An absolute, disappointing scam. Reserved a cage earlier in the week for Saturday, August 9 at 10 AM. Upon arrival at 10 AM, the check-in shack was closed and no workers were there, even though they had signage (that matched the info on their website) that clearly stated they opened at 9 AM on Saturdays. They even advertise that walk-ins are welcome. Called the number multiple times and no one answered. Terrible way to run a business. Disputing the charge with my credit card company since I paid $60 upfront to reserve the cage, and was never able to use it, since they decided they didn't want to work today. Stay away from this place.

MUCH better than the old operation. Paint job, facility looks well maintained, machines work, and balls actually reach the backstop. A bit pricier than A1 in El Monte but it's a good option.

Stumbled upon these cages when I took my boys to the skatepark. The owner was so kind. My three boys had so much fun. We will be back before summer is over.

The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. It is super fun.

My kids are just starting out, and we were so impressed by the setup and service. When you arrive, note that the main entrance leads to a boot camp gym just walk to the side of the building to enter Rocks. We were greeted by John, who asked about the kids' ages and experience level. Since they're beginners, he kindly set us up with a net and personally threw pitches to them, giving tips on form and helping with hand-eye coordination. We didn't expect a private coaching session, but John went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and supported. Once the kids were done they can choose a number from a raffle and get a prize that coordinates with the number. They currently offer a great promotion: just $5 for every 10 minutes between 12-6 PM. We booked an hour for two kids for only $30--an amazing deal! Be sure to bring your own bat, gloves, and balls. John also offers private lessons on Saturdays, and with his background coaching professional baseball in Asia, you know you're learning from someone with real experience. Highly recommend for families, athletes, or anyone looking to level up their game in a professional and welcoming environment.

We totally didn't stop by here for a raid ;) Parking: The park has a directional parking lot with the entrance starting near the tennis courts. The exit will take you by the Hugo Reid Primary School. There's plenty of parking but be aware of the sign that cautions against the Foul Ball area closer to the baseball field. If you want to be closer to the play area, there's street parking available that can be accessed from De Anza Pl; just be kind to the residents living nearby. Environment: This place has plenty of amenities. There are 3 tennis courts as well as a baseball field, batting cages (indoor and out), and a play area. The play area is closer to the Primary school and even has handball courts. Occasionally, you might spot some peafowl here too. The parking lot puts you in close proximity to the tennis courts, batting cages, and the baseball field. According to the sign, you'll need to get a permit to use the baseball field. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. This park is pretty nice. It's well maintained and has lots to keep you entertained. The grass area is huge and you can easily take a nice walk around; too bad there isn't a walking path.

My husband was standing in line waiting for the cashier when the individual who identified himself as the manager (and stated it was his business) approached from behind. Instead of saying "excuse me," he pushed his hand in front of my husband's face and physically bumped into him to move past. My husband had no idea anyone was behind him and was caught off guard by the contact. When my husband calmly said something along the lines of "relax," the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager became loud and confrontational in front of other customers, stepped into my husband's personal space, and made statements such as, "What's up then, you ain't going to do shit," clearly attempting to provoke a physical reaction. The interaction was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate especially from someone representing the business. Ultimately, my husband was asked to leave, despite the fact that the situation began because the MANAGER chose to handle a simple moment without basic courtesy. No customer should feel threatened or publicly antagonized for standing in line. Professionalism and basic respect go a long way, and unfortunately, we did not experience either here.
