Not only did both cases get handled superbly, but he offered regular check-ins about the process while asking about anything I forgot to mention to be sure he had the full picture, and he was more than happy to explain what he was doing and why (which I always find very fun!). The keyboard replacement was $125 and the malware wipe was $175--the original estimate I'd gotten for the malware wipe was much higher, but he handled everything like the pro he is and got my laptop back to me as quick as he could. I've also sent a phone in to be repaired, and while unfortunately it couldn't be saved even with part replacements ("catastrophic internal failure" type stuff), he DID try as many things as he could think of to try to get it working again which I am incredibly grateful for. He also put me on the path to people who might be able to extract my data despite the state of my phone! This whole deal was $87. This shop is thorough in their work and the workplace has the kind of vibe you get when the people working there actually enjoy it. Definitely the kind of place I'd ACTUALLY recommend to friends and family, not just saying so on the non-existent exit questionnaire. You'll be in good hands here--even if they can't fix it, they'll still point you in the right direction.

I brought it in here to help troubleshoot and diagnose, since it could've been the RAM, CPU, NVME SSD, or windows corrupted files. They were able to diagnose and pinpoint the causes and issues pretty quickly, and offered me several solutions to quickly be up and running with minimal downtime. I went with the 0 downtime option while I warranty claim the faulty part (NVME drive went bad but it has 4 years left on warranty). It's so good to meet fellow pc enthusiasts and I will be coming here for any future repairs or services!

Based on their top-ranked data, I can understand why. Their speedy repair and customer service that is so personable, taking the time to understand customer concerns and address them most efficiently. Had I gone through HP, it would've been double the price, and taken longer to get my product back due to shipping, etc. I find it difficult to articulate the extent of my gratitude for the assistance they provided. If you're in the Tacoma area or nearby and you're experiencing similar issues, I highly recommend checking out Who's Your Data. You will not be disappointed.

I left it with him all week with the understanding that he would be calling me Friday. On Friday, I returned to assess the progress, because I had not received a call. Upon entering, I saw him sitting and watching a movie on his computer. He was not aware of my presence until I announced myself. After pausing his movie, he walked over and informed me that he hadn't even looked at my computer and that it would probably take him at least another week to get around to it because and I quote "there is no free space on my work station at the moment." It might just be me, but there is no "free space" anywhere. The place is an absolute mess. Perhaps if he stopped watching movies during the day or hired an assistant, customers would be a little more satisfied with the level of service. Currently, it is unsatisfactory. I took my laptop off his hands, because it was obviously too much responsibility for him to handle. I would recommend avoiding this business if you appreciate good service and would like to see your property returned to you in reasonable amount of time.
