While I was waiting on my food, I had a vantage point where I could see several entrees come out. I also witnessed one of the two Chefs smiling as he was looking at and preparing the orders which I found interesting. The frittata included spinach, tomatoes, goat cheese, apple chicken sausage, and was delicious. I was still a little hungry, so I realized the future Yelpers mentioned earlier had it right, and I ordered a carrot cake cupcake which Owen mentioned was a good choice. The frosting was delicious and the moist carrot cake was tasty as well. It's a MUST to add on cordial bread topping (basically making it cheese bread with seasonings on the outside). Every stack is delicious but my personal favorite was the fiesta stack. Super similar to a chicken hani at National Coney Island (breaded chicken, cheese, lettuce, sauce, tomato). They can get pricey. I think they start at $15 but you can probably get 2 meals out of one stack.

You can barely taste it this way, and it would be significantly better just served as traditional strips on top. So I would prob get it without next time. The Tallow Fries: These have huge potential, but unfortunately, mine arrived pretty soggy via delivery. I should have thrown them in the air fryer to crisp them back up, as I know they would be amazing fresh out of the fryer dripping in tallow. And they would have worked much better as larger almost steak cut fries to let the tallow flavor shine more. However as i ate them, i would still choose cajun 5 guys fries well done over them. My order for a burger and fries came to almost $40 (including tip) through their delivery service. Is it worth that price point for a delivery order? Probably not. However, the core ingredients are so good that I definitely plan to visit the restaurant in person so I can experience the food fresh and at its best.
