Recently I've needed some extra trash to be removed from my household as I was moving out so I've tried calling their phone line to be left to the voicemail message, except there is no way to leave a voicemail, it just ends in a never ending beep. I've called on several occasions over the last week and I've either reached the voicemail, been hung up on or reached a disconnect line. So I check their site for an email and then send an email to them only for it to be sent back.
