I had last minute revisions I could not fix until Saturday at midnight when all the print shops were closed. I was so relieved when I found Office Depot was open. When I did not understand the self-printing process, the two employees there were very quick to respond. The one employee who came over to help me was extremely helpful. I think she saw that I was trying to hide my stress, and she moved very quickly for me. She was to the point, concise, friendly, and very clear. I felt very relieved. When I did not understand some of the steps, she came over with kindness and patience and found a solution within seconds. There was no impatience or judgement. He had a really bad attitude and saying that they cannot refund the item, even if I return it back to the store I got stuck with $100 loss of printing these posters due to defective machine when I called again he hung up the phone and told me he did not want to provide provide more information regarding printing another poster and that there was nothing that they could do I called customer service business solutions, and they refunded me right away The workers at the store are very obnoxious and super rude. I guess that's why he is working at a minimum wage job. These people don't get too far. I think it is so sad what people have turned into lol
