We had to refrain from using excessive water. He just left us hanging. I called Friday evening and he said he had the pump but wouldn't work on it til Monday. Monday came and went and he ignored our calls. Also Tuesday ignored our calls. Tuesday night promised Wednesday morning. Nothing. Finally came by Thursday without speaking to anyone, left in 30 minutes . No communication until Monday when we got a bill. Still no communication but assume work is done. Called and asked for information on warranty. Still nothing. It's been 10 days​

This company has been doing construction on my street for the past 7 months. They work extremely…read moreslowly, and cause loud disturbing noises, and block most of the parking spots on my street. In addition to the noise, they have caused multiple water outages in my apartment building, which they rarely communicate to the residents in advance. Because of their incompetence and lack of communication, I was left without any running water for hours on end MULTIPLE TIMES this year. They also love to time the water outages in the morning and in the evening, when most people are at home. They have never once offered any apology for the inconvenience and disturbance they have caused the residents of this street. They like to take up the entire street with their construction equipment, even in areas where they aren't actively excavating, causing there to be no space on the street for cars and pedestrians. Even on the weekends/holidays when they are not working for multiple days, they block the street with all of their construction equipment. They also like to leave a port a potty on the sidewalk, directly in front of my apartment, for weeks on end even if they are not in active construction. This company is terrible and incompetent, I would strongly advise against anyone doing work with them.
