This Panera location has a nice outdoor sitting where we enjoyed our breakfast. I placed an order online and it was ready on time without any issues with my items. Coffee is always good at Panera and I love that they offer Almond milk as an option. My sandwich was very good, I always make some modification to make it vegan and the focaccia bread was delicious. read more

Came here cuz I got $15 from Panera for a misunderstanding that was technically my fault so yeah Panera HQ customer service is top notch! Also their app is great too and integrated with Apple Pay. Food here is solid - I like the healthy options a lot. Prices have gone up cuz of inflation but it's ok cuz it's pretty tasty and super fast! I wish I could Ban-erabody from Panera because it's just so overrated, a little pricey, and mehhh. Typical location of Panera located in a strip mall in Rochester Hills which is a fancy area so you can tell what kind of clientele you'll be getting up here. It's just that I think Panera is so overrated. I love that they offer free Wi-Fi and free water is out for everybody to get and that they are nice place to just hang out regardless of whether you're buying anything or not. But the problem is that I just think their products are atrocious and that people have such terrible taste in food. And the prices aren't even cheap. They're charging a lot for this little bit of whatever and a little bit of whatever doesn't even taste good. Tasty but ends up being pricey. I have to say that I do enjoy Panera food. It does however fill your stomach for a relatively short time and you end up spending 10$ every time you go. But all the sandwiches and soups are tasty. My per so al favorites are the steak and arugola sandwich, bacon avocado sandwich, French onion and squash Soups. I stopped here for what was supposed to be a quick breakfast last Saturday. However, quick is not the word that I would use to describe them at breakfast. We were there just ordering and getting our food for 40 minutes. This is just crazy. I ordered a mango smoothie and a cookie. Panera does not have many options for gluten free people. There are no baked goods (breads, muffins, bagels, etc.) This is so sad given that Starbucks have had baked goods. Some of the people that I was with had to figure out their backup breakfast items. This was because the Panera staff did not these items ready and were saying that it would take 45 minutes to bake. How can you not be ready for breakfast? I'm pretty sure that I will not be back given that there are closer Panera's to my house. These have better customer service. Though the odds of me going to Panera for breakfast is even more slim now that I know how poor their gluten free options are for breakfast. This rating is based on this location only, and not the food or the menu. Pretty clean location and decent size. VERY BUSY during lunch, but really many Paneras are! They now offer kiosks to place your own order, and rapid pick up. I like that this location offers several options to order your food. Received a gift card from a friend and finally had the right opportunity to use it today. We haven't been to Panera for a while as we have been getting our coffee & bagel fix elsewhere and I make my own really good breakfast Sammie at home. On this visit I ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich on an Everything Bagel, a Cranberry Orange Muffin (split), an Eggwhite Turkey Sausage Spinach Breakfast Sandwich on a Whole Wheat Bagel for my wife, and two Large Coffees. We took our muffin, got our coffees, and sat down to eat while waiting for our sandwiches. The muffin was very good, although we have had better. The sandwiches came out before we finished our muffin and we dug in. They both tasted good but I liked mine better; more full-flavored (and full-fat) which I prefer. For the money the coffee and bagel sandwiches are priced about like one of our favorites, Bruegger's Bagels, and they offer a pretty good variety of bagels. I have to note that you can get a really good Breakfast Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel Sandwich at Kerby's for $3.25 but it only comes on a plain bagel. Overall we enjoyed our visit here. The food was tasty, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were comparable to similar places for breakfast. Oh, and clean restrooms; passed my wife's inspection! We'll be back! I've sampled a few different things here, and it left me feeling meh. Over priced food that corporate tries to hard to set apart from the rest. What a hot mess, they now have door dash doing their deliveries. I ordered a bowl of soup & a cookie to be delivered 11-11:15. I called at 11:15 & the person on the phone told me they will call door dash. It's now 11:30 & still says order is being prepared. I came here to order 2 soups and 1 salad. But they were out of stock on any bread for the side. The Baguette I wanted eat was "out of stock" and they don't have any other bread except Bagels which was not the one I wanted to eat with Soup... (you know baguette goes good with soup...) I am kinda disappointed bakery run out of their key item, but more than that, I am really disappointed that they still charge same price for less items. This was my first time at a Panera (ironic, I know, since there were so many in LA and I live a block away from one in NorCal), and I still had some idea that it was a slightly better version of Subway. I think my experience here was still nice, though. Cashier was really nice, and told me what was in [random selection of food items I asked]. She really recommended the BBQ salad, but I don't like BBQ sauce that much, so I got the Thai chicken salad instead. I got my food several minutes after I ordered, which was really nice considering all the seats were taken and it was apparent how busy they were. Food taste was above average, and I like how they gave REAL romaine lettuce, and none of that iceburg crap that other cheap-o establishments give. The chicken was actually pretty good, too, but just too little of it. I would come back, actually. 2 weeks ago was my first visit. I ordered tuna salad sandwich and got it with a long piece of hair on the inside of it. When I showed them, the workers were so unapologetic and simply didn't care about it. They were being very unprofessional from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. They only refunded me just for the sandwich but I ordered soup as well. I'm not the type to ask for a full compensation for inconveniences like that but they should've offered me to take care of the entire bill or to at least give me a coupon. Our breakfast sandwiches were fresh and hot, but 2 out of the 3 were made incorrectly- and 1 was made incorrectly twice. The first round, one sandwich had double stuffings and the other lacked 2 ingredients. Sent that one back. They remade it without the egg! C'mon Panera. Give your cooks some coffee! Panera has always been a great choice when you are looking for some comfort food. We stopped here for some soup and salads today and got exactly what we expected from Panera. Reviews are all spot on. Constant mistakes with your order and they even prepare their sandwiches different than other Paneras. Chicken Chipotle Panini's are supposed to be pressed on the grill with cheese, they add cold cheese after and just make the sandwich nasty. read more

There hasn't been a time I've come to this location that they haven't messed up my order! It's so frustrating because I have to call and it's embarrassing to talk to the manager.
