Pricing went up from $40 for 30min to $60 and also for 4 lessons it's $160 which is still great pricing for great coaching!

This place was definitely a FIND!! My kid has came here about 5 times as a beginner and because of the great coaching and lessons, she looks like she's been doing this from the jump. Thanks to coach AO and the ZPP family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! They have it all!! Baseball and softball batting and pitching, strength and endurance. Shoot you can also get your haircut here!! AMAZING!! I don't care how far you live, if your child's performance means a lot to you COME HERE! I travel a hour to get here and it's worth it every time!!

They came back and said why don't I go and give it a try so I did. For $5 you get to hit for 3 minutes. I hadn't gone to a batting cage in a very long time so I gave it a try. Well now I regret it because I got bugs in my hair and it's been itching. I don't know how to get rid of it atm. I hope my doctor is not on vacation and will be able to determine what's going on up there. They provide you a helmet and a bat. I went with the softball since the ball would probably come out slower and I'd be able to hit it. I missed it the first two times then afterwards it was home runs and singles until it was over. It would be a better experience if I had my own helmet to wear.

We just like trying new things. And the more activities away from the couch and video games the better. The guy running the place was very helpful and patient. He took my reservation over the phone and answered all my dumb questions. I had no clue what I was doing, what bar I needed, what helmet size, nothing and he was very helpful. We all had a great time.

My husband was standing in line waiting for the cashier when the individual who identified himself as the manager (and stated it was his business) approached from behind. Instead of saying "excuse me," he pushed his hand in front of my husband's face and physically bumped into him to move past. My husband had no idea anyone was behind him and was caught off guard by the contact. When my husband calmly said something along the lines of "relax," the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager became loud and confrontational in front of other customers, stepped into my husband's personal space, and made statements such as, "What's up then, you ain't going to do shit," clearly attempting to provoke a physical reaction. The interaction was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate especially from someone representing the business. Ultimately, my husband was asked to leave, despite the fact that the situation began because the MANAGER chose to handle a simple moment without basic courtesy. No customer should feel threatened or publicly antagonized for standing in line. Professionalism and basic respect go a long way, and unfortunately, we did not experience either here.

Although the main window was closed, we were greeted across the way by a gentleman who immediately came over to check us in. The gentleman was multitasking around the area but at the same time, very attentive to my inquiries and made sure we were taken care of. A week later, we decided to book some lessons- their website is very easy to navigate and the pricing is very reasonable. When we showed up to our first session we were setup with Coach Reuben. To my surprise, Coach Reuben is also the same gentleman than helped us the very first day we came by. Coach Reuben has been very attentive to my son's coaching and provides me feedback on what we can work on in between sessions. Coach Reuben has an unwavering passion in what he does at The Hitting Zone and it shows everytime we see him. He provides exciting lessons for my son and even gives me a few pointers I can learn too. Coach Reuben is what makes the difference when it comes to batting cages and coaching; he brings everyone to the zone- The Hitting Zone :)

My teenage…read moredaughter Alexa is autistic, and what should have been a fun family day became an embarrassing, stressful, and heartbreaking experience for her. While we were standing in line to pay, an employee named Lesly stopped us and asked to see the tag on her clothing in front of everyone. Her tags are worn out, so they could not verify that it said swimwear. She was singled out and made to feel different. She was then not allowed in the pool because of her clothing, even though her brother was wearing the same type of swimwear and no one questioned him or asked to see his tag. I understand that pools have rules, but rules should be applied consistently and with compassion. My concern is not just the rule -- it is why my daughter was singled out when another child wearing the same type of clothing was not. I spoke with the supervisor hoping to resolve the situation. She asked to speak with Alexa, but by that point Alexa was already too stressed and overwhelmed to go back in. The experience had already affected her. She was hurt, embarrassed, and felt left out while watching her siblings enjoy the pool. The supervisor told me she trusted her employees, but I did not feel that my concerns were truly heard or that anyone took the time to understand the impact this had on my daughter. I also contacted the city's Human Resources department to report what happened and request follow-up, but I have not received a response. I hope the city reviews how situations like this are handled and provides better training for staff. A little understanding, patience, and kindness could have prevented a very painful experience for a child with autism.
