I've parented/known many rescues in the past and never seen anything like the fear she exhibited. fully freaked out, I shot a message to Atlanta Dog Wizard with an SOS to help. Kat quickly got in touch and we had about a 30-min call, which provided me with INVALUABLE insight into my urgent situation. That information she gave me--keep in mind, I had paid no money for her advice or training to this point--gave me some practices I could use, right away, to make Raffi feel more comfortable. I still might officially use Atlanta Dog Wizard in the future, if Kat is any indication how the company does things. She has a passion for rescues and turning around challenging situations and making dogs (and humans) shine. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I called the store to speak to the manager and was told that I could take him to the Vet if it got worse. I then contacted the corporate office after no apology or empathy. On Memorial Day I spoke to the store manager who seemed empathetic and kind until I took our pet to the our vet and was told this location sends them patients all the time and that they have a running tab??? The manager reassured me this did not happen often and to have ​our vet tell us otherwise was disturbing. I will never take our baby back there again. This was horrible. He was prescribed pain meds and antibiotics. I can't speak enough about how horrible this experience was. ​

I think this location is on the smaller side compared with other PetSmarts I've been to. I come here to shop for my dog, and I've brought her to the store before. This location has grooming and boarding services, but I don't use either of these services. This location also has a Banfield Pet Hospital onsite, which I haven't used. PetSmart is in a long strip mall with lots of big businesses. Parking is readily available in the large, free parking lot, as the parking lot is way too big for all of the stores. Good customer service is hit or miss here. Some of the employees readily seek customers who need help in the store, while other employee seem to actively avoid customers, hurrying away whenever they feel a customer needs assistance. This store seems to carry mostly quality items, and much them come with higher prices. However, many of the same items can be found at Walmart and Target for much lower prices. However, PetSmart provides price matching (with limitations) with competitors' prices, so check with the employees to see if this applies to your circumstance. This PetSmart store has lots of live animals for sale. Not only lots of fish can be found here; I saw hamsters, mice, snakes, lizards and birds just waiting for someone to take them home. PetSmart has things to keep your pets healthy, clean, fed, clothed, groomed, housed ... and I think that about covers it all. I'm amazed at how many different items PetSmart actually stocks in this store. There are so many types of dog food available here, and at different price points. The most recent time I was here, a few weeks ago, I was looking for a specific type of shampoo for my dog, but I looked at the price and knew I could get the same thing for a less expensive price at Target just down the street. Overall, this store is OK.

The primary instruction was getting your dog's attention, the commands - sit, down, off, leave it, drop it and loose leash walking. Overall I was pleased with the overall instruction and experience. They did a good job of making sure the dogs didn't invade another dog's space. Homework was sent out each week to work on in sessions with the dog and this helped prepare for the next week's session. Would recommend.

We have the sweetest dog and our family could not be happier with our decision to put our pup into doggie school here!! The grounds are sprawling and beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the value far exceeded my expectations. We paid $995 per week, so about 2K total. We recently took a chance on Dunwoody Pet Resort after being long-time customers at a boarding…read morefacility in Brookhaven, and we're so glad we did. Not only is this location far more convenient for us, but the staff has been consistently kind, attentive, and professional from the moment we walked in. Our dog, Simon, is usually the one who tells us how he feels about a boarding facility--his demeanor at drop-off and pickup says everything. He was happy going in and just as happy coming out, which speaks volumes. The team followed his medication regimen exactly as instructed, and when we called to check in during our trip, they immediately knew him by name and offered honest, thoughtful updates about his personality and behavior (he's more of a relaxed observer than an active playmate, which they picked up on right away). To top it off, the bath he received before pickup was excellent, and they even gave him a much-needed trim around his eyes--something we didn't expect but appreciated immensely. We feel genuinely cared for here, and Simon clearly does too. Dunwoody Pet Resort has earned our trust, and we'll be using them until further notice.

While I'm absolutely ok with this, especially due to everything going on I would have expected her to offer a follow up appt. This was the last time I ever heard from Happy Healthy Pup. I called, texted, and emailed 3 weeks later to try to set up another appointment but was only able to set an appointment through the website which was 2 months out. No one ever returned my call until I sent Anna a copy of a previous negative review on Yelp displaying this same attitude towards clients.

We called Franck after a year of having some issues with our Beagle related to aggression. It was…read morenever super serious, and since we had some light aggression training in the past, we thought we could handle it on our own. We ended up getting a puppy at the end of 2023 and the aggression issues escalated, sometimes involving the new puppy. We called Franck for the aggression issues and ultimately decided to do full on Level 1 obedience training with him. From the get-go, Franck had complete control of our dogs. During our initial meeting/evaluation, they were complicit in his instructions. It was honestly super impressive - akin to folks you see on TV and how the TV show dramatizes their ability to immediately control an animal. This was the real deal. About a month or so into our training, we had another aggression issue, while it wasn't terribly serious, and we intervened quickly, Franck decided it was best for the dogs to go home with him for a few weeks. We were totally on board - we weren't sure if we had the skills yet to do it ourselves - but we knew he could do it. Within a week we saw a huge change in the dogs in videos he sent us, not only their obedience training, but there was absolutely no aggression with food or otherwise. Franck was also extremely available to answer any questions we had, whenever we had them. That was such a help that we could easily reach out to him whenever we needed assistance. In short, our dogs are impressively obedient now. By far, the best trained dogs I have ever had. Our beagle actually comes to us, when called, with no drama. This dog could not give a crap that we'd call her if she was out in the yard prior to her training. Now, she will come within seconds of us calling her. Both of our dogs are very well potty trained now. Our puppy is a golden retriever, so she has genes that help her with obedience built right in, and she is freaking awesome to work with now, even at just 7 months old. Franck's methods are well researched and backed by a lot of thought and just made sense to us. They're also not difficult - you just need the time and patience to learn and make it happen. Franck is no-nonsense, full of information, has been doing this for a long time, and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was fantastic with both our kids as well as our pups and we couldn't recommend him more!

When we followed Franck's methods she caught on much faster than we did! Franck started training her when she was all of 3 months and 3lbs! I'll admit that I was extremely skeptical at first. I was afraid that using the prong and e-collar would cause aggression, fear, or alter her personality in some way. Let me tell you...it didn't in the slightest! I've only seen her become more trusting and loving. She's basically a Velcro dog at this point. Lol! Getting her properly trained at such a young age was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I can't tell you how many times I've been complimented on how well behaved she is...ESPECIALLY for a toy size breed. I can take her anywhere because she's so well behaved and sweet. She's outgoing and friendly to everyone she meets. She's such a well adjusted pup! More than anything we've gained confidence as dog owners and it's great to know that Rain has a trainer for life should we ever need him. It was a pretty big investment but on the other side of things I consider it money well spent!
