My company had a tech out at least once a week for years fixing our copy machines which cost money in lost production. We invested in a new copiers from Inland Business Systems and the qualify, efficiency, and easiness of their product has been excellent and has absolutely improved our bottom line not to mention no downtime as the products work consistently and with very little maintenance. Inland Business Systems has been pushy and aggressive in trying to sell us new services, while ignoring the ongoing issues that we currently have with our copiers, and are constantly calling their tech support about. I can tell that "Eric L"'s review is phony, because Inland Business Systems does not sell copiers. They are the maintenance middlemen. These people will hound you, calling you day and night, dropping by your office unannounced, reaching out to others in your organization's phone tree to get an ear. I have used Inland Business Systems for Copiers for years. I recently agreed to have them manage my inventory of printers for my office. They have done an excellent job of servicing the various brands of printers, as well as keeping them supplied. They get my highest recommendation. read more

I would NEVER recommend Inland Business Systems. Just to make a sale, the sales department team from Inland Business Systems have resulted to committing and initiated a loan fraud so they could make a sale and get paid. Because of loan fraud we got the machine. The machine was incomplete and defective. We had to call for service tech to come out 20 times in 2016 and would of called 4 times in January of 2017. Machine only had around 380,000 click on it as of January 31st 2017. Thats a service call every 15,000 clicks. All Inland Business Systems care about is money and not customers. When tried to return the defective equipment back to Inland, the refused to even talk about it. This defective machine has resulted in 22% sales loss and a lot of time wasted. Customer confidence also fell because the machine was down so often. Machine is Xerox Versant-80. read more

We've been contacted by our sales rep, Paul, to set an appointment so he can come out and go over our trends and numbers. Wants to make sure we're getting the service we need. Most sales people are done with you when the sale is over... that's not how it's been with Paul. The first machine on our new account had issues (it was a floor model) and they replaced it right away, no arguments whatsoever. We signed up for the 360 bill pay plan, and haven't had a single billing issue since then. Wow, what a change! This is like a whole new Inland, and we're very happy about that. Really great service. DO NOT sign up with them...it's a waste of money and you will regret it!!! They are sneaky...they expect the customer to know what internal problems are wrong with the copier...when you tell them things are broken and need to be replaced they tell you everything is running fine..when you cancel the contract and another company looks at your copier they give you a list of things that need to be replaced and your stuck paying for the parts that they neglected to fix...THIS IS THE MOST CONNIVING DECEITFUL company ever.... Many "business solutions" companies have as their only goal the solution to their own business. Inland is truly different. They have gone above and beyond in helping my firm meet it's needs. No mechanical device works perfectly but they do their absolute best to ensure mine do. Would give zero or negative stars if it were possible. Who thinks being rude and disrespectful is the way to run a business or make a sale? You come in to my place of business and disrupt my work to try and sell me equipment or services that we truly have ZERO need for, then get angry at me for pointing out the "No Soliciting" sign and saying we're not interested and disrespect me by making comments on my authority and decision making power. You don't even know what this business is, who am I, or my role in this business; how dare you insult a person by insinuating they're just a dumb receptionist! I get that you have to make a living and selling is your job and you're probably taught to ask for the sale more than once, but they make those no soliciting signs for a reason, and after someone tells you three times that we're not interested it's time to politely end the conversation and move on. Any person who turns to rudeness and disrespect like that should be reprimanded or terminated. Based on other reviews I'm now seeing about this company, I guess I'm not surprised that this encounter was so unprofessional and infuriating.
