't change.

It was pretty disappointing, I hope they can improve or find a better matcha brand to serve. The ice to drink ratio was perfect but the drink needs more matcha!!! Figgy pudding was also not it unfortunately. The espresso tasted a little burnt and watery. I didn't taste much fig but I did notice it was flavored. It was just hard to distinguish the two. :( My barista was really nice so I added stars to that. I went through the drive through and it came out in about 8 minutes. I might come back to sit and drink again but I'm not sure I really wanted to like this place.
