I went to the warehouse sale thinking there would be amazing deals because most warehouse sales are actually worth going to. I got here around 8:20am and the sale was supposed to open at 9am. There were people waiting in line already (we all had the brilliant idea to skip the line and make sure we had shoes in our sizes). I was close to the start of the line. They didn't start setting up outside until it was almost 9. People weren't allowed to enter until well after 9am. I hate it when stores aren't prepared and do not open timely as advertised. When we got in, I was very disappointed in the options. In the ad, we were promised Steve Madden, Sam Edelman, Dolce Vida, Chinese Laundry, and more. I saw one sandal that was Circus by Sam Edelman. Two sandals that were Madden Girl. The rest were cheap brands of poor quality. Where were the Steve Madden, Sam Edelman, Dolce Vida, and Chinese Laundry?! Shoes and sandals were either $5, $20, $15, or $20. To be honest, you could buy the shoes they were selling in DTLA for $5 - $10. This warehouse sale was a big disappointment and definitely not worth it. You live and you learn. read more

I've got a bunch of shoes from ZOOSHOO over the course of the past few years, and I've never been unhappy with my purchases. Although some reviews say that the customer service is slow, I've never experienced any difficulties. I currently recommend the Andis, which I've bought really recently and have been recommending to a bunch of my friends! They're super comfy Chelsea style booties. It would be nice if they had a brick and mortar store so I could try on shoes in person, since my size is pretty iffy. Also, the smaller sizes sell out really quickly on the site, from what I've noticed, so if you're a 5-6 like I am, definitely hop on those quick! I bought Dr. Martens and Jeffrey Campbell's from ZooShoo and Zooji. They had the newest styles and some old skool styles that are hard to find. I ordered online and had my shoes within a week. The prices were awesome- free shipping on ZooShoo when you spend more than $50 and I got to use a discount code on top of that! I have never found a place where you can buy Dr. Martens or Jeffrey Campbell's and get a discount! The only thing I wondered about was my tracking information. I didn't see it in my inbox but I got an email that said it shipped. I emailed customer service and they replied right away with the tracking info. Told me to check my junk/spam box, so I checked and found it there!! Very happy with my purchase, the price I paid, how long it took to get my shoes, and the customer service!!! If I could leave this store 0 stars I would. Truly the most awful customer service I have ever experienced in my life. At this point I am convinced this store is a scam and that I will never receive the shoes I ordered, but they of course had no problem taking my money for. I ordered a pair of shoes and received a confirmation saying they would be shipped in 24-48 hours. 4 days pass with no shipping confirmation, I reach out online and hear nothing. I resort to leaving multiple comments on their Instagram account in order to get their attention. They finally DM me and assure me again that my shoes will be shipped within another 48 hours. I ordered the shoes online. Since I live locally, I decided to do a local pick up rather than pay for shipping. There's no instructions on what to do for local pick up. Any company I've done local pick up for usually sends an email letting me know when my item is ready for pick up or some sort of instruction since the address or number wasn't in the email. I had to google it. I even emailed customer service. It says they'll reply within 24-48 hours but it's been over a week and still no reply. I decided it's better to not wait around and go to the location to see if we could talk to them in person. My husband was able to pick up one pair of shoes I ordered (since he was nearby). The other shoe I ordered was apparently out of stock so they had to order it in from Amazon. I didn't understand why they couldn't have ordered and sent my stuff when they knew it was out of stock rather than order it once it would've been picked up. Luckily ONE of my items were available. If the other pair was the only one I got and I went to pick it up just to find out they didn't have it, I would've been really annoyed. The pair I did pick up was cute but decent quality. Don't expect them to ever pick up or email back. I understand that things happen and people makes mistakes but not responding to customer emails or picking up the phone is just poor business practice. read more

BEWARE! Working with customer service has been a complete nightmare. I purchased a pair of platform, patent leather sandals from Zooshoo through Walmart. When I received the sandals, the clip to the strap of the left sandal was defective. I contacted customer support via email for an exchange due to receiving a defective pair of sandals. I received a prompt response telling me to provide 4 very specific photos, which I did. It then took about a week to receive the next response, informing me that I was being issued a return label, and would refunded the cost of the sandals minus an $8 fee to cover the shipping charge. Confused, as I had as for an exchange and not a refund, I responded the same day asking for clarification. One week later and I still had not received a response, so I sent a second email yet again asking for clarification. Zooshoo's "clarification" was that I would not be charged the $8 shipping fee, and that they normally do not make exchanges, but if they had the sandals in stock, I would receive an exchange and if not I would be refunded. So here I am sitting like a duck because my shoes are still in transit (it is going to have been 9 days) to their warehouse in Chino Hills. Mind you that I live in California. To sum it all up, one month later and I am still in the process of an exchange/refund?, which is still unclear to me. I probably won't receive the exchange/refund for another two weeks or so if I'm lucky. I was really hoping to be able to wear these shoes for the spring and summer time. This has been a complete inconvenience to me, and is terrible business practice. I have already forewarned friends and family, and will continue to do so. read more

Zooshoo is truly shoe heaven! I love how friendly and accommodating the customer service is! They have a variety of shoes for any style! My personal favorite are the mules and the thigh high boots! I'm 5ft 7 and it's hard to find thigh highs THAT ACTUALLY HIT MY THIGHS! Zooshoo had the perfect boot for my and they fit like a glove! BEWARE! I purchased some new wedges on ZOOSHOO (online) last Saturday for an upcoming trip this weekend. I even got email confirmation that they were shipped Monday and would arrive in 2-4 days. Its Friday, and I still have not received them. I went online to find a customer service number and came across an email from the company telling me they were refunding me because they ran out of stock. This email was from yesterday (the latest day they were supposed to arrive). I am super bummed that I will not have them for my trip to Palm Springs this weekend. They misadvertised product shoes were suede not leather, then they sent the wrong size. I do not have a printer, so now I will have to make 2 trips, one to print out the return label and one to the FedEx office to return the shoes, all on account of THEIR ERROR. Very bad customer service. The also required me to take very exact photos of box and shoe bottoms before authorizing the return. So, the amount of time I have had to spend on account of these fools is making me angry. read more
