    I was looking for a groomer for my Chloé, and lucky I found Amber. She has been a terrific groomer, and my baby seems excited every time she met with Amber. Definitely coming back!

    this review is long overdue!!…read more i've been coming to pacific pet grooming for my dog Kaeda for 4+ years now! she is a sensitive dog who isn't the easiest and nicest to pet, let alone get washed or cut. shes been turned away from other groomers before, but ever since i brought her to pacific pet grooming -- especially with roberto -- ive never had to worry about her at the groomers! i highly recommend pacific pet grooming, especially if you can book with roberto! they always take the time to answer questions and ask how you'd like them to cut your pet's hair. i've had concerns before but they always listen and do their best to make sure you're happy!! :-)

For a few months, I was discouraged to reach out to other businesses, fearing the same reaction, and tried to groom her for a few months. However, I just KNEW she deserved to look better ! I had Pacific pet grooming on my radar for a while and I'm glad I reached out. From my first inquiry to the day of the appointment, Roberto and his team have been responsive, reassuring, compassionate, and extremely patient. We did a full bath. He walked me through his plan with Nala, sent me updates + a video, and spoke highly of my Nala. We look forward to future appointments here !!!!!

He would come home smelling so good and fresh, and somehow always looking even more handsome than when I dropped him off. What I appreciated most was how gently and lovingly she handled him, especially as he got older. You can truly tell she cares about the pets she works with and treats them like her own. She even helped me trim my pitbull Gotti's nails (he passed away in August 2025). Even though Sharon normally only works with small dogs, she was so kind and willing to help me out with Gotti. That meant so much to me. I also brought my friend's dog, Bella, to Sharon for the longest time. Bella passed away two years ago, and she always smelled so good after a visit with Sharon. She truly had a special touch with all of them. Zack recently passed away as well, so I won't be bringing him in anymore, and that makes me so sad. I will definitely miss our visits with Sharon. I'll also miss seeing her sweet dog, Molly, who always greeted everyone that walked through the door. That warm welcome made it feel even more special. Her studio may not be the fanciest place out there, but what truly matters is the care, attention, and love she gives to our pets. That means everything. Now all of my doggies are in heaven, and I'm sure they all miss Sharon. I'm so grateful she was part of their lives.

I was texted at the 3 hour mark when Sharon said the dog would be ready. Upon pickup Sharon shared my dog had a scab on her thigh I didn't notice and appreciated her for pointing out. I asked for a little more fur to be shaved from the top of her head and Sharon helped right away. I appreciate her communication and flexibility. Note I recommend to share a reference picture for a specific look you want to help with the process. I forgot to send my reference picture but everything turned out great.

Marco drove right up, super friendly, and took a look at Toby to see what he was working with. Toby has a small growth on his upper eyelid that creates a lot of gunk around his eye. Though…read morea little late due to traffic, the session itself was almost less than an hour, which was fantastic! DOOM had a bath, as well as the teeth, brushing and mouth spray, and we had specifications on what parts of his fur should be trimmed, which would just actually be around his feet, and Gustavo executed perfectly. We actually had doubts for this groomer, as a previous one, returned to our dog with red eyes, which was alarming since it wasn't communicated prior to the session ending, which for us was a really big deal. We gave them another shot, and Gustavo did really well. We had a slight language barrier issue, and Gustavo whipped out the Google translate, which I think was very proactive, and answered any questions that would help put us at ease. On top of that, he also sent a few pictures during the session of DOOM to put us more at ease, which I really appreciated. Safe to say, I will happily be rebooking for the next grooming session. My dog returned from his grooming session with horrific injuries: multiple cuts on his penis, underbelly, and inner ear, leaving him in excruciating pain and distress. I emailed the owner with pics 2 days later (we were on a trip that weekend), no response. Then I call twice that week, no response. It wasn't until I called a third time (my 4th attempt total) that he got back to me. And when he did he was rude, insolent and refused to take any responsibility. Don't be fooled by his inevitable entitled, condescending rebuttal, he thrives on it. His text confession is a gut punch: he admits the machine causes injuries but shrugs it off, claiming "the marks fade in a few days." Unbelievable. See our conversation screenshot for that revolting excuse. This man and his crew have no love for animals--zero concern, just smug indignation when confronted with evidence. There was zero concern for my dog's well-being, only defensiveness. At no point did he apologize, acknowledge the harm done, or act like someone who cares about animals. You know how sometimes you worry that your pet is being harmed and you'll never know about it. Well, this was a nightmare come true. They don't care if they harm your animal. My dog's injuries and the owners response made that abundantly clear. Please don't use these people. They're horrible.

So they have this awesome special that if you buy three bags of pet food, you get the 4th FREE. AND, you can mix and match. That alone is not why I love it so much though. I like the variety (Well... my CATS like the variety), and the folks who work there are very knowledgeable about all things PETS. in my last trip I had a conversation with a team member about buying grass for my cats and I took their suggestion. I brought this little thing of grass and my cats went nuts. Just another thing to add to make my kitties happy. I've also gotten some tips on OTC stuff I can give me cats when they have some respiratory stuff happening (L-Lysine FYI) and it seemed to help! One of my girls has issues and doing great. They have a huge selection of Stella & Chewy as well. If you haven't purchased this for your dog or cat, you should. THEY love the stuff. The ONLY drawback, parking can be a challenge because everyone is going to Jolibee, it's still doable though, and I'm not taking any stars for that! Just the "quick" tip, GO THERE. Nice people, great selection, and the 4 for 3 deal is great. Plus your pets will appreciate you.

I have a 83 pound husky mix, so the bathing stations are super convenient. Although the price has gone up from the self-service over the years. I remembered paying $40 for 5 baths, you pay for 4 tokens and get one free. My partner used up our last one and this time he said he paid $60 for 4 tokens. I asked if there was a deal and the seal was $60 for 3 tokens, with 1 free. The jump in price is pretty crazy, but it saves my pipes from clogging. I'm not sure if it's something they can fix, but once in awhile the pressure from the water spout and the dryer is a bit weak depending on the station and it is not consistent. This happened to me maybe 2-3 times and the staff always allows me to switch stations after I had already inserted my coins. Doesn't always fix the issue, but the pressure can be slightly better on a different one.
