She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn't quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn't try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn't afford. Needless to say he won my business and I'm a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I'm also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. Wouldn't even discuss the car I was interested in until I provided information on my car. I wasn't even trading my car. Second was with my elderly mother. She made an appointment to see a vehicle. The associate was completely uninformed on any specs on the vehicle. I asked them to pull the vehicle up because of Mom's limited mobility. Despite her limited mobility, we we're still only allowed 20 minutes with the vehicle before he needed to take the car back. Mom was also concerned with how she felt riding in the passenger seat, since she's 80. We were counted at one customer, so I wasn't allowed to drive her as a passenger. She tried to explain why to the associate, but that's the rules. But Wait... There's more. The associates were goofing off, being loud (mother had a hard time hearing the associate, although he said "no" or I don't know" to everything she asked) and we're completely disrespectful of her time. One could have pulled up the car while we were talking with the associate. I'm really going easy here, truly, I can't explain it all. I would expect the associate to research a little on the car he's expected to show on a schedule appointment. We're shown more kindness and respect from a hostess at a busy restaurant. Too bad CarMax. She was going to pay cash. We won't be back.

I said that the detail was advertised at $125. He said due to my car having dog hair, it costs more. He also said that it is listed on their website. There is nothing on the site that states additional (almost $100 more!) for dog hair. You would think my car had mounds of dog hair, but it did not. I had sheets in the back seat for the dog. I should have been told when I dropped the car off that there would be an additional charge for this. The full detail was ok... not great. There were missed areas that still have grime in them and there were bits of dirt or something in the seats. I couldn't tell if they actually shampooed the seats. I DO NOT recommend this company due to the false advertising, outrageous additional charge, and subpar work. In response to Larry's response: it was not pouring rain when I picked it up sir. It was listing. I brought it in hours before it rained that day. I even asked you when I dropped it off if you could get it done before the rain. You said no problem. The spots that were missed were due to lack of detail or just missing them. It had nothing to do with the rain. The below point is mute. And you DID NOT say anything to me about additional charges for the dog hair when I dropped it off. You looked at the car with me when I dropped it off. You also said it is stated on your website which it IS NOT! I tried to say something about it and you gave me the lie about the website. I just wanted to get out of there. Shady business!
