They were trying to get 4,000 over msrp and only valued my trade in 5,000 under trade in value. I immediately asked for my keys back and the salesman kept trying to lower my payment. I eventually got my keys back and went home. After I got home he magically got my payment down to $395 per month which is the correct number for the price of the vehicle. How did they go from 630 to 395 per month. They will try to rip you off so be careful. They were the only dealership with any new cars on the lot and I understand why.

I come to find out weeks after my purchase they under paid by about $500 the contract agreed payoff of my trade in as a payment had cleared the day after my trade/purchase that I could not cancel due to autopay. Instead of the dealership paying off the contact signed amount and me getting a refund from Ford credit, they under paid. The dealership should have sent me a check for the difference. I sent multiple emails to multiple individuals including my salesperson and finance manager questioning this, demanding they refund me the difference and no one responded. Also, the extended warranty process was very deceptive i am now realizing. I asked directly to the finance manager more than once since I was purchasing a jeep, was the extended warranty a jeep manufacturer warranty and he answered yes each time. I trusted he was being honest, and not really reading the fine print and not being 100% knowledge about the extended warranty business, purchased it. After reviewing the paperwork recently, i noted it was a toyota finance extended warranty. I was upfront in the office signing papers if it wasn't a jeep manufacturer warranty i was purchasing it directly from jeep and not from their dealership. I feel he purposely deceived me to sell a warranty that day. I plan to cancel this warranty as he was deceptive in what he verbally told me I was purchasing. I would not recommend this dealership as their tactics are deceptive. Purchase price was fair, but the made extra money from me using these deceptive tactics.

That's a disgusting and dishonest practice and I for one, won't give my time or money to anyone that does that. With that said, if you want to avoid that nonsense and have a good, honest experience buying a vehicle, go to Ron Lewis. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to go in and have real conversations with real people and just avoid that whole rebate stacking garbage. They're not flashy, they're not going to wow you with gimmicks. What you will get, is a fair and honest price on a vehicle. Sent my Jeep in for a diagnostics exam and asked them to look at a couple different things. They…read morewanted to charge me multiple diagnostic exams for everything I wanted to be checked and essentially talked me out of doing more than one diagnostic exam. Other garages will look at everything you want! When I did do the one diagnostic exam and they found issues with the tensioner and pulleys, I Ordered the recommended tensioner and pully directly from them. And at the end of all of this, it came to turn out they sold me the wrong parts so I got two pulleys instead of the tensioner and I didn't need the pulleys in the first place. So the diagnostic exam was incorrect, and they sold me incorrect parts. They did not want to honor a Diagnostic exam refund and made me jump through extra hoops to return the parts. Jim, the service manager says "I stand behind my work" when in fact, the work was incorrect. I would never recommend buying a Jeep or doing service with them in the future.
